説真的我是上次住過才回購的，但是。這次以後我真的不再選擇了。這次的體驗感太差了。沒有服務可言，設備也是壞的。前台員工説就是這個樣子的，而且因為到店太晚也沒房換了。首先我預訂了這個房間，就應該保留一個正常的房間給到客人，而不是這個設備壞的也給客人使用，而且我是預訂後四五個小時才到店裡。

過年回家住了三天酒店，每天都在換酒店，這是最後一晚，也是最滿意的一晚，酒店是去年重新裝修開業的，就是以前的維多利亞酒店，裝修很智能很現代化，小度可以控制裏面所有的電器，裏面很多細節也做得非常不錯，洗漱台和衣櫃都是開放式的，衣服洗了一晚就幹了，洗漱台的鏡子帶了鏡面燈，馬桶和淋浴房都是分開的門，配置的洗浴用品也都很齊全很高檔，窗簾也是電動的，下次回江華酒店就選這裏啦！這裏提個小建議，洗漱台加裝一個可移動可放大的小鏡子就更棒了

🆘🆘🆘避雷避雷避雷避雷避雷避雷‼️‼️設施：極差……！掛在天花板上的燈罩突然摔落下來 幸好沒有坐在燈罩底下 而且事後酒店也沒有解釋設施摔落問題並且裝沒有這回事…直到退房也沒有提起 如果砸到人後果簡直無法想象……！！！
服務：極差……！ 諾大的酒店裡竟然酒店經理負責人態度也是帶點不耐煩且自以為是的想法的服務態度對待住客！並且在離店前一晚給酒店經理負責人溝通第二天退房延遲一小時並再續費三小時無需換房溝通完後也同意。第二天酒店經理負責人直接反悔不承認自己同意…。

房間乾淨，裝修簡約風，酒店位置很便利，附近也有很多吃的，房間也是智能化的酒店也是新裝修的，沒有什麼異味，前台客房的阿姨服務態度也很熱情
