Oteli yeni açılmış olması sebebiyle tercih ettik. İlk gece, otelin bünyesindeki Yoğurt Lokantası’nda yemeğimizi yedik. Çalışanlar oldukça ilgiliydi ve her şey çok temizdi. Ancak lokantaya girdiğimizde, akşamüstü olmasına rağmen tek müşteri bizdik. Yemekten sonra gece mide rahatsızlığı yaşadık ve hastaneye başvurmak zorunda kaldık. Sonuç: gıda zehirlenmesi. Özellikle hem eşim hem de bende aynı belirtilerin görülmesi, mekânın yeni açılmış olması ve yaşananların kronolojik sıralaması, tüm okları bu lokantaya çevirdi.
Hayatında hiç hastaneye yatmamış biri olarak, 3 litre serum almak ve iki özel hastanede toplam 4 gün tedavi görmek zorunda kaldık. Otele ödediğimiz tutara yakın bir meblağı hastanelere ödedik. İkinci hastanede de “gıda zehirlenmesi” tanısı konulduktan sonra oteli bilgilendirdik. Otel yetkilileri ilgileneceklerini söyledi; ancak otelden çıkış yapacağımız gün, yani en son aşamada yanımıza geldiler. Halbuki telefonlarımız sürekli açıktı.
Otel, prosedür gereği 72 saat içinde bildirim yapılması gerektiğini ifade etti. Pek çok prosedür konuşmasının ardından, o gün lokantada yediğimiz yemeğin ücreti olan 4.125 TL tarafımızdan tahsil edildi. Oysa biz otel hizmetini ayrı, lokantayı ayrı değerlendirecektik. Zira otel çalışanları gerçekten iyi hizmet vermek için ellerinden geleni yaptılar. Ancak, yaşanan tüm bu sıkıntılara ve eşimin 5 günlük tatilinin neredeyse tamamının hastalıkla geçmesine rağmen, yemek ücretinin dahi tahsil edilmesi Hilton kalitesine yakışmayan bir yaklaşım olmuştur. Aksilik olabilir. Ancak kalite herşey yolunda giderken gösterilen tavır değildir. Kalite, sorun çıktığında buna getirilen çözümdür..

Yeni ve çok güzel bir otel. Çalışanların hepsi çok güler yüzlü. Özellikle resepsiyon ve Vale çalışanları çok ilgililer. Odaları çok temiz. Otelin 10. Müşterisiydik. Odamızı ücretsiz Upragade yaptılar. Ayrıca odamıza yönlendirdikleri ikramlıklar için çok teşekkür ederim.

Absolutely fantastic, amazing hotel. We booked for 6 nights and everything is exceptional . Great staff members, huge and comfortable rooms, the breakfast is a plus.100 % recommend it if you visit Istanbul.

Brand new hotel with superb helpful staff everything to extremely good standard. The architecture and interiors with extremely good taste bring local culture incorporated to the interior design making you feel part of Turkish heritage. The standard of cleanness was above expectation and the suites were spacious with a complete kitchen and comfortable. I was on the side of the street on second floor so certain occasions was noise and you do hear dogs barking and traffic. The restaurant buffet breakfast was enough with a large variety of chooses continental or English. The break buffet was a delight with many different choices. Once again the staff were focused on in pleasing and making you comfortable. The only thing I could not find was the connection to transfer my YouTube to the tv seems that there were only channels to choose from but with no connection to transfer to main tv, that will be amazing so foreigners will have more option to entertain on rest hours. Definitely would be a return choose for the near future not just for holidays but business also.

Wonderful stay at the Curio Altunizade! I spent 7 nights at the Curio Collection by Hilton Altunizade and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very comfortable, but what really made the difference was the staff — always friendly, helpful, and professional. From the reception, to the restaurant, and housekeeping teams, everyone went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The location on the Asian side is perfect for discovering another side of Istanbul, and it’s very well connected by metro and bus to the main attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Thank you to all of the teams for your kindness and hospitality!

Her şey harikaydı! Odada bizi karşılayan ikramlar ve müdür beyin el yazısıyla yazdığı hoş geldiniz notu çok ince bir düşünceydi. Sevdenur Hanım, Erol Bey, Tarık Bey, Emre Bey, Faruk Bey ve tüm çalışanlar son derece güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Kendimizi çok özel hissettik, tekrar gelmek için sabırsızlanıyoruz :-)
