Jeju Central City Hotel Reviews

The hotel was in a very convenient location. Literally infront of Shilla Department Store where most trip pick-ups happen. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. Will stay here again if given a chance.

I was visit second time ~ Very nice Room clean and big size~ High floor room good~

The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom is also big. The location is quite convenient as it is near the bus stop and there are many souvenir shops and the food street is close by.

the hotel is near the jeju airport! it is convenient to go to the airport in the early morning!

The location is nice, close to the airport and city center. But the check-in time is too late (15:00), also no big towels for shower, they supply with 4 small ones (why?), also no toothbrushing sets. In addition, the facilities are quite old (especially leaking bath equipment). P.S. The view is awesome!

Service is not good of Elevator Run so slow and late because Hotel have 2 Elevator but only one is working another one is locked.

Hotel only do housekeeping on tues, Thurs and sat …… so cleanliness is average. Really old hotel and its family room is not as comfortable as we seen in the review. Will not recommend for family guests there better choice around the area. But is acceptable.

Great location but kind of old, the morning buffet is horrible with no many things to eat and bad smell inside restaurant. The staff was helpful but no smiles to customers. Anyway, good price for 1 night in city center

Mold on the ceiling and shower curtain, AC barely worked and my refrigerator was broken. Upon bringing it up to the front, no action was taken although they said everything was “fixed”. Hotel worker and random person walking into the room at night and early morning while I’m asleep, I genuinely did not feel safe in this hotel. Why should I be scared to sleep in my own comfort in my own hotel room I paid for? Yet they still refused to give me refund or any type of formal apology. Do not stay in this hotel. To simply put, it’s dirty, disgusting, and service is bad.

Good for a few nights.

Good location and breakfast. No other toiletries available aside from shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Towel was small. Good enough for budget travellers.
