前台服務人員態度非常好！房間很乾凈整潔敞亮！就是今天的早餐有些偏鹹了！下次來建湖還是繼續住這家酒店！

前台小姐姐服務很貼心，房間很乾凈，空調也給力，邊上就是步行街，出行方便。早餐乾淨衞生，打掃的阿姨也很客氣，下次還會推薦同事來住！好評。

千萬不能被維也納給忽悠了。還以為是個還不錯的酒店，結果一進房間一股黴味。毛巾拉着鬚子，總覺得黑糊糊的，房間部分牆面水泥牆，還發黴，部分牆面牆紙都翹起來了，枕頭也和毛巾的情況差不多。出了房門打掃衞生的直接把浴巾當地毯，酒店部分樓梯真是年代久遠。最後早餐，怎麼形容，不好吃就算了，啥都齁鹹，這邊一個服務員穿着烏漆麻黑保安的衣服拿個深棕色抹布，特別隨意。酒店整體感覺和多少年前的招待所差不多吧。所以以後訂酒店擦亮眼睛了，要麼索性加五十去住書香，要麼索性弄個小賓館，也不用花了連鎖酒店的錢住了路邊小賓館的體驗，還美名其曰商務大床房，我呵呵噠。
