The scenery was breathtaking, and we had a wonderful evening at the revolving restaurant, which boasted not only magnificent views but also a delightful atmosphere. However, what impressed us most was the incredible honesty and integrity of your hotel team. My wallet was lost, and the hotel staff went to great lengths to find and return it to me; their kindness truly saved our trip. We sincerely thank Mohamed and his colleagues for helping my husband recover his wallet, and also thank Alaa Ahmed at the front desk for her warm and professional service, as well as many other friendly staff members. Their kindness made our honeymoon even more perfect. We highly recommend this hotel to all guests seeking excellent service and a wonderful holiday experience!"

"Cleanliness: For the area near the pyramids, it was exceptionally good. Environment: You can see the pyramids from the rooftop terrace, and the view is absolutely breathtaking from a distance. Traffic in Egypt can be quite chaotic, so it gets pretty 'lively' at night. Service: The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive! 👍🏼 Even though the hotel is located down a small alley, they provide a dedicated pick-up and drop-off service."

"I have a memorable experience during my stay FG room with full Nile View with Lounge Access. FG team members are well trained, patient, professional and more. What impressed me most was their food. Food and beverages were delicious. One of the staff asked me what I want to order for my dinner, then I said I'm vegetarian. The staff helped me to confirm with chef regarding my request and at the end served me a vegetarian spaghetti. It was so delicious. Besides that, the check-in and check-out process was very smooth. I like the welcome drink and chocolate too. Thanks to the FG teams, thanks to cleaner (cannot remember his name) and thanks to Irish as well."

"Connected to Terminal 3 by a sky bridge, you can walk directly from the terminal across the parking lot to the hotel without ever going outside. The room was spacious and soundproof (could barely hear any planes taking off or landing), the bedding was clean, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. My only regret is that my stay was too short; my flight was delayed the night before and I didn't arrive until almost midnight, then I left right after breakfast the next morning."

"The door of the hotel is very small, and you need to go through security to enter. The service attitude is OK, which is a hotel with good service in Egypt. The staff will also take the initiative to help take the luggage to the room. The room can see the Nile River, although the Nile River in Cairo is not the most beautiful. The room is not big, but the overall facilities are OK. Because it is near Liberation Square, you can hear something like hymns in the middle of the night, and you will be awakened at around 4 o'clock. People with sensitive sleep should pay attention. The hotel's sound insulation is also average, and you can hear the sound outside by the window."

"Convenient location for sightseeing in Cairo. The price to stay was reasonable though the room size was small. Street the hotel facing to was not busy. Then, not noisy at such central Cairo. Family managing hotel and staffs were very kind and friendly. The elevator to the reception on the 6th floor was very old and broken down a couple hours. I recommend to stay there."

"Hotel is new and looks great. It’s out of the way from downtown which makes it more peaceful. We stayed a few nights, breakfast and the pool amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. However a few things to point out that I was going to but needs to be said. No privacy as workers working most of day outside of room so the window and curtains had to be closed or creepy men looking at you. Door connected to another room and not good sound proofing or insulation, can here everything other people are doing. Bed sheets had some blue dye stains on them the first night which was unwelcoming. Lastly, we decided to check out one night before, going to pay for mini bar things. The menu is priced in local money and not in dollars and doesn’t have VAT included, also a mini bar service charge is charged for the house keeper to refill which is hilarious at best as you pay for the room. That should include her to top up the fridge just as she would top up towels. Water isn’t free only a big bottle and not the small bottles so be careful. They don’t explain that clearly. So, once I saw my bill I tried to talk with front of house about it. He treated me like and ***** and said I need to pay in USA dollar and I said then why have a menu in your local currency. He couldn’t give me a good answer and just said all hotels do it. Then he started to laugh and tell me this is little USA money and so on and laugh again. I ended up paying my bill just to get out of the hotel as his attitude was poor and almost sarcastic. I paid then he said I’m welcome back be he will give compensation. I said well you wouldn’t help me swap a day to later in the week to return as early check out before so am good. Overall, we left the hotel in a poor mood and not acceptable. I’ve worked and work for these hotels and that is just poor. That was the biggest let down unfortunately."

"I usually don't write word of mouth, but I had to write it because the female staff who took care of me at check-out said, ”Write word of mouth! It's a promise!”. All the staff are very kind and the location is excellent enough to be close to the subway and you can walk to rice. I think the cost performance is quite good. One problem is that the location is difficult to understand. Two hotels are open in the same building, and the entrance is only written as the Abdeen Palace Hotel of another hotel. This hotel has a front desk on the 2 floor, but there was no name of the future hostel anywhere and it was hard to find."
