"After checking in, I was really impressed with the hotel's public areas – they're designed like a cozy cafe, perfect for snapping some great photos. It's an ideal spot for friends to gather, enjoy some tea, and just relax. The rooms are well-lit with a spacious design. On the third floor, you can even enjoy more tea and they provide outlets if you want to boil water. The location is fantastic, right by the station and a shopping area, with plenty of local food stalls and supermarkets nearby. It's excellent value for money, especially for anyone looking to truly explore Guiyang."

"The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station. However, when I first arrived, it was hard for me to find the hotel as it is in the mall, and I had to take the lift up to the hotel. The staff assisted during the process of looking for the hotel, and offered to switch from non-window room to window room, which I appreciated. While the room was mostly clean, there were actually a few strain of hairs on the bed, and black ink on the bedsheet, which I thought it couldn’t be cleaned off. The room is also spacious and there is a table that I could use to have my meal. Something that I have to say is that the smoke smell there was quite strong and I could even smell smoke when I was sleeping. I do acknowledge that I booked a room where smoking is permitted, but I didn’t expect that the smoke smell from other room will flow into my room. Occasionally, I will also hear loud KTV sound at night, but I think that’s not a major issue compared to the smoke smell. Overall, I think it is still good, apart from the strong smoke smell which I really dislike."

"Hygiene: Pretty clean! No strange dirt or grime. Environment: The room decor is quite nice, and the orientation is good. Even on a cloudy day, it doesn't feel gloomy, and the soundproofing is excellent. The entire building belongs to this hotel, which was a key reason I chose it. Service: Breakfast wasn't very extensive, but it wasn't a major issue. There are complimentary afternoon tea vouchers, covering two time slots from early afternoon until 9 PM, with drinks and coffee available. The location is quite good, close to both the airport and Qingyun Market, so it won't impact your travel plans."

"Stayed for two days. I arrived quite late on the first day, and the front desk clerk offered me a warm cup of water while checking me in – a thoughtful touch. The smart speaker in the room, 'Xiao Du,' was incredibly responsive; I just said 'Xiao Du, I'm cold,' and the air conditioning immediately adjusted the temperature. The bedding was comfortable and cozy, and I slept soundly until I woke up naturally. Breakfast is served until 1 PM, and there were hot rice noodles available downstairs, which was perfect for someone like me who struggles to get up early. For check-out, I just asked the front desk and they extended it directly to 3 PM, which gave me enough time to run errands nearby in the morning and then come back to pack up. The lobby offers free coffee, and I grabbed a cup to go when I left. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay."

The staff called me, and after communicating with me, the hotel sent the clothes to me.
