The hotel and its special retro decoration are Mr. Cass's old house. The rooms are also very spacious and comfortable.
But one drawback is that cars can't drive in on Independence Street, so you have to go out for a while to take a taxi, which is more troublesome when you have luggage.
In addition, I want to complain about the reception one night. The service attitude of the brother was very bad and shouted at us because the driver who picked us up got the wrong time and came to the hotel early. Then the hotel couldn't find us. The front desk actually scolded us for the first time. Swearing at hotel guests ruins the good mood of the trip

Terrible hotel with poor sanitation.
A friend was severely bitten by a blood-sucking worm during her stay. After being admitted to the hospital for treatment at her own expense, the hotel refused to take responsibility, not even an apology. The diagnosis list and medicine list given by the hospital were also cheated by the hotel and refused to return.
Cleaning never took the initiative to come in for a week of stay. The only cleaning was after the guest was bitten by insects. It was only a change of sheets, a rough sweep of the floor, and the garbage overflowing from the trash can under the table was not dealt with.
The front desk is different every day, and the attitude is arrogant. The most outrageous thing is that I changed the room after leaving the hospital due to hygiene problems, and asked to change back to the original room with blood-sucking worms the next day! !
The room did not add any toiletries and water for a week, and the towels were changed once in total.
There is no warm food for breakfast, it is all cold cuts, basically there is nothing to eat.

The seat of the hotel is on Independence Street. It is convenient to go there. The hotel has a sense of history for more than 100 years. There are some things from the old owner of the car displayed in it. The price is also OK. I can't stand it

Very noisy, not recommended, stay at the hotel recommended by Xiaohongshu net red.
I really regret booking for two nights. There are actually many hotels near the Independence Street, so I don't need to live in the middle of the street to "enjoy" the noise.
Location: 1 or 4 points, if you like nightlife or want to easily visit Istiklal Street, it may be acceptable, but if you are a traveler with a tight schedule, this street view room is a nightmare.
The hotel is located in the middle of Istiklal Street, looking down from the window to see people coming and going.
Although it is very convenient to go shopping, locals and tourists start nightlife as soon as 11 pm. There is a nightclub opposite, and the music is blaring until 5 am. Although the hotel provides earplugs, it is of no use and the quality of sleep is very poor.
There are indeed many spots in the hotel that are suitable for taking pictures of Internet celebrities, but the flaws are not concealed. No one can bear to be in the early hours of the morning, especially to get up early the next day to catch a plane to Cappadocia.
