Chose to stay at this hotel as the location is just 3 mins walk to Dongmun Night Market and 2 mins walk to Black Pork Street and shopping area. It was our last night at Jeju so we needed a hotel near to Jeju airport. Room was very spacious and pleasantly clean! My two daughters love the platform bed. Staff was very friendly as well and they have a bar at the lobby which ambience looks great! Only challenge is parking due to limited spaces around the area and the hotel's designated carpark is abit tricky to get a lot during peak hours. Parking is free though. Overall will recommend 👍🏻

The room is very small. The bathroom and bathroom are smaller, but the location is very good. There is also a large parking lot next to it (the charge is not cheap and it costs more than 400 Taiwan dollars a night). Check-in and check-out are very convenient by the machine. I am friendly, but the hotel does not have an elevator. If your room is just on the fourth floor, It’s really dangerous to carry luggage, and if it’s a light trip next time you should still choose here (when you don’t need too much luggage)

The location is really good since its near to the shopping center, bus station, coffee shops, black pork market, global banks and its in front of a Gwandeokjeong Pavilion.
They also allow you to leave your luggage near the reception, this is perfect for travelers who arrived early and cant check-in yet, you can also leave your luggage after you check out and explore Jeju. The girl in the reception is super friendly and they all speak good English. Will recommend this hotel for sure!

After retirement, I booked a 3-night healing trip alone.
When I checked in, the window was blocked unlike the picture..... I felt like I was trapped in a cave.
When I asked to change rooms on the 2nd day, they asked for 10,000 won per night. Since it was a rare solo trip, I didn't want to be upset, so I paid 20,000 won and changed my room.
I stayed for 3 days and didn't say hello even once.
The facilities seemed to have been rebuilt in an old building, and were clean.

Suitable for backpackers who are alone, self-service check-in, there are staff on the seventh floor after 15:00, if you encounter difficulties, they will take the initiative to help 👍 You can see the sea on the top floor, which is very beautiful. 2 of the man in charge of the front desk were unfriendly and looking fierce when we checked in. Upon checking out on the4th morning, we tried to ask them to assist in getting a taxi as I we have an early flight which they were reluctant. However, they complied but shouted at us to sit tight while he called for a taxi. This was uncalled for. Will never stay again even if the offer is free.

Hotel is near to black pork street but I requested the high floor room they only give me 3rd floor room.
My booking is sea view room thus stay is 3rd floor i cannot see any view.
Mineral water is charged KWD1,000 per bottle.
The shoes is reusable not the type of disposable.
The toilet blind cannot closed properly , can see thru.
The staff some very friendly some not really friendly.
We stay in the family room, they supposed to give us 3 pcs towel and pyjamas but when I call to request of it they said currently is out of stock.

The floor was dirty, the walls were stained, and my air conditioner wasn’t working. When I had an issue with the bathroom light, I wanted to go to the reception, but no one was there. Fortunately, later that evening, when I returned to my room, the light was fixed. However, if you ever have a problem, expect that there will never be anyone at the reception.
The bed was very uncomfortable, but at least it was clean. The bathroom was also clean.

I ordered a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, I already paid in full, only because when I booked the room I booked it for 2 people, because it turned out that I was with 2 children aged 4 years and 10 years, I was charged again. It's really annoying, even though there are no additional services, why do I have to pay again. in other hotels it's not like that

GGuest UserLove the hotel. The space is considerably big for us. I love the cleanliness of the room and the stunning view of the mountain! They have amenities such as coin laundry as well. The only downside is that the choices for the 7-11 was rather limited.

IIm_YiseulThe location is OK. There are several bus stops nearby, but they are basically about 7-8 minutes' walk away. It is very close to the airport and Jeju Bus Terminal. It takes half an hour to get to Dongmun Market and duty-free. It is not easy to call a taxi.
The room has 4 layers of soundproof glass, so it is very quiet and not noisy at all. You can see the sea view and airplanes from the 5th floor and above. There is a smart toilet and hair dryer, but there is no kettle. You can't eat in the room. There is a small swimming pool on the 8th floor.
4-star 3-star hotel, the overall cost performance is still very high, the staff are very qualified and enthusiastic (it may also be because they speak Korean

DDanielThe hotel is in a great location with a shopping district nearby. The room size was about right for a family. Housekeeping staff are polite whenever we encounter them. The not so good things would be the carpark. It's very cramped and if we are back late, there won't be lots around. Luckily the hotel has parking attendants around to guide.
The other unpleasant experience would be with the breakfast bar. Apparently if we are late and still around after the opening hours, we will have eyes staring at us while we are eating.
Overall comfortable stay but the experience with some of the staff was better.

