Everything’s great other than the alley to the hotel that having bumps. It’s quite challeging for your luggage.

I arrived at the hotel, and two very rude men asked me if i had a reservation, "of course I do I said.
They looked at me as if the I was lying.
They found my booking in the end.
I told them I booked for two people, when my friend turned up they would not let him in, even though he had his ID, he was from Brazil.
I was so angry I did not stay the night , I went to another hotel , with much better customer service

Rooms are much small..air condition was not working..changed the room many time..got a bad room not same room which i paid..

It was an okay stay for just one night. Close to Taksim Square on a cute street. I was sneezing all night though and was better once we left the room.
