"Pros: Newly opened hotel with modern facilities, spacious rooms, a garden, and convenient parking (both above and below ground). The breakfast selection is plentiful, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and the service is warm and attentive. The afternoon tea treats were exquisite. It's rare to find a five-star hotel that is pet-friendly and offers free pet food!
Cons: Located near a high-speed rail station, it's relatively remote. While dining at the hotel was an option, the food was slow to arrive, possibly due to the National Day holiday crowds, and the taste was average, not up to five-star hotel standards.
Suggestions: The bathroom and washroom areas are large, but there's no place to hang clothes; this could be improved. The carpets could also be kept cleaner!"

The kids loved the little tent. A complimentary Zigong specialty gift was given upon check-in. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the foot bath packs were incredibly comfortable and effective."

"The hotel environment is good. We were given a free upgrade when we arrived, and children's toothbrushes, toothpaste and slippers were given to the children. "Located close to the lantern festival, with free parking. The rooms are new and come with plenty of bottled water, yogurt, snacks, and fruit. The bedding is comfortable, hot water comes out quickly, has high pressure, and is very hot. The air conditioning works well, and the front desk service is excellent. There are many restaurants downstairs, including Yibin-style noodles, Shaxian snacks, various noodle and wonton dishes, set meals, and Mixue Ice Cream. There's also a clinic nearby, making medical care convenient, and prescriptions are cheaper than at outside pharmacies. Overall, a great choice for visiting the lantern festival."

"It is about 20 minutes away from Zigong Lantern Festival and Fangte Paradise, not too far. It is about 3 kilometers away from the busiest Chinese commercial center. There are a lot of food and all kinds of rabbits. Parking is free. The hotel room is relatively large and the facilities are quite new. The air conditioner is central air conditioner, but it can adjust the temperature and the heating temperature is suitable. When I checked in, I was greeted by Ms. Xiao Liao. The service was very enthusiastic. If there were any problems, the feedback was very timely. There was no room during breakfast time, so the staff guided us to the large dining room inside. It feels better to choose this place to see the lanterns than near the park, and it is convenient to eat."

"I have lived in this Atour many times. Every time I travel to Zigong, I am the first choice for Atour. The service staff is very professional. The overall feeling is really ”home away from home”. I focus on praising the front desk manager-Xue Xue, and I can provide emotional value every time. I wish you better and better.
The breakfast buffet the next morning was not amazing, but it was fresh and healthy. The freshly cooked noodle soup is very warm and the coffee is mellow. A meal can make the day full of vitality."

"This place is really convenient
But there are a few things that I can’t stand!
First: The windowsill in the room was covered with dust when the children lay on it! And hair! See picture
Second: The elevator was very slow. After waiting for a long time, I met the housekeeping lady who brought a bunch of cardboard boxes and empty bottles to sell as waste! There was basically no room for us to sit!
Third: The front desk staff is not familiar with the customer service capabilities at night. The guest room called the front desk 4-5 times but no one answered! Finally, I called the phone number I found on the platform and he answered it, and he denied that he didn’t answer the phone! Very angry! The elevator is so slow, otherwise I would have gone downstairs to get what I needed!
Fourth: Turning on the air conditioner is as good as not turning it on, and the quilt is so thin that it doesn’t feel like anything! A duvet, I guess? I didn't feel it at all, I was wearing a sweater at night! The physical sensation is huge!
Fifth: At 9 o'clock in the morning, people upstairs were moving chairs frantically! It lasts a long time! There is no way to rest properly!
As a hotel chain! This service is really disappointing!
Only the daytime front desk was professional! ➕He enthusiastically brought me two bottles of water!"

"The hotel environment is really nice, and the service is excellent. When we checked in, they proactively asked if we had any room preferences, and seeing we had a lot of luggage, they even escorted us to our room door – so thoughtful! As soon as you enter the room, you're greeted by a pleasant scent; it's not overpowering at all. I also really liked the layout. The restaurant on the second floor where they serve late-night snacks is also beautiful. I'll definitely try the hotel's buffet next time I have the chance."

GGuest UserFacilities: The facilities are OK. They are all relatively new. The toilet is also separated from the shower room. The bed is quite soft. There are two kinds of pillows, one soft and one latex. The air conditioning is also quite powerful.
Hygiene: The hygiene conditions are OK. There is no abnormality after sleeping. I didn’t pay special attention to the details.
Service: The service is quite good. The front desk is quite enthusiastic. There are children who gave small gifts. There is also a coffee machine in the lobby.

