Very convenient and clean hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Good hotel, great location, close to the train station, high ceiling

It was a great experience. All the hotel staffs were very helpful. Mr Chem and Mr Hassan including the other reception staffs were accommodating and they gave directions and other tips regarding the local life. I will definitely stay there again

The location is convenient, with everything nearby, including the pier. The hotel breakfast is rich and delicious, and it's a delight to enjoy while gazing at the ocean view. 😎 The staff are very friendly and helpful. 💯 Highly recommended. 👍🏻 The hotel building is beautiful. 😍

The hotel is very close to Karaköy of tram T1, which makes travel convenient. The hotel staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. Our triple room is of moderate size, but the third person has a sofa chair and a mattress, which is not easy for the child to sleep on. She is less than 160 cm tall, and if she is taller than 160 cm, the length of the extra bed may not be enough. The bathroom is too small and the towel rack is too high, which tests our height. The water pipe of the shower head leaks and is replaced immediately after we report it. The service is very good!

Location within the neighborhood

If you are ready for your room window to overlook the hotel courtyard - this is the place for you. The thing is that all the windows of this hotel overlook the courtyard, but we were even luckier - 3 windows of our triple room overlooked just the corridor, so it was quite stuffy, there was no talk of fresh air. Everything else was: continental breakfast with a minimum of dishes of national Turkish cuisine, "excellent" view from the restaurant of the neighboring roofs and the sea in the distance. The hammam and sauna were especially pleasant. The hotel is clean, daily cleaning, the staff is friendly and welcoming, eager to help. However, when I asked that the room should have a bath and shower - they referred to an error on the hotel booking website. Therefore, what is an "open-air bath" that was promised to me when booking, no one explained. No apologies, no pleasant bonuses. I do not recommend.

Everything is fine except the cleaning which is sloppy, we don't fold your clothes we don't put them away for you, and especially sometimes I had to ask that we come and do the cleaning otherwise we don't come, no Netflix in the rooms, breakfast forget it, it is better to take without, otherwise the Hotel is beautiful, spacious and beautiful rooms, everything is side by side on foot

我們在土耳其住的最大的房間了，設施有些老舊，吹風機不給力，毛巾浴巾太久了，已經不是白色了

地點方便 一出就是碼頭 就算行上石塔都只係15分鐘左右