진진원The location is close to the airport, and there are plenty of great local restaurants behind the hotel. There's also a convenience store right next door that sells a wider variety of food and items than most convenience stores in Korea, which is really nice. The front desk staff weren't very friendly, but the maids on each floor were extremely kind and always greeted me with a smile. The parking entrance is very narrow, making it difficult to get in and out.

1. Parking — extremely small parking space available for guest. At most, it is able to fit 3 cars at the front of the hotel, and 3 cars at the back of the hotel. If you’re driving, be prepared to pass your car keys to the reception for them to re-arrange the cars as and when needed for other guests to leave the hotel due to the tight parking space.
2. Hygiene level — upon checking in to the hotel, there were strand of hair stuck to the faucet of the shower head; and the drainage system for the shower was extremely slow causing puddles of water while showering. The rain shower was not fully functional, causing the water to splatter in all direction.
3. Suspicious wire behind mirror — we also realised there was a wire hidden behind the mirror; it is either that the wiring was exposed or that it is connected so something else. However, the mirror had no light, thus it was hard to tell what it was for.

4. Location — extremely near shopping and eating streets; two streets away! And it is also close to Lotte Mart and other Mary’s (if you drive).
5. Service — front desk was extremely helpful; giving us direction for the nearest mart, shopping place, and also stored our meat overnight in a proper fridge for us to retrieve the following morning before our flight.
Overall, a basic hotel that has good location (near to airport and city centre), and at affordable pricing if you’re not picky. Maintenance is not good — despite the renovation.

Instead of this room with pool it is better to book rooms that hasn't private pool. Because the hotel has very nice outdoor pool on the roof with ocean view.

GGunnar AustinThe prices here are fantastic. There’s no denying that. But you get what you pay for, and even with such a low price, I would never stay here again.
Staying here in November, the thermostats were set to 25 degrees (77 for my fellow Americans. This might not seem too horrible, but when you factor in Jeju humidity and a top bunk, it was so uncomfortably hot. Forget about a blanket, you’ll want to take off as much clothing as possible while trying to maintain decency.
Unfortunately, taking off a shirt or wearing shorts opens you up to another problem: mosquitoes. I wondered what all the red stains on the walls and ceiling were at first, but after I killed two mosquitoes and had countless more get way, I figured it out. Between the heat and the mosquitoes, I felt like I was sleeping outside in a jungle. Worst sleep I’ve had in a hostel (without someone in the room snoring as loud as a jet engine)
Other negatives include the beds feeling rather small and of course being Korean style in terms of hardness. Also, although this place calls itself as a hostel, but the English spoken here is minimal at best. If you don’t speak much Korean, expect awkward conversations with very little information being relayed to you. If you’re Korean these things might not bother you, so bear that in mind.
I hate giving it so few stars, considering the shockingly low price and the overall cleanliness and modernness of the facility, but I had a horrible night here. Wouldn’t stay here again even if it were free. If you’re a broke backpacker where money is the primary criteria, this is about as cheap as it gets and you get a lot of bang for your buck here. But if a good nights sleep is important to you, look elsewhere

SSabohatI am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel, Seoubong Beach Hotel from Sept 23-26. While I had initially looked forward to a pleasant experience, I regret to inform you that the behavior and attitude of some of your staff members were awful.
During check in the behaviour of your staff Kelly Oh to be discourteous and unprofessional. She was very rude. We booked and paid the room for 3 adults she asked us extra charge and could not explain for what we need to pay extra 30000 Won. She was very rude and almost kicked us out. I believe it is essential to bring these incidents to your attention so that you can take the necessary steps to rectify them.
On Sept 24, during breakfast at your hotel's restaurant, I had a regrettable encounter with a member of your waitstaff. She rudely with a loud voice said to go out from the restaurant without waiting for our finishing the breakfast at 10:05 am. I have never seen in any hotel this kind of unprofessional attitude from staff members.
I kindly request that you investigate these incidents and take appropriate action to address the behavior of the staff involved. Additionally, I hope that you will consider implementing further training and measures to ensure that such instances do not recur in the future.
I value the importance of constructive feedback and hope that my concerns are taken seriously. I look forward to hearing from you regarding the actions taken to rectify these issues.
