Gradually was fascinated by overall experiences: wide room with great durability and well-prepared amenities. Breakfast buffet line was MVP! Pinned this place for possible next trips for sure!"

"We stayed at this hotel from December 20th to January 1st! Its name translates to 'sea lullaby' in Russian, and it truly lives up to it! The hotel has a limited number of rooms, which means it's quiet and peaceful. We stayed in an overwater villa with direct pool access from our room, and the kids absolutely loved being able to swim anytime! The rooms are well-maintained, and you can tell the hotel staff put in effort to keep them in good condition. Housekeeping was proactive; unlike large hotels where you often have to chase them, here they offered to clean our room themselves! Linens and towels were changed regularly. Breakfast wasn't a buffet like in bigger hotels; instead, they prepared everything to our order, and you could really taste the care in the food. The beach is across a small road from the hotel, but there's hardly any traffic, so it wasn't an issue. For us, a big plus was having the beach almost to ourselves because most of the hotel guests are from Asian countries and don't typically sunbathe much. The sand is light, and the water is crystal clear! For beach activities, you can ride horses, and sometimes there are banana boats and jet skis. If water sports aren't available but you really want them, you can arrange it at the hotel reception. You can also order drinks and food from the restaurant to the beach. The prices on the main restaurant menu are reasonable, more or less the same as cafes on the shore, which is unusual for hotel restaurants, so we often had lunch and dinner at the hotel. Regarding amenities, a 7/11 is about 20 minutes from the hotel, but we borrowed bikes from reception and got there in 5-7 minutes. By the way, they don't sell alcohol there because a high school is nearby. In an alley, there's a small local shop where you can buy beer, rum, snacks, and other small items. Cafes, massage places, and laundromats are about a 15-20 minute walk along the shore. And here's a delightful surprise for us: it was our child's birthday, and the hotel staff presented a handwritten card with well wishes, along with complimentary ice cream and flowers! Our daughter was so touched and absolutely loved it! We've never experienced anything like this in other hotels where we've celebrated birthdays. Special thanks to the management and staff for creating such a wonderful atmosphere. When we checked out, they even offered us free water for the road and ice cream for the kids! If you're looking for relaxation, attention to detail, and a carefree vacation, this hotel is for you! Thank you to the hotel and staff for our amazing holiday. We will definitely be back!"

"Location is convenient for people with private cars, but not in a residential area, but near 7-11, making it very convenient. The room is large and spacious. I asked for 2 single beds and got 2 5-foot beds. Very good. The room has a sea view, very good. When leaving the hotel, you can cross the road to the beach. Very good. Breakfast is a Breakfast Set because there are few guests, which is OK. The receptionist is very cute and good. If I have a chance, I will definitely come back to use the service again."

"Overall, we had a decent stay. Only a few things missing. 1. Toothbrushes, comb, and shaving kit should be put in the room without calling and ask. 2. Jacuzzi was not entirely clean. 3. Hairdryer was broken. 4. We requested king size bed but got two twins bed combined. We are fine with that but staff should confirm bed type upon arrival rather than me finding it out by myself. 5. Hangers for towels were very easy to fall down which irritated me sometimes. 6. There was no Netflix. Breakfast was great. We were surprised that staff can remember her birthday and received a cake which tastes good. Staff were friendly and attentive. Thank you!"

"This hotel is a solid choice for families with kids. The kids' room offers plenty of activities to keep children entertained, and the kids' pool is safe and fun for younger ones to enjoy. The beach is nice, and the option for small horse rides was a hit with the kids. Overall, it’s a convenient spot for families."

"Stayed at The Palayana Hua Hin and enjoyed a restful, laid-back stay. We booked the 2-bedroom suite for our family of 4 adults and 2 young children—it was very spacious and came with a large sitting area, which worked well for us. The resort’s setting stands out, with beautifully maintained gardens, a tranquil vibe, and direct beach access. Breakfast had a decent variety, and the staff were warm and helpful throughout. A few areas could be improved: some in-room fixtures are a bit dated, and soundproofing isn’t the best as we could hear people along the walkway. The bathroom flooring is also quite slippery—non-slip mats would be a useful addition for safety. Overall, a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommended."

"The hotel is generally well-maintained, but the air conditioning in the room was quite noisy. The hotel should at least provide earplugs for the rooms. The outdoor pool is beautiful and fun, with three small loops and one large loop. The purification system is excellent, and the pool water is very clear. However, the pool only operates until 7 PM, which is far too early for a resort. When I booked, the website stated 10 PM, which led to me being asked to leave while swimming. It was a very unpleasant experience. There's a local roadside restaurant near the hotel that we ate at for two consecutive nights; it perfectly satisfied our picky Sichuanese palates."
