The location is located in a good area. The cleaning and other facilities were good. The environment is very nice.

Very excellent

The room feels a bit old. It was chosen for customers. The overall feeling is average! If you are an important person, please choose carefully! The price was not low when I made the reservation! The main reason is that the booking time is longer and there are more rooms!

Distinctive location

Îs a great hotel, with People very kind and with staff willing to help You. 10 out of 10 for cleaning. Îs very clouse to the tram line and bus station. They have a very good restaurant, with turkish food (îs a Little bit expancion but worrh îți.

The worst hotel ever ! They refuse to turn on the A/c and we are staying with our baby who is feeling the heat and crying + room service was very poor the literally just changed the garbage bags they didn't change the bed sheets or tidy up anything else ! They charge a big amount of money for a very poor service and everything seems old+ windows are closed . And now they told us the hotel will be full tomorrow although we have a room already !! They are just kicking us out poor staff +poor service , Wifi very bad Rude staff ( reception team ) they should be with out star

Very centrally located, right on the tram line that takes you to the sights. The rooms are well equipped and are cleaned daily and there are fresh sheets. The cleanliness of the saloon is also exceptional. The staff are very friendly.

Rooms without headboard, torn wallpaper and chips on the ceiling. Bathroom with leak from upstairs that fell into the toilet. Shower with a very short curtain that caused the entire bathroom to flood.

The hotel is undergoing renovation!!! Rumble from 8 am to 11 pm! There is no soundproofing at all, the front door has a gap. The rooms are very old, shabby furniture, strong odors, old plumbing! The pillows are very hard. They don't even supply water to the room. Breakfast is meager and monotonous! Instant coffee. A complete discrepancy between price and quality! I do not advise

For Iranian and Farsi-speaking friends, please do not go to this hotel. The cleaning of the rooms is terrible, the room service is less than normal, the hotel staff does not speak English at the lowest level.
