Bus stop nearby. Room is clean, lobby is spacious with good breakfast.

On our arrival once we arrived in our room . When going to use the toilet, I looked into the bath and found 2 public hairs in the bath . This was not a very nice sight to see. In the evening, our room 102 is at the back of the building, and we have the bins, etc, below us and on looking outside at 8 pm I noticed something moving in the bins below and saw several Rats in the bins . These bins are wide open for whoever wants to go into them . This is wrong they should be shut and locked . It's disgusting to see. I really didn't want to be seeing this . I won't be returning . To have public hair to then rats it's a filthy dirty hotel .

I had a great experience during my stay. The staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, the facilities were well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was the service. After checking out, I realized I had left an item in the bathroom. I called the hotel, and they were quick to respond—looking into it right away, calling me back to confirm they had found it, and then posting it back to me. That level of care and attention is rare and truly appreciated. Highly recommend this hotel for both its comfort and excellent customer service.

Very small ,noisy room above kitchen/delivery area. Cheap soft furnishings which had a few cigarette burns in them. Covered in bites the next morning, ? bed bugs. Staff were friendly though.
