I was very surprised. From the welcome ceremony upon entering the hotel to checking out: it was like enjoying the level of an emperor and an empress. When you stay in the hotel, you can enjoy it all in the hotel.

The reservation desk has the best offers and packages for experiences. The stay was comfortable and yet affordable. The spa and foot massage were very very good. (Highly recommended). There were food allergies and the staff took extra care of those. They changed their preparations and ingredients to accommodate it. Just wow.

I love this property. The room was very big and beautiful. The room view was so awesome.The hotel is located in the beautiful mountain ranges and the hospitality is remarkable with very humble and polite staff. High tea was fabulous.... . 🥂

The Leela Jaipur is my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment I arrived I knew that this hotel was so special. Every member of the staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The grounds were absolutely gorgeous and the room was fantastic - truly felt like we were staying in a palace. The breakfast was superb and the bartenders surprised us with some new creations based on our preferences that were incredible. Akanksha particularly was so kind and welcoming and really made our stay wonderful. I absolutely cannot wait to return to the Leela Jaipur in the future. Thank you to all who made our stay so perfect!

I recently stayed at The Leela and had an absolutely amazing experience. They made us feel incredibly special, especially since it was my daughter's birthday. She was the happiest, thanks to the attentive and caring staff who went above and beyond to make her day unforgettable. The food was excellent, adding to the overall fantastic experience. Beautiful property and excellent hospitality. A very warm welcome by Akanksha Sable. She guided us throughout our trip. Live music throughout the day was the star attraction. Cultural performances were outstanding during high tea. Overall, a great experience.

Had an amazing stay !! Thanks to the entire team for making a pleasant stay with so much warmth and best of hospitality. The team took care of every small details , the spa was very neat and clean and the trainers were very well equipped with Gautum being so warm and gave personalised time to oversee our fitness and made health chart which is still being followed by us

We have recently stayed at Leela for celebrating my sister’s birthday . We had a decent stay but not as we expected from Leela . Room size are small as compared to amount of money they charge close to 20000 for one night . reception staff was attentive and helpful. Although they need to improve their hospitality . Had very hard time booking the hotel with their sales team . They lack a lot on sales and hospitality front and professionalism . If the booking experience is not good then hotel fails at the very first step . We were not even informed by their team that all restaurants and major common area are under renovation . When we reached there then we came to know the fact . Food was good . We had dinner and breakfast with them . Last year we stayed at Deviratan and their hospitality was impeccable as compared to Leela .

The Leela Palace is the best place to stay during your vacation in Jaipur. The staff is hospitable, kind and generous. The property is mind blowing and well mantained. You never feel like moving out of the property because it has so much to offer. Come spa or their outdoor swiming pool, everything is top notch. I came with my friends and we had a ball. Their rooms with the private pool and courtyard are heaven on Earth. Excellent property, excellent staff, a complete 10/10.
