"Checking in and out were a breeze. The staff were super helpful. All of them were great. Cleaning staff were great too. Room was very neat and tidy. View was nice from the 11th floor. Amenities were great although I do wish they had a bath salt but otherwise it was great. Loved the folding mirror by the desk and the full length mirror by the door. I really recommend this hotel. There's a famima right outside, a sugi across the street, nakau across the street as well. Lots of places to eat. Near the stations as well. Although there's no airport service, there's a limousine bus pickup at oasis21 near this hotel to make going to and from the airport super easy"

"Excellent staff service, especially Ms Yamada san, she's super patient, friendly and assures us our luggage will be arranged a few days after our checkout from Comfort Hotel to another hotel in Nagoya so that it will not arrive too early before our arrival as we are backpacking to the other prefectures before returning to Nagoya. Excellent service and nice breakfast too. I fully recommend a great stay in Nagoya... Just that the pillow can be fluffier (too flat) for comfort."

"The entire hotel relies on air conditioning for ventilation, as windows cannot be opened. The double room was small, just barely adequate. However, the surrounding area offers excellent accessibility. It's about a 10-minute walk to Muji and the famous HARBS cake shop (the original, historically significant branch). Popular restaurants like Gyoza no Ohsho, Umahachi, and Chen Mapo Tofu (Matsuzakaya store) are only about a 15-minute walk away. The hotel is located between Sakae and Fushimi stations. We usually opted to take the subway one stop from Fushimi to Nagoya Station for shopping at Takashimaya (which houses the renowned Din Tai Fung on its upper floors). Getting to the airport was also convenient, involving a subway transfer to an express train. So, the hotel's location is indeed exceptionally convenient, with easy walking access to shopping centers like Mitsukoshi. During our four-day stay, we noticed a high number of Korean and ********* tour groups, which made it quite noisy. Therefore, it might not be suitable for guests who prefer a quiet environment or wish to enjoy hotel amenities. However, this type of budget hotel is very popular, with its affordable price being its biggest advantage."

"This is a hotel I've used several times. The location is excellent for my needs. Generally speaking, I think many people would also find the location good, as it's right in the heart of the entertainment district. The rooms are slightly larger than those in typical business hotels, and the toilets, sinks, and bathrooms are also relatively spacious and easy to use. There's a convenience store on the first floor, so you can enter without leaving the hotel building, even late at night or during rain. However, when you step outside the hotel entrance, especially from dusk through dinner time into the late hours, there are several unidentifiable individuals soliciting customers. This is extremely annoying and bothersome. Something needs to be done about it. Also, many people are seen smoking at the entrance. Every time the automatic doors open, cigarette smoke enters the hotel, which is also a nuisance. Therefore, I've given the facilities a rating of 3, though personally, it's closer to a 2. The hotel should take responsibility for preventing these undesirable individuals from loitering at the entrance. Other than that, the rooms no longer have permanent telephones. In an emergency, it would take too long to make a phone call, which could be life-threatening. I wonder if they haven't considered what to do in an emergency? As for amenities, the basics are provided daily. Hot water comes out immediately in the room's bathroom, and the water pressure is sufficient. The refrigerator is a toy refrigerator, so with summer approaching, it might take several days to cool down anything you want to keep refrigerated. It would be nice if there was a refrigeration dial inside the refrigerator, but this one is not good. As for the air conditioning, the air coming out doesn't feel particularly dusty. There's also an air purifier, which I use in conjunction with the air conditioning. Also, the heating and cooling can be controlled individually, so I don't feel any environmental stress during my stay."
