Perfect location! Everything you need is right outside the door. This hotel location is unbeatable. It is right at the famous road and situated right opposite Shilla Duty Free, which made shopping so convenient. The street itself is lively, with plenty of nice eatery and gift shopsvalong the street. I also loved that there is a E-mart near the black pork restaurant, making it a very good place to buy grocery, fruits and snacks to bring back as souvenirs. Highly recommended for the convenience. There are a few shops that we enjoyed, serving great food at reasonable prices.

The hotel is exceptionally clean. The front desk staff speak Chinese, which made communication effortless. Their service was excellent, a big thumbs up! This hotel is definitely worth staying at; I'll be back next time.

My stay at Bolton Hotel Jeju was absolutely perfect, I highly recommend it! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. They were patient, friendly, and could communicate smoothly in Chinese, which was a huge plus. They kindly helped with directions and luggage storage, making the whole experience very comfortable. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with new facilities and soft bedding. Daily housekeeping was meticulous and thorough, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and shopping. The value for money is outstanding, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Jeju.

This hotel, carefully chosen after extensive research on Xiaohongshu, offered an incredibly satisfying experience! 1. The Chinese-speaking front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and provided detailed information about check-in. I even learned a couple of simple Korean phrases from them, hehe. At check-out, you can ask for a scale to weigh your luggage in advance, which is a thoughtful detail that helps prevent overweight fees. 2. The room was clean and comfortable, comparable to a high-end budget hotel like 'Ji Hotel' in China, though the desk was a bit small. The entire hotel is non-smoking, so there wasn't a hint of cigarette smell! The bathroom had a pleasant candy-like scent. The TV was in Korean; since we only stayed one night, I didn't have time to figure it out. 3. The location is excellent. There's a KFC and Shilla Duty-Free Shop downstairs, and Baogen Road Food Street, with many popular 'influencer' restaurants, is just a short walk away. It's well-connected and only a 20-minute drive to the airport. 4. Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious! Don't miss it. Who wouldn't want to enjoy a delightful breakfast in the morning, sitting by the floor-to-ceiling windows on the sixth floor, watching the bustling streets of Jeju Island? 5. I heard there's a swimming pool, but we arrived late and left early in the morning, so we didn't get to experience it. I'll definitely check it out next time! I didn't take many photos, so here are some beautiful views of Jeju instead. #JejuIsland

The front desk staff spoke great Chinese, so there were no communication issues! The hotel was quite clean, and the Chinese breakfast was to my liking. It's super convenient to get anywhere in the city, especially on the last day for shopping. I could easily head back to the hotel lobby to organize my luggage, and the staff were very patient.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was warm and attentive – a truly fantastic experience! The location is super convenient, right above Shilla Duty-Free, and there are tons of great restaurants nearby. The facilities are comprehensive, making for a really comfortable stay. You're in the city center for shopping and dining – it's amazing! ✅ Still fantastic after countless stays: This hotel, opened in 2025, is sparkling clean. It's fully equipped with a Dyson hairdryer, smart toilet, and USB ports. Every detail is perfect. ✅ Super attentive Chinese service: The front desk staff speak excellent Chinese. No need to worry about luggage storage or calling a taxi. ✅ The rooftop pool is incredible: The heated pool offers city views and Hallasan mountain views. It's fantastic for photos, and I always take tons of them. As a loyal customer, I highly recommend it! Choose this hotel when you come to Jeju; you won't regret it!

The Bolton Hotel is conveniently located in the city center on Bogan Road, directly opposite Shilla Duty Free. There's also a bus stop nearby with connections to various attractions, making it incredibly convenient. The hotel itself has a great ambiance, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained. The front desk service is excellent, and some staff members even speak Chinese, so there are no communication worries. Plus, if you're on a higher floor, you can enjoy some nice city views.

Cleanliness: Very clean, just like the promotional pictures. Environment: I really liked the decor and the common areas. Service: Everyone was very polite, and the front desk staff were patient and spoke excellent Chinese! (٩(•̤̀ᵕ•̤́๑)ᵒᵏᵎᵎᵎᵎ) Facilities: I didn't get a chance to go to the pool, but it looked great! You should definitely bring your swimsuits. The breakfast was also delicious. I'll definitely come back if I get the chance. The futon mattress was just right in terms of firmness, perfect for a solo traveler or with a good friend. Excellent value for money!

The room isn't huge, but it's very clean. The staff can speak Chinese and they were very welcoming. The location is excellent – both Baojian Road and the duty-free shop are within a 10-minute walk. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This time, I booked a suite on the 17th floor, right next to the pool, which was super convenient. The hotel's location is excellent, directly opposite Shilla Duty Free and just a 10-minute walk to Baojian Street! The hotel is brand new, and the front desk even has a Chinese-speaking staff member. Plus, they offer free umbrellas, which is a fantastic touch!

The room was very clean, and the front desk staff spoke Chinese, which made communication super easy. They even let us check in half an hour early. The parking garage is a mechanical one, and you need to be back before 10 PM for assistance. We had an early flight, so we didn't book breakfast and can't comment on it. Shilla Duty Free is right across from the hotel, so it's super convenient if you want to shop 'til you drop. Highly recommended!
