A nice hotel with lovely staff and some great facilities! The only complaint was that our rooms A/C didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it but other than that was a perfect stay!

酒店設施很舊很破，房間窄小，隔音極差。就連床單被罩都很破爛。毛巾也是有股奇怪的味道。
酒店外部噪音極大，十分吵鬧，難以入睡。
唯一好的是酒店員工服務態度很好，樂於助人。

חסרה ארוחת בוקר
מחיר היה גם כך לא זול בשביל לאוסיף עוד 30€ על ארוחת הבוקר
בגדול איסטנבול יקרה השנה מאוד
אפשר לוותר עד שיבינו שאין מה לקחת כאלו סכומים

Staff were great, shame they cant speak english to well but we got by.
Needs a lot of TLC... the balcony furniture could be replaced with outdoor seating rather than old office chairs, maintenance required for basin tap, had to hold in place to use, corner rounded shower was difficult to get into, only side on and the loud noise of lift shaft backed on to our room
Photos were deceiving as i thought the hotel was on a main street, yes its away from hustle and bustle, close walk to shops, restaurants, cafes and subway.
taxis were convenient when you arent harrased by scams
