"Absolutely fantastic! As someone who's stayed in numerous five-star hotels, this one still managed to impress me! The facilities are incredibly well-maintained. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, with no long queues or waiting, and the service easily handled the large number of guests. The views are unbeatable, and the location is super convenient. There are various train and subway lines right downstairs, making it incredibly easy to get to city attractions, shopping areas, or even other cities. We went to the airport directly from the first-floor exit via a sky bridge straight to the Meitetsu line – no umbrella needed, it was so convenient! Plus, Takashimaya is downstairs, offering one-stop shopping and dining. You can shop, drop your bags off in your room, and then head right back down to explore more. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for first-time visitors to Nagoya and those who rely on public transportation. It's a truly hassle-free stay!"
