It's on the outskirts of Paris and you have to walk a bit to the subway station The location is a bit disappointing, but the hotel condition was very good for the price. The room was very clean, and the staff was friendly, which was nice, but the fitness center didn't seem to be cleaned. (Towels were just lying around every time I visited.)

Just outside Paris but very easy to reach by metro. Nice rooms, clean bathroom and towels. Excellent breakfast.

Very friendly and clean hotel. Lack of staff and organization for breakfast and little choice. Friendly staff despite everything.

We were a family with two adult children. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. The bed linens and towels were changed daily. The surroundings were clean. The breakfast was plentiful. We parked the car there. We took public transportation, and it was a 5-minute walk to every stop. There are many restaurants, bakeries, etc. near the hotel. The staff was polite. They speak English and French. Everything went very well. Thank you, and we would gladly come back.

The hotel facilities were good, but the staff was very unfriendly. The service was not good. They received the wrong order and the wrong order came out, but they didn't even apologize and just said that it was gone. The breakfast was delicious, but the staff's service was not good. While I was eating, they stood next to me as if they were waiting for an empty plate, and I heard them talking among themselves about how late it was. Everything was good except for the service. I think the staff needs some training.

Overall it's good, close to Chinatown, lots of food, good front desk attitude, no drinking water in the room

We spent one night at this hotel in transit to the Algarve. The hotel is situated along the "Périphérique" and is easily reachable. It shares the same building (first 4 floors I was told) as the Novotel as well as the reception. Large rooms but with scarce and cheap looking furniture. Fortunately, the bedding was OK, and we had a good night sleep. Bathroom with shower. Separate toilet. Breakfast was nice for a 3* hotel with sufficient cold and hot offerings. On the downside is the parking garage, where we had to wait about ten minutes on the sidewalk, blocking pedestrians, before someone opened the door. Fee was 18€/night. What bothered me the most is that I was charged more than 22€ tourist and additional fee, although it is a 3* hotel (should have been 15,60€ for 3)...

Paris, very good apartment, with a good bathroom, very clean, clean white towels and sheets, well located, private parking, excellent breakfast, best croissant bread we ate. renovated, I recommend it! Also on the 6th floor there is a spectacular suite, with a wide view, large apartment, very large and equipped bathroom, fantastic!

Good Stay I believe this hotel hasn’t been open long since refurbishment so still settling into a flow. Pros: Clean, immaculate rooms, quirky design, only 6 minute walk to metro. Easy to find. Although near a main road could not hear any noise at all. Either from other guest rooms or outside. I would stay in this hotel again. Cons: Felt that the staff were still getting into the right rhythm of how to run a hotel. Reception staff polite but did feel a bit unprepared at check in and a bit flustered. Bar was sporadic with being able to get a drink, Our room wasn’t quite ready so thought we would have a drink whilst waiting. No one serving at the bar so receptionist had to find someone which took a whilst. We would have probably had two drinks but due to time waiting we only had one and didn’t feel the desire to go back. Instead opting to buy wine to drink in our room. Pillows not great… but we are a bit picky with those. Overall a lot of potential and give it a few months I think this will be a great hotel!

The double room has 1 bed and a crooked sofa bed with a tiny mattress! It's impossible to sleep there, it doesn't have a mini-bar, a coffee maker or a jug of water, it doesn't have a safe, the cleaning is terrible (they only changed towels and extended the bed) they don't even give you a bottle of water, it claims to be 4 stars and it doesn't even reach two. Terrible experience and they only give you 2 cardboard cups and a chair for two 🤦🏼‍♀️

Honestly the hotel room is very nice and spacious. I mean big. But there were some things missing in the room. There was no fridge, no kettle, tea and coffee were not available. Some staff members lack simple politeness and hospitality towards guests. There was a certain lady at the reception, of African descent I guess, whose attitude needs to be addressed. She lacks communication skills. I needed some ice cubes one night and went to the bar and was directed to her. Her response was very rude. She frowned and said: I am at work and will not leave with what I am doing. I then went to another colleague of hers called Saber who immediately responded to my request and told me that he would bring the ice cubes to my room. Saber, if you are reading this, I would like to thank you for the respect and warm hospitality you showed me that night. These are the kind of staff Greet hotel should have at the reception who know how to treat their guests. Thank you so much for your hospitality and professionalism. You are simply the best. My compliments. Overall the hotel is very good with many restaurants nearby and 3 minutes walk from the metro station.

Great location, you can get to the center quickly. The barrier-free room was perfect for me and had plenty of space. Unfortunately, the windows were not cleaned after the modernization, so a curtain was not necessary ;-) The staff is professional but not friendly
