The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. The front desk service was warm and efficient, and the facilities were comprehensive. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay with great value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

My stay here far exceeded my expectations. The hotel is located right above Nagoya Station, making transportation incredibly convenient, especially for catching the Shinkansen to other cities. The room was clean and spacious, and the Marriott bed was as comfortable as ever. The high-floor view was absolutely stunning, especially the nightscape. The front desk staff were professional and attentive, breakfast quality was excellent, and the facilities were well-maintained. It's a perfect choice whether you're traveling for leisure or business.

I had to choose this hotel near Nagoya Station during the F1 season because there were no other options, but it turned out to be surprisingly convenient and comfortable: a 1500 yen taxi ride to Nagoya Station; a 7-Eleven right downstairs; Patagonia just across the main road; a 6-minute walk to Nagoya Tower & Hisaya Odori Park; 8 minutes to Kato Coffee; and 15 minutes to Montbell/Mitsukoshi Department Store/LACHIC. The room was tiny with no closet, making it difficult to store luggage, but all other facilities were fine. The public bath on the 14th floor and the breakfast on the 2nd floor were delicious, especially the udon noodles, hitsumabushi (three ways to eat eel), red bean toast, and siumai.

The hotel rooms in Japan are generally small, but this one was fully equipped and very clean. The soundproofing was also excellent. It was perfect for a couple with a child and offered great value for money. While it's a bit of a walk from the station, once you know the route, it's quite close. The surrounding area is very convenient with plenty of options for food, drinks, and entertainment.

The facilities, ambiance, and service were all excellent. The room was spacious with a well-thought-out layout and comfortable decor. The location is about 1.5 km from both Nagoya Station and the city center's Sakae Station, a short taxi ride away. Overall, I was very satisfied.

I came for a concert, and the hotel is right behind Niterra, so it was super convenient to just step out. It's also very close to Kanayama Station, which made shopping and getting to the airport easy. For Japan, the room size was decent and had all the necessary amenities. The lobby offered free coffee, and they even thoughtfully wrote a message for concert-goers.

The hotel is really close to IG Arena, just two metro stops away (about 15 minutes), or a pleasant 30-minute walk. It has all the essentials you'd expect. They do need to make a copy of your passport at check-in. There's breakfast available, though I didn't try it. In the afternoon, the breakfast area turns into a nice spot to relax with self-service tea and water, which was perfect for unwinding a bit before heading out. It's also quite central. My only downside this time was that I booked a smoking room, and the smell was quite noticeable when I walked in. I couldn't get a non-smoking room when I booked.

The location is quite convenient. However, the single and double rooms are the same size, which makes them feel too cramped. The breakfast is decent, but it gets incredibly crowded, with queues extending all the way to the elevators. The environment is chaotic and the management needs to improve to avoid such long lines.

Location wise it’s around 8 minutes walk to the nearest metro. Wouldn’t say far but definitely not near either. Rating I would give is 3.8/5. Not exactly at the most bustling district but there’s this main shopping district - Osu which is within walkable distance! Do head to take a look! Else everything is definitely satisfactory. I love the breakfast buffet (served 6am to 9am) everyday. Selection of proteins is not bad. Free flow eggs… The menu differs slightly everyday. Hot bath from 630am - 4:00pm and at evenings till the midnight. Feels great! (Didn’t take pics due other users’ privacy) It’s empty and there’s no one else whenever I went, so it feels exactly like a private space to relax. Housekeepers are super friendly too. Toiletries are placed at the public areas in front of the receptionist. Do remember to take before you set into the hotel! Makes up good experience in japan. The location is good. The room was clean and nice, but the shared toilet was built into the wall and was at an angle. I'm not very tall so I was able to use it, but it would be difficult for taller people. As expected, the area under the toilet was in a terrible state in the morning. I hope it's only on the floor where I stayed.
