"This hotel is one of the best traditional onsen hotels in Shirahama area. It's a little aged but very warm. We booked a bigger room with the seaview. The view was awesome. There are 3 private onsen huts which you can enjoy with your loved ones with privacy. We had our best onsen experience in this trip."

"The room was exceptionally spacious by Japanese standards. The bathroom was well-designed, and the shower boasted excellent water pressure. However, the floor could have been cleaner. The hairdryer was old and small, prone to overheating. Although toiletries were provided, a shower cap was missing.
The breakfast spread was generous, with dishes replenished promptly. While there was a wait for seating on weekends, the staff were efficient and attentive to guests' needs.
The hotel is a bit of a walk from the beach, but within an acceptable distance. The garden was charmingly designed."

"The hotel has a lobby and no other public service facilities. The lobby is all rooms facing the sea. There is a light show at night. You can send EMAIL to the hotel mailbox. If you want to record, you can project it in the light show. Meals are also delivered directly to the room by the service staff. Everything else is very good, that is, the traffic is not convenient, you can book the hotel car, the hotel will send you to any place you want to go in the city for free, and pick you up at the agreed place before 4 pm at the latest. Diamond is not bad. The food tastes good, the sunset is beautiful, the open-air hot spring is very powerful, it is the slippery hot spring I have ever soaked in Japan."

"The hotel is located by the sea and has a private beach (stone beach). The room terrace has a private hot spring, and it feels very free to watch the seaside hot spring. At 9 pm, the hotel will also arrange to play the projection on the beach hill with Laser for the pre-written message of the guests. This service is very heartwarming. If you want to propose and celebrate your birthday, you will dry it.
The main course for dinner is Japanese-style roast and beef, with two Italian and Spanish pre-foods, Japanese fried rice and ice cream. The taste is very good and the arrangement is very careful, the service is very thoughtful 👍🏻 breakfast is a simple Western food.
Because the location of the hotel is relatively remote, I have to drive by myself. The hotel is built on the mountain. The parking lot is a slope away from the reception desk. When checking in and leaving the hotel, the waiter will use the Golf car to carry guests and luggage to the parking lot and the reception desk. The check-in record is very simple, just report the reservation name, no registration and deposit are required. The waiter will take the initiative to send the luggage to the room via the stairs, and will not bother the guests at all. The service is first-class.
Although the space in the room is slightly thin, it is still enough. The room was clean and well maintained.
In summary, private hot springs and hotel services on the guest terrace are selling points 👍🏻"

"If you're traveling with children, this place is a must-book! The only minor drawback is that the bathrooms are a bit dated. The beach and pool are right on your doorstep, and when the sun is blazing, that proximity is golden. Getting around is super easy too; there's a bus stop right in front that takes you straight to the attractions. It's also conveniently located next to Kumano Sanzan. Although navigation says it takes 17 minutes to reach Okazuki Island, you can actually cut through past the Oasashi Foot Bath and be there in just a few minutes to catch the sunset. The sunsets here are absolutely breathtaking, leaving you in awe of nature's artistry.
The hot springs rotate between men and women in the mornings and evenings. I highly recommend the seaside hot spring on the second floor in the morning – the views are fantastic, and with the sea breeze, it's not hot at all. A morning soak leaves you feeling refreshed and energized for the whole day!
They offer delicious plum drinks and beautiful kimonos. There was even a fireworks display by the sea in the evening. We opted for the breakfast and dinner package. Breakfast was alright, but the dinner on the second night was truly delicious.
It's mostly Japanese families with children who come here for holidays. We unfortunately missed the Saturday fireworks show, but it's definitely worth another visit!"

