Infinito Hotel and Spa

The hotel has beautiful views and a peaceful environment. The hot spring experience was excellent, clean and comfortable. However, it's located on a mountain, quite far from the city center, which can be inconvenient without a car.

The location is excellent, and the scenery is absolutely breathtaking. The hot spring faces the Pacific Ocean, and watching the sunset from there is incredible. The only downside is the hotel food, which really isn't great 😹. I hope they can improve it. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I get the chance.

Summary: 1. Airport transfer to Shirahama needs to be booked in advance via email. 2. The hotel is excellent and newly renovated. The hot springs are fantastic. 3. Transportation is inconvenient, but there's a shuttle service to Shirarahama Beach. 4. It's about a 15-20 minute walk downhill to a convenience store. The distance isn't actually that far.

The Japanese-style room was spacious and comfortable, and it was lovely to sit on the balcony enjoying the sea view 🍵. The Italian dinner and breakfast were exquisite and delicious 😋. The front desk service was very warm and attentive upon check-in.

The annex room was spacious, but the view was obstructed. The hotel service was excellent, and the lobby cafe offered a superb view. It's a bit inconvenient as you need a taxi to get to the city center.

I rarely leave reviews, but this place is truly amazing and I highly recommend it. From the moment you exit the JR station, the service begins. Upon arriving at the hotel, every corner offers beautiful scenery and pleasant surprises. Both dinner and breakfast were wonderfully Japanese, which I loved. My only regret is that the gym's treadmills can't incline, haha, so I was limited to anaerobic workouts.
