"Arriving very early, as a result of a flight delay. Front desk sats I can wait in the cafeteria until a room is available and reminded me of their WiFi log in info (thumbs up #1). I sat and recharged my phone and ordered a nice breakfast, while there was bgm of Italian morning cafe so soothing and relaxing (thumbs up #2). After the meal, satisfied and tired as I didn't have any sleep going thru the havoc of flight problems, I closed my eyes and went meditating. A moment later, the staff came and said sir your room is ready, I can see you're very tired. it came just in time(thumbs up #3).
They treated me like family, and what more you want from a hotel?"

"I came earlier than should, but Charles in reception helped me to check in without any problems and any extra fee. Room is big and clean. Room has everything you need: towel, water, tea, mirror, hot water, air conditioner and so on. Location is perfect, not far from subway station. Definitely recommend!"

"I stopped here for two nights en route back to my home in Malaysia. I arrived late, tired and utterly drained plus walking on crutches after surgery.
Chris the doorman welcomed me and got my luggage to my room all with a smile and the young lady on reception (01.00am on morning of 13th July) made sure to ask all the questions to ensure my obvious disability issues were helped.
A late check out was easily given but I want to highlight that I had my absolute best nights sleep in over 6 months and most definitely since my operation 2 weeks ago.

"The room was very clean and large. Feras, the front desk staff from Jordan was very friendly. The check-in procedure was smooth and quick. Unfortunately, there was light leakage between the curtain box and the curtain, with a gap of about 15 cm. I can't imagine that the curtains in a five-star hotel room would leak light. I checked in at 3:30 AM, and it was about 4 o'clock after I washed and went to bed. The light woke me up at 7 o'clock in the morning, and I didn't sleep well, which affected my schedule for the day. This is my fourth and last time staying in this hotel"

"The room was nice and spacious and the cleaners and dell boys are very good. Very clean rooms. I had an issue with my room, they gave us a smaller one to the one on the pictures, but the lady receptionist who looked maybe Chinese was very helpful.
The Egyptian and black receptionists were very rude and not accommodating. I found them to be very abrupt and not welcoming. Considering they are the first impression of the hotel and the ones you regularly contact for help this made the stay quite unpleasant. Luckily our car was parked in the basement so we never had to pass them and went straight to the car.
We asked for cutlery they said the kitchen was closed. I’ve never experienced this before, then when we ordered a talabat delivery they refused to send in to the room and when we went to reception is was very rude and said I don’t know where it is go ask the dell boy - like he was above the query. Honestly the reception needs to be improved drastically.
The only reason I would stay again is because it was cheap, and I was happy with the room."

RRafsana ChoudhuryThis return trip was a wonderful experience. All the staff made exceptional efforts to be kind, helpful and generous in offering assistance. Throughout our trip, staff pre-empted our needs as a family and politely offered assistance. The housekeeping staff were especially sweet and kind towards my children, and the golf cart drivers made good friends with us. The ladies' gym is exceptionally outstanding. Powder Room is a fantastic highlight. Everything was arranged with sensitivity to privacy for modest ladies.' Welcome to Qatar message was lovely. We hope to have our next big family reunion here in future.
One thing that did not meet our expectations was a personalised welcome for the children. On our last trip, we did find messages and activities prepared for them in the room upon our arrival. I am not sure the hotel has considered personalised Welcomes for older children or teenagers. I would appreciate seeing this done in future.
Also, some guests appeared to be dressed in underwear on the private beach. More attention to modesty would be a good way forward for an iconic hotel in a Muslim country.

First off, the hotel’s location is perfect—conveniently situated with easy access to shopping and dining options nearby. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming service was top-notch. The staff was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Check-in was smooth, and the overall ambiance of the hotel is elegant and inviting.
The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was luxurious, with high-end toiletries and a fantastic rainfall shower.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s dining options. The breakfast buffet had an extensive variety, catering to all tastes, and the quality of food was outstanding. I also enjoyed the hotel’s serene spa and fitness center, which added a great touch to my stay.
Overall, my experience at Park Hyatt Doha was fantastic, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Doha. I will definitely return in the future!

