Our room was Very dusty. This hotel was good for golfers cz they have huge golf area.

Renewed because I like the hot spring and breakfast here. It would be better if the price was more affordable.

Old hotel with outdated equipment and decoration, great golf course, good food and drink, spacious private hot spring room, Mt. Fuji in front of you, and spacious and comfortable hot spring baths. Next to it is Mount Komuro.

The hotel is located inside a golf course, so the facilities were a little old, but the baths and meals were good.

The hotel site is very large, there are a few small goats, very cute

仕事で3回目の利用です。比べる事自体違うと思いますが、最近のビジネスホテルと比べてしまうと、古さを感じてしまいます。食事、大浴場、ロケーションは満足です。

是個在山裡的高爾夫度假酒店，交通不太方便，我們是自駕過去的。酒店太久沒有裝修了，設施設備非常陳舊，WiFi也沒有。酒店所處位置優越，可以看見富士山和大室山。

朝食おいしかった

結構良かったです！ ただ、夜はここまで行くのに山道があるのでそこだけ注意していれば大丈夫です。 古い建物を少しリノベしているので、古さを感じさせるものもありました。 東海バスで路線が少ないのが現状です、、 新町駅というとこで降りれば結構近い！

酒店位於山上高爾夫球場中，交通較不便；酒店有接送bus，接的班次很少基本趕不上；所以回酒店需要爬山約3公里，如果入住需要考慮你的體力以及拖着行李重量，體力不好者慎訂。酒店設施有些老舊，泡澡衹有一個池，算不上温泉酒店；由於山上所以建議訂含晚餐的房，晚餐為宴席料理衹有2種2天一換，飲品另加錢且要加税很貴慎點；酒店服務員英文溝通苦手基本需要翻譯軟件或者日文；房間很大窗户可以開很大，天好可以看到富士山；

酒店在伊東市區的高爾夫球場高地上，前面可以觀看富士山和市區.海灣，後面遠景可以看到大室山及大島，風景優美。

環境好，温泉舒服

It was unfortunate that we couldn't play golf on November 23rd. Apparently they told the employees not to keep it a secret, but it seems that it was a competition at a club in Ito that is frequented by the president of Southern Cross Resort. As it was a public holiday, the members could only play early in the morning. I can understand renting it out on a weekday, but if it was a public holiday I wish they would hold a competition with a more noble purpose. It seems like they are ignoring the members and guests staying at the resort and using it for their own purposes. Of course, as it is a local competition, I wish they would hold it openly without telling them. Many employees have quit recently, so I would like to see it run properly.