Amazing
GGuest UserFirst of all, the environment is very clean and the location is easy to find. You can take the bus directly from the JR station to Shirahama Station. You can walk there in five minutes according to the navigation. The owner's sister is a Chinese compatriot who has lived in Japan for many years. The breakfast prepared for the guests is also very exquisite. Knowing that the baby had a birthday that day, she specially prepared noodles and poached eggs in the morning, which was a surprise for the baby who loves noodles. On the last day, she also helped us book the best restaurant in this trip to Japan. The B&B is on Ginza Street. There are delicious restaurants around the B&B. The white sand beach is a five-minute walk across the street. I will choose here next time I come to Shirahama.
GGuest UserThis is a wonderful hotel right on the beach. It's very clean and tidy, and the staff are warm and welcoming. It has an outdoor hot spring right on the beach. The hotel is located in a small, quiet village. There's not much to eat nearby, though there's a Lawson. There's no restaurant on site. I hope to return to this hotel someday, and I'd definitely stay for at least a week to refresh myself.
EElco WangStayed at this traditional Japanese-style hotel for three nights, the overall experience is very good, especially recommended to guests who pay attention to cultural experience, food and intimate service.
• Japanese style is strong: The rooms are pure Japanese style, creating a quiet and comfortable atmosphere.
• Top level of catering: The level of the hotel restaurant is impressive! Master chef (reservation at least one day in advance), definitely worth a special trip.
• Great location and view: The hotel is conveniently located, there is a bus stop within a 5-minute walk. The highlight is that it is very close to the pier, where the sunrise scenery in the early morning is magnificent and charming, and it is not to be missed. It takes about 30 minutes (2 kilometers) to walk to the local seafood market, and it is very convenient to purchase fresh ingredients. There are various small stones in the entrance pier, friends who like to fish don't miss it!
• Excellence Hot Springs and Services:
◦ The hot spring facilities in the hotel are very well maintained, clean and hygienic, and the bath is very comfortable.
◦ The service team is especially commendable! The service staff is very attentive, especially one of the girls from Taiwan Province of China, with a gentle and meticulous attitude and special caring. There is also a enthusiastic Japanese uncle, not only treating people kindly, but also taking the initiative to provide pick-up and drop-off services, taking us to restaurants, attractions and even the train station, greatly improving convenience and travel experience.
GGuest UserAlthough it is a little old fashion, it is very clean. The hotel staff is also very nice, especially there are two Chinese ladies on duty at night, which makes communication very convenient; although the hot spring is a little old, the experience is also very good and it is very comfortable after soaking. The hotel will rotate the male and female baths every day, so be careful not to go to the wrong place; the breakfast is very good, standard and exquisite Japanese breakfast, seafood rice and grilled salmon are of great quality, and I am very satisfied with the food every day; there are also free sand digging tools, flip-flops, and towels at the entrance of the hotel lobby, which is very convenient to go to the beach; the best thing is that there is a self-service coin-operated washing machine, which only costs 500 yen. The clothes that the baby goes to the sea are washed and dried without having to carry dirty clothes for the next trip, which is very convenient!
The disadvantage is that there are no bath towels in the hot spring bathhouse, and you need to bring them from the room yourself. I stayed for 2 days and went back to the room every day to get towels, which is very inconvenient. There are also no large bottles of shampoo, shower gel and conditioner in the room. There are only two simple small bags full of Japanese words, which are not enough. It is not very friendly to guests who take a bath in the room.
DDesmond LeongGreat location as just opposite bus station.
Opposite the road within 5min walk will reach supermarket and Daiso.
The room is spacious. Onsen is open from night until 10am next day. The hotel staff friendly, helpful and arrange the futon for us. You also can choose your own amenities after check in. Free coffee, tea and some juice at hotel lobby and selected floor
LLuCyWe stay in 4 people Japanese style ocean view. The room is too old and small, stains on wall and closet door. The bed is thinner than expected. Buffet breakfast has not much choice, swimming pools and many other things have to pay extra. All staff are nice except one guy in the game room area is very rude! Outdoor hot spring have many insects and have to walk stairs . Overall the stay is unpleasant.
GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit like a capsule hotel, with shared toilets and washrooms, but the open-air hot spring is great. It is within walking distance of famous attractions and has a great location. There is a ramen restaurant just outside, which is convenient.
GGuest UserIndustrial style design, simple and bright, very cool! You can share the hotel's hot springs, 👍... The location is very good, you can walk to the attractions! The pastries in the lobby are very delicious 😋! Sitting by the infinity pool facing the Pacific Ocean, soaking your feet and watching the sunset, a very special experience!
GGuest User200 meters from the three walls, the room is more spacious, Wifi is fast
Relatively shabby, nothing around
Suitable for evening, early departure
GGuest UserThe room is very general, it is the worst I have ever lived, that is, cheap, but the health is not flattering, and the check-in is not smooth, I have a front desk when I arrive at the store, but I don’t give it to me. I have to handle it by email. I can’t handle it on Android mobile phones. Then the front desk secretly disappeared and did not appear. I could not handle it. In the end, Trip.com could not solve it in the middle of the night, but recommended to me a Chinese to help me handle it successfully. I only lived in. I could go to see the sunset and see the fire. I was affected and very angry.
