"Aviyana is a new place directly on the sea. By tide small sand bank appears to access the sea. The pool is very nice. Sufficient sun beds were available.
The rooms are of good size, clean and bright. Breakfast is generous. We were expecting fresh sea food in the hotel restaurant overlooking the sea, No fish was available including many Thai food items could not be ordered. There is no alternative restaurant in walking distance, so a trip to Hua Hin is necessary. Grab taxis are available only after long waiting time and the standard fare often exceeds 300 THB. No shuttle service is provided by the hotel"

"I specifically chose this Cha-am beach hotel for a secluded seaside getaway, and it exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle and who prefers a quiet ocean view. The hotel is just a short walk to its private beach access, with fine, clean sand – perfect for watching the sunrise in the morning and enjoying the sea breeze in the evening. There are plenty of 7-Eleven stores and Thai restaurants nearby, so finding food is never an issue.
The 24-hour front desk service was warm and efficient; both check-in and check-out were quick. They even proactively recommended beach motorcycling and sunset cruise activities. The room was spacious and clean, with a superb ocean view from the balcony. The bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent; at night, all you could hear was the sound of the waves. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, stable hot water, and a full set of toiletries.
The in-room Wi-Fi was fast, and there were plenty of charging ports. The outdoor infinity pool and lounge area were clean and comfortable. The Thai milk tea and freshly made omelets at breakfast were fantastic, and the hotel offered excellent value for money. Next time I visit Cha-am, I will definitely stay here again. I genuinely recommend it to travelers looking for a relaxing holiday!"

"The room and the view were absolutely stunning, exactly as depicted in the photos. It's a small to medium-sized hotel. The staff's service was truly impressive; everyone was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always smiling.
However, there were a couple of points to note. The alley leading to the hotel entrance was extremely dark at night, with no lighting. Outdoor parking is available. My only minor quibble was with the cleanliness in the room: the washbasin had noticeable stains, and when I turned on the jacuzzi, it felt quite dirty, with a lot of sediment coming out.
Despite these issues, I generally enjoyed my stay. The stunning views really boosted my mood, and breakfast was decent."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The proximity and access to the beach was amazing. There were no chairs on the beach like pictured but I believe a storm had recently come by. Not enough beach in the high tide to take a walk but they have a nice walking trail beside. Beds are comfortable, room was clean. The hotel is a 15 minute ride to anything and their restaurants are pretty pricey but delicious. We loved the cabanas by the pool."

"This is a good hotel overall. The bed was comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. Breakfast was as good as it should be.
There were just two minor issues:
1. Not enough pillows were provided.
2. The TV wasn't working in the morning (I stayed over New Year's Eve)."

Old but sufficient, maintained gym equipments though threadmill arm section may need tightening to reduce noisy vibration during run.
Nice small pool but unfortunately located not at beach side though I did not use due to dermatitis.
Decent spread of buffet breakfast with 2 types of freshly cooked/on request cook fry eggs/pancake/french toast and omellette with chosen fillings.
Table cleared efficiently and cleaned regularly.

"The pool was the best part of this hotel. Super big and clean, also very functional. Hotel has a beautiful design and layout, very family-friendly, quiet, and IG-worthy. Service was excellent, amenities are great. The restaurant serves great food, but the variety could be a increased a bit more, also quite pricey for lunch/dinner. If you don't have transportation, then this location could be a bit difficult to go out and explore. The biggest draw back to this hotel is the lack of a beach. Rocky shores is what you'll find most times. When the tide recedes, you can go out and walk on wet sand but nothing like an actual beach where you can hangout."

GGuest UserWe stayed at this hotel from December 20th to January 1st! Its name translates to 'sea lullaby' in Russian, and it truly lives up to it! The hotel has a limited number of rooms, which means it's quiet and peaceful. We stayed in an overwater villa with direct pool access from our room, and the kids absolutely loved being able to swim anytime! The rooms are well-maintained, and you can tell the hotel staff put in effort to keep them in good condition. Housekeeping was proactive; unlike large hotels where you often have to chase them, here they offered to clean our room themselves! Linens and towels were changed regularly. Breakfast wasn't a buffet like in bigger hotels; instead, they prepared everything to our order, and you could really taste the care in the food. The beach is across a small road from the hotel, but there's hardly any traffic, so it wasn't an issue. For us, a big plus was having the beach almost to ourselves because most of the hotel guests are from Asian countries and don't typically sunbathe much. The sand is light, and the water is crystal clear! For beach activities, you can ride horses, and sometimes there are banana boats and jet skis. If water sports aren't available but you really want them, you can arrange it at the hotel reception. You can also order drinks and food from the restaurant to the beach. The prices on the main restaurant menu are reasonable, more or less the same as cafes on the shore, which is unusual for hotel restaurants, so we often had lunch and dinner at the hotel. Regarding amenities, a 7/11 is about 20 minutes from the hotel, but we borrowed bikes from reception and got there in 5-7 minutes. By the way, they don't sell alcohol there because a high school is nearby. In an alley, there's a small local shop where you can buy beer, rum, snacks, and other small items. Cafes, massage places, and laundromats are about a 15-20 minute walk along the shore. And here's a delightful surprise for us: it was our child's birthday, and the hotel staff presented a handwritten card with well wishes, along with complimentary ice cream and flowers! Our daughter was so touched and absolutely loved it! We've never experienced anything like this in other hotels where we've celebrated birthdays. Special thanks to the management and staff for creating such a wonderful atmosphere. When we checked out, they even offered us free water for the road and ice cream for the kids! If you're looking for relaxation, attention to detail, and a carefree vacation, this hotel is for you! Thank you to the hotel and staff for our amazing holiday. We will definitely be back!

