Extremely noisy hotel with bikers and race cars revving their engines all night. Hotel only have heat option even when it’s hot in March, so you will need to open windows and suffer from the noise. Free parking offer is nice.

I recently stayed at Kansai Airport Washington Hotel, and overall, it was a decent experience. The room was spacious, which was a plus, but unfortunately, the air conditioning was not functioning well, and I couldn’t adjust the temperature. Keeping the window open wasn’t much of an option either, as it was quite noisy outside. On the bright side, the free airport shuttle was very convenient, especially for those catching early flights. The location is great—just a short walk to Rinku Town Premium Outlets for shopping, and there’s a 24-hour convenience store nearby, making it easy to grab anything you need. Would recommend for short stays, especially for those needing quick airport access, but the air conditioning issue could be improved.

Hotel is good. It will be great if hotel could improve the shuttle bus frequency to airport and bus to aeon mall.

Rinku Area is good to stay in for a day of shopping and this hotel is in a good position for both easy access to the airport and the nearby shopping area, making it ideal to stay.

It is very functional hotel in Osaka. It is airport hotel so it is one stop before airport stop on train/metro. Hotel has free service for airport transfer. It works as first comers, get seat on the bus. They are very keen on it. Also you should sign for airport while checking in. Room has all important things and necessities.

I heard that the location is connected to Rinku Town Station, but what will I do in case of heavy rain?

This hotel is located near Rinku Town Station, which is one stop away from Kansai Airport. It is a very convenient place to stay if you are planning to stay near Rinku Outlet, which has over 200 outlet stores featuring brands like Boss, Coach and Ping. The room was spacious and clean. However if you wish to make use of their free shuttle bus to the airport, do note that the timings are very limited eg the latest morning shuttle is 9.20am.

It was an easy walk from the Rinku Town Station to the hotel. A good hotel to stay if you wish to stay near the airport and outlets.

Good size even for single use. Cannot control AC temperature but you can open window. Very close to train station.

The hotel is very comfortable, and we were able to rest well after a day of walking in Japan. The good service and provided amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank God, this hotel also provides a free shuttle bus to Kansai Airport at 7 am, and our flight departs at 9 am. Thank you very much! 😊

This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel. The hotel recently completed some renovation in jun/jul this year. Added auto check in/check out n self-service storage area for luggage. If u arrive earlier than check in time - 2pm, u can use this service for free. Try their lunch at level 2 and the food is delicious. The room is big for 3 persons n able to open 3 24inches luggages. Will stay here again.

I book this hotel often when I come back osaka.. reasonable and distance from airport is acceptable. Room is clean and big enough. Free shuttle bus service is available and can leave luggage after check out (security wise not very sure if great as it seems anyone can go in..) Amenities are self service, however, in the room only 2 sets of towels were prepared although I booked for 3 adults which made me a bit disappointed. Need umbrella from the nearest station to hotel if raining

The hotel is strategically located across the Shin-Osaka station where you can just cross the bridge and directly enter into the lobby. Self check-in on a machine and your key cards will be issued by the same machine. It is an environmentally friendly hotels so when you stay longer, be prepared to arrange and clean your own room. Overall, it was a nice hotel for transit one night before flying out of Kansai airport as the hotel also prepared a free airport transfer bus that you can book when you check in.