PPaparazyThe Hospitality of the St Regis Hotel in Doha is second to none, from the reception to the room was so clean and the view from the room was marvelous, the food in the Chinese restaurant, the morning breakfast and the swift response of the staffs was very hospitable, also complementary transportation within the hotel with the carrier is mind blowing.
Not forgetting the complementary water and towel by the beach side and also at the pool side was wow and cooling to the mind considering the weather.

AAsim RasibA beautiful hotel but falls short of 5 star service. The service received was pretty inconsistent as some members of staff and certain situations were dealt with to a top standard but the hotel fell short in other areas. The poolside was not staffed so on our 2 days that we spent there (would have spent more but it was boring), there was nothing provided to eat or drink. Spending time by the pool is a big part of my holiday so this was really disappointing. When I enquired with a staff member, I was told it is un-manned due to a lack of guests using the pool. This wasnt an acceptable reason. The other situation I had was when I asked if I could change money using my contactless card (we forgot our bank cards!) - 2 members of staff said it is possible then when I went to change the money, the manager(Nicole) came and advised that it actually isnt possible. Very unprofessional. Check-in was really nice and Kartik was friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the door was very, very helpful in all matters and 2 members of staff at Alnafourah were also very helpful and friendly. We watched football at Alnafourah and we were treated well and nicely accommodated.
Another incident occured when we came back to our room following a visit to the pool and having had our room made up, there were no towels! I had to call twice to housekeeping to advise them as they took so long to respond then when a member from housekeeping arrived, he told me the towels will take an hour to arrive! Never experienced something like this at a 5 star hotel. I had to go down to reception to resolve the situation and I will say that Nicole did sort it out immediately, the housekeeping manager visited our room to apologise and provided a complimentary fruit bowl. Nicole also offered a wonderful gesture by giving us complimentary entrance to a beautiful 'brunch by the pool' evening dinner. This was a lovely gesture as the food on offer was delightful. The gesture was very much appreciated.
The location of the hotel isnt the best as there isnt too much to do in the area but taxis are so easy to get, this isnt too much of an issue. Overall, a really nice hotel but in my opinion, falls short of 5 star standard but does provide good value for the price. Nice but I wouldn't stay here again. Overall service needs improvement.

AAnonymous UserChecked in to this hotel without much expectation but both my friend and I are impressed with our room. We were welcomed with a cooling room where the aircon was already switched on. We appreciated this as the external temp was 37-38c. Room is clean, huge and nicely decorated. Bed is comfy and sheet is smooth.
Staff were also kind enough to allow us to stay past the check out time as our flight was pretty late.
If I must nitpick, the shower screen door cannot be closed properly hence water flowes out while showering. And also, we were given with a small bottle of shower gel so we had to ration our usage.

TThe.snacking.gypsyI had an absolutely seamless and memorable experience during my recent stay at Ibis Doha Al Muntazah. The hotel is located just about 15 minutes from Hamad International Airport by cab, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Its central location also provides easy access to many of Doha’s key landmarks, shopping areas, and restaurants.
From the moment I arrived, the warmth and hospitality of the staff stood out. I would especially like to mention from Housekeeping team Saurov, Lakhinder, and Damodar also others at the front desk, as well as the in-room dining team, who made my stay incredibly comfortable and welcoming.
The room was spotless, with a very comfortable bed, clean linens, and soft towels. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities such as a hairdryer, vanity kit, dental kit, room slippers, and prompt laundry services. The overall experience felt like receiving five-star service at a three-star price.
As a solo traveler, I was particularly impressed with the hotel’s focus on security. The level of safety and attentiveness made me feel very secure throughout my stay. This is something I value deeply, and it made a significant difference in my overall comfort.
The hotel also offers a range of food and beverage outlets, with a great selection of meals and snacks. I enjoyed the happy hours and special discounts available to in-house guests, which made dining in both enjoyable and affordable.
Overall, my stay at Ibis Doha Al Muntazah was outstanding. All essential amenities are available, including a restaurant, bar, café, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and massage services.
The food at the open buffet is decent, with a good variety of dishes to choose from.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Doha. The hotel offers excellent facilities and is very well located—just a short walk from the metro station and close to many main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What impressed me most was the staff: they were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Doha for either business or leisure. Great value for money and an overall pleasant experience!
