I am writing to provide feedback regarding my check-in experience on the night. Unfortunately, the initial interaction with the nightshift receptionist was highly unsatisfactory and dumb. Upon arrival, the porter appeared unwell and was notably discourteous. He was unable to efficiently process my check-in, which caused a significant delay - I arrived early and there were rooms available but instead of earning a guest you letting people move a way. After a long journey, this was a disappointing welcome. Thankfully, the receptionist, Mert, provided excellent service. He was professional, polite, and clearly explained the hotel's procedures. His assistance turned a negative situation into a positive one. This feedback is to have a word with your night receptionist please. Also, I booked a room with partial sea view but given a room that views the city but the view is nice and room is nice.

The hotel is considered old Ramada style of course needs some renovation however I could say still worth staying there,  Breakfast is delicious, and the room is very clean

The rooms were really nice and breakfast. But the internet at the hotel was bad and therefore we were not able to connect to YouTube or services. The location is not a far distance from Nişantaşı or Taksim by taxi, but you do not have a lot of options on local restaurants

My friend and I stayed at the hotel for a week and were delighted with every moment, starting from check-in. It's a very pleasant hotel, with friendly staff. Excellent service, cleanliness, and silence. The room was cleaned daily, towels changed, and bedding changed every other day. Water, tea, and coffee were also provided daily. The room was well-furnished, spacious, with plenty of closets and hangers. There were glasses for tea and water. Our friends stayed in other rooms at the hotel, and everyone was very pleased. Everyone loved the breakfasts, even though we didn't include breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel. Although it's not in the center of the area, it's easy and quick to get to various areas and sights, and, importantly, to the airport (just an hour by metro and bus). Thank you so much for your hospitality to all the Turkish people. We've received help many times in different places. What a wonderful country! Peace, kindness, and warmth to everyone!

Stayed for two nights. It was clean, tidy and comfortable. The price/performance ratio was good in the city center. There was also a restaurant next to the hotel for easy dining.

We had chosen the hotel for the free parking that was written about its facilities. As it is known, free parking for Istanbul means that 400 TL per day is in your pocket. When we arrived, we were told that there was no space in the parking lot. Apparently, the first one to arrive gets the parking lot. Then, in order to fulfill the promise of free parking, we said let's park in the Ispark across from the hotel and pay the fee, but they did not accept that either. We went and paid the parking fee from our pockets throughout the stay, thinking that it was free parking. These are situations that should not happen in a corporate company, bravo

The staff is a money-grubbing person. We went 4 hours early and they wanted to charge us for half a day. They were rude... Other than that, there was no problem.

I made a reservation for four nights trusting the Ramada name, the hotel is in a good location, the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable but let's talk about cleanliness, the floor carpets in the room were very dirty and stained, there were serious stains on the coffee tables, there were long hairs on the beds, the cups they put in the room to drink tea etc. were unfortunately the simplest cardboard cups, the plasters on the ceiling of the bathroom were peeling off and broken. In short, the hotel took the Ramada name and left it thereafter, they did not feel the need to do any maintenance, overhaul or control. Disappointment...

The room space is pretty good! The only complaint is that the network is very poor! Sending a file at night always fails! The breakfast is quite rich, which is a highlight!

This hotel is very conveniently located next to the lake and river. The whole hotel does not look very luxurious, but the facilities are relatively clean.