GGuest UserOverall, there weren't any major issues with hygiene. The location is convenient, and the dining and entertainment options are acceptable. However, the hotel's amenities were incredibly poor. During our one-night stay, three of our companions suffered varying degrees of insomnia, stiff necks, and back pain. The mattresses provided no support, and the pillows were no different. I wonder where your hotel's initial investment went. Even the most basic amenities haven't been provided, leaving it all to superficial decor. It's truly a shame. The loft is split into two rooms, upper and lower, with poor soundproofing. The loft is essentially divided into two, A and B. One of our companions was lucky enough to only hear the sounds of their ”neighbor” showering and doors opening and closing, while the other could hear the sounds of others enjoying themselves, which was a bit noisy. I hope the hotel will address these issues as soon as possible. Stylish hotels are rare, so don't let these factors sway your customers.

GGuest UserGreat little hotel in a terrible location. The hotel is in a now dead pedestrian shopping area that is under reconstruction. No escalator working, entering through the parking garage in the dark to take the elevator up. When I left even that access was blocked by trucks and steel. Horrible. Not a safe location and was one of the few times in China I have felt uncomfortable as a solo female traveler.
The room was lovely and very quiet. Good laundry facilities, comfortable bed, coffee available. The staff was nice. For now, however, this place is not recommended. Maybe when the construction is finished along the river.

DDeirstarA very comfortable hotel and a helpful and friendly staff. The free breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. There are blackout curtains and you can easily turn off all the little lights that hotel rooms always have. Bus G3 goes from the high speed train station to the hotel and bus 65 goes from the same bus stop to Shenhai Well and the Dinosaur museum. The lovely botanic gardens are only a bus ride away and you can walk through a tunnel and across the bridge to the older part of the city and the Salt museum, or you could just get a bus. The hotel is on a busy road but the hotel was surprisingly quiet.

The room was warm and comfortable, the bed was very soft and comfortable, I slept until dawn, the quality of toiletries was online, and I was very relieved to use. On September 6, 2024, I had the honor of staying at DH Design B&B Huadian Store in Zigong City. The experience of this stay was really great.
From the moment you step into the B&B, the unique sense of design hits you. The overall decoration style is unique, and every detail shows the designer's intentions. Whether it is the exquisite soft furnishings or the ingenious space layout, they all make my eyes light up and I can feel the perfect fusion of art and life here.
The room facilities are complete and of high quality. The bed was super comfortable, the soft mattress and clean bedding made me sleep well all night, as if I was lying on a cloud. The bathroom is clean and refreshing, the hot water supply is very stable, and the toiletries are also very exquisite.
The service of the homestay is impeccable. The staff was warm and friendly. They provided detailed guidance during check-in and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Their enthusiasm and professionalism made me feel the warmth of home in an unfamiliar environment.
The geographical location is also very advantageous, with convenient surrounding transportation and easy travel. There are also some local specialty shops around, allowing me to explore and experience the unique customs of Zigong in my spare time.
This stay at DH Design B&B Hua Store in Zigong City was a very pleasant experience. I strongly recommend it to all my friends who are traveling or on business trips from Gong. I believe it will bring you surprises and unforgettable memories.

GGuest UserSuper cute this hotel with a lot of dinosaurs items, the room is spacious an clean. The bedding is comfortable. The hotel location is just walking distance to the theme park. The only lack of is the choice of breakfast. Mostly Sichuan style and most of it are not suitable for my 9 years old son. Suggest to improve to have international choice, at least with bread, sausage and coffee etc.

GGuest UserA huge contrast in my experience over the two nights. I arrived at 9:30pm and went to my room to find chaos on the corridor; other guests with no conscience or respect for others who think it is good to have groups of people in one room with the doors open between their adjoining rooms and televisions blaring and children running and screaming in the corridor with parents shouting after them, which continued until after 11:30pm. The breakfast was also exceptionally busy and noisy.
However when I returned to the hotel later in the day the majority of people had gone and the hotel took on a completely different feel. It's rural location and large landscaped grounds helped to give it the serenity of which it was deserving. The staff worked incredibly hard to clean all of the rooms and yet still had time to bring small gifts to my room which I found when I returned. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and the room was large and comfortable with a nice view of greenery. Great location for the dinosaurs and also easy to obtain a Didi to get to the centre of Zigong. . Also walking distance to the Qinglong Reservoir which has a 13 mile circuit for cycling and annual half marathon running race.

There are many things to eat and play. The hotel is clean and sanitary. The service of the lady at the front desk is very warm and thoughtful. There is also breakfast, which is not bad. It is not far from the Lantern World. There is a bus stop downstairs, which is very convenient for travel. The room is fully equipped and very satisfactory. I brought my children here. The front desk also gave them disposable slippers and disposable toothbrushes for children.
