Hotel Forza Nagoya Sakae

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Sakae business district, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. Stepping out of the hotel, you'll find the Matsuzakaya department store, and next to it is the Alpen NAGOYA sporting goods store. The hotel room, though not large, is well-designed and has air conditioning that provides heating. The only downside was that check-in was advertised as 2 PM, but upon arrival at 3:30 PM, I was told I'd have to wait 15-20 minutes. I only got my room card after contacting Trip.com customer service. The male staff member at the front desk with glasses was very arrogant and neglected guests during the check-in process.

This stay was great! The hotel's overall environment is clean and tidy, and the decor feels quite new. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, making for a very relaxing stay. The location is near Sakae, which is super convenient for dining and shopping, and getting around is easy. The front desk staff were very friendly and communication was smooth. Overall, it's excellent value for money. Highly recommend this place if you're visiting Nagoya!

The hotel is very close to the nearby shopping mall, and transportation is quite convenient. However, the hotel doesn't have its own parking lot, so those traveling by car will need to find parking nearby.

The hotel service was excellent, and the location was fantastic, very close to the commercial street. They offer a complimentary water bar with 24-hour hot water and coffee. What really made my day was that each room also came with two complimentary glasses of wine, which was perfect for unwinding after a long journey.