GGuest UserWe booked a sea view villa which opened onto the garden with a small patio and 2 Adirondack chairs and table. It overlooked the pool and then a small, attractive wall to the beach and sea. The beach was lovely and clean with mostly sift white sand.
The room was plenty big enough for us with a huge king bed, cleaning daily (if you remember to put the sign outside the door, however the lady came and checked with us on day 2 to make sure we were aware)! The shower was hot but we never got hot water from the sink - it didn't bother me as it wasn't really cold water but the hubby needed to shave! Clean towels and beach towels daily. Free water bottles and coke too. There was shower gel and shampoo in the shower but no hand cleanser at sink so bring a travel sized bottle for convenience only.
The A/c was excellent!!
The hotel offers breakfast included at the Cafe they operate, I read the reviews and I think there is plenty on offer as long as you're not expecting a huge unlimited buffet!! The basics of breads, jams, yoghurt, fresh fruit, waffles, 2 types of cereal and milk with eggs of all kinds cooked to order. In addition to fried rice, noodles, chinese/Asian style chicken dish hot dogs and warmed ham slices plus salad bits and porridge. The various coffees are from a machine with only very sweet milk tea available. Ginger tea bags and lemon tea bags were available so we just bought a small box at the local 7-11 store 5 minutes to walk away.
There are 2 seafood restaurants a few minutes walk along the beach, the food was really good and freshly cooked to order-we preferred the first one (don't let the table cloths and state of menu put you off though, the people are lovely and everything is good including the prices (you can eat much cheaper nearer to the city but then you need to take a Grab car(like an Uber, download the app).
I really liked this hotel and, yes I would stay again for longer, given what I know now about transport, location etc. This hotel doesn't really have many eateries within walking distance, the Cafe closes at 7pm so you need to plan accordingly.
A Grab costs about BHT180 (200 with tip) and takes around 20 mins to get to Cicada Market as an example.
You could get the green public tuk tuk for BHT15ish from the market to the Hua hin airport stop and then a Grab but we haven't tried it yet, maybe next week from our next hotel.
The pool was fab for cooling down or for lap swimming at about 12-15m long.
I gave 4 for location and 4 for facilities but only because there's no entertainment or restaurant at the hotel but I like that, it's the kind of place I like to stay as its peaceful and idyllic and away from the crowds.

GGuest UserFelt at ease and welcomed from the first day we checked in the hotel. It was during the busy christmas period, but the hotel staff were very patient and service oriented. Facilities were very kid-friendly, which our toddler absolutely loved. Breakfast had a good spread, and the room service was attentive to all our needs.

First look might be obsolete of non-modern. Gradually was fascinated by overall experiences: wide room with great durability and well-prepared amenities. Breakfast buffet line was MVP! Pinned this place for possible next trips for sure!

The hotel was quiet, not many guests, hence the water feature in the pool wasn't turned on all the time. The beach was not good for swimming cos there were shells with spikes. Buffet breakfast on weekends and ala carte on weekdays, maybe cos not many guests. 2 person band at the pool bar at night but singing oldies and not great. There weren't many eateries within walking distance.

DD19803****The pool villa is absolutely amazing! The rooms on the first floor are perfect. The bathroom on the second floor is a bit small, a bit cramped for tall people, but everything else is nice. It's super convenient to step right out to the beach~

UU.S.C.It’s one of our best stays in HH and we’ve stayed in different properties in our many visits. Ace of HH stands out not only on its beauty and direct beach access, but more importantly the friendliness and dedication of all staff members from the General Manager to the pool assistant, server at the breakfast to the cleaning lady. We were well taken care of and the staff genuinely cared for us. It was a great stay and we truly enjoyed it!

TThomasdzxWe have our best memories here the staff was super super cute and humble and helpful I've for the room set up for our honeymoon and it was 0 fee charge then they were even provided cake for our special day moreover the night we spent i got food poisoned like really bad and stay up all night guest what when I was back from hospital and arrived at the front desk they provided me late check out for 2 hrs even I did not ask so this is the recommended to staying here great place and surround by great people

The pool facilities are awesome. There was even an obstacle course for those who are seeking a different fun at the pool. The pool is suitable for toddlers and adults.
Breakfast at white oven was good
In room dining was relatively fast and efficient
Overall a good resort
Take note for most rooms, there are no elevators so you need to take the stairs, the bellboy are very helpful and they will help us with the luggages
Just a quick note I’ll prefer to go for those independent restaurants outside of the resorts. The restaurant at huahin are really spacious and most comes with a view and it’s really relaxing for me. Highly recommend to search the area around to try.

KKungyWe stayed for 4 nights. The first 3 nights were wonderful. The hotel felt very quiet and peaceful, with only about 5 people at most in the swimming pool. But on the last night, things changed as more guests arrived for the long Thai holiday weekend. In the morning of our checkout, we went down for breakfast and were shocked to find the main dining room completely full. A staff member directed us to another dining area on the left wing of the hotel, while our room was in the right wing so it was already quite a walk. Unfortunately, that dining room was also overcrowded. Tables that had just been vacated weren’t cleared yet, the buffet lines were extremely long and even fried eggs couldn’t come out fast enough. The whole atmosphere felt chaotic, with staff rushing around but not really keeping up. We ended up sitting and waiting for a while, but it didn’t help! More and more guests kept coming down and the lines only grew longer. It was disappointing that the hotel didn’t seem prepared to handle the crowds, especially since they would have known in advance about the long weekend.
