When I first entered the hotel lobby, I was very excited, the place looked grand and impressive, perfectly matching its name. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the lobby smelled fresh and pleasant. However, once I received my room, I was shocked. The room was very small, outdated, and dimly lit. The bathroom was cramped and narrow. Housekeeping was slow, when I returned from lunch, the room had not yet been cleaned. When they finally arrived, I only asked them to replace the towels and replenish the coffee, tea, sugar, and mineral water. Since the bed had not been made that morning and I simply went straight to sleep, leaving it as it was, my power bank, which I had used earlier, was left behind and possibly hidden under the pillow. Unfortunately, it was my mistake not to check carefully before checking out the next day. I did send an email to the hotel regarding this, but I have not received any reply until now. On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent there was a wide variety of dishes to choose from, and the spread was both plentiful and appealing. And the hotel was just within walking distance of the nearby mall.

The room is about 32㎡, with a rather compact layout, especially the entrance area. On the same floor, there's also an outdoor pool, spa, and sauna. The pool is open until 6:00 PM during your stay. This Pullman is ideal for shopping holidays and business travelers in West Jakarta. The hotel's artistic design is a standout feature.
