"The room was quite spacious, and the bathroom was well-maintained with a proper separation between the shower and dry areas. Everything felt clean and comfortable. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. In terms of location, it’s very convenient. There is a Lawson right across the street, and a 7-Eleven about a five-minute walk away. The hotel is also around an eight-minute walk from Fushimi Station (Exit 10) on the Higashiyama Line, making it easy to get around the city."

"The room isn't big but it's clean. The front desk staff weren't particularly helpful, but they did store my luggage. It's just a few steps from the subway exit, and there are two convenience stores nearby. A word of caution: if you have large luggage, make sure to find the elevator! Don't be like me and drag a big suitcase up the stairs!"

"This hotel is in a great location with lots of amenities nearby. The room had everything we needed and was super bright with amazing natural light. It was spacious enough to open all our large suitcases, and the bed was big and very comfortable. The gas stove, microwave, and large fridge were definitely traveler-friendly essentials. The view from the balcony was also fantastic. Both the room and bathroom had air conditioning and heating, which was a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend this place for a stay in Nagoya!"

It was located about a 5-minute walk from the bustling downtown area, but it was surprisingly quiet at night."

"It was very clean and comfortable. It was conveniently located near Nagoya Station. However, it was a little disappointing that there was no place to hang towels in the bathroom and the air conditioning didn't work. Other than that, the facilities and amenities were perfect. It was a great place to stay."

"The first time I stayed at a homestay, I felt good and the health was good. There are more procedures before check-in, such as handing over passport data online, and then receiving the password to open the mailbox on the morning of the check-in day - lock key 🔑. The night before checkout, because I was shocked, I was helpless, Trip CS was worthy of praise, and the reply was fast and convenient. The original owner will check out the night before sending email and ask me to put a return key 🔑 to the mailbox. In addition, there are residential houses nearby, which are quieter. If the car has to be parked near the street parking lot. It's not wrong to be an accommodation experience"

My stay at ESPACIO Nagoya Castle left a lasting impression, primarily due to the incredibly attentive and professional staff! From the moment we checked in, the service was exceptionally warm and welcoming. As foreign guests, we truly felt at home, thanks to their fluent English and Chinese, along with their thoughtful guidance. The hotel's interior is elegantly decorated, exuding an artistic ambiance. Whether in the lobby, restaurant, hot spring, or when staff were explaining room facilities, everyone always had a smile and readily attended to guests' needs. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Nagoya Castle, offering a peaceful environment, though finding dining options on the street at night can be a bit challenging. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the food quality was remarkably high! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for its 100% service and museum-like artistic atmosphere. While it's on the pricier side, it absolutely delivers an unforgettable experience! A huge thank you to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful. We'll definitely be back on our next visit to Nagoya!

内装は、外観からは想像がつかない程広く落ち着いていて、とてもリラックス出来る空間でした。 全てが清潔でしたし設備も充実し、何日も泊まりたい程素敵な宿でした。 ただ、私達のグループに1人足の不自由な家族がいて、3階建てというところに不便を感じていましたが、健常者には全く問題なく、ほぼ100点でとても気持ちよく快適に過ごさせてもらえました。 あと、もう少し近くにコンビニがあれば良かったなとも思いました。

There are a total of three floors, there are two double rooms on the first floor (two single beds); there are tatami mattresses on the third floor; the second floor is a public space (kitchen/bathroom/living room) The environment is very good and quiet, but because you have to climb the stairs, there are elderly people who may have to consider

The two families travel together, Environment: Awesome, clean and hygienic, children like it very much, there is a drug store next to it, and a large supermarket, shopping and cooking is super convenient, affordable, you can travel for reasons, stayed for one night! It's a pity! It's inconvenient to take a car, everything else is great

The hotel rooms are of average size, but the bathrooms aren't spacious; they might be suitable for shorter people. The rooms are not soundproof. I checked in at 6 PM intending to rest, but the hotel seemed to be cleaning or doing something, and the doors were slamming shut very loudly. I would like them to improve the door system. Even my own room, which I tried to close quietly, was noisy. I understand why.
