I have been traveling to Jianshui for a long time. This time I chose Jianshui Hotel to stay. I went to the front desk and asked a young female waiter. She asked several times but ignored her. She became very impatient when I asked again. The service was very bad and she was very unhappy with our stay. Good impression. The guest rooms are not equipped with laundry rooms, which brings inconvenience to the guests. Overall, I am worried about the service of this hotel. I will not choose this hotel again when I come to Jianshui in the future. I also hope that the hotel manager will strengthen service training for service staff.

The room is hygienic and clean, with complete facilities, first-class service, convenient parking, right in the ancient city, and the breakfast is also good and full of local characteristics.

The hotel is very new and big, the location is very good, the parking is very convenient. The service attitude is also very good. The check-in and check-out speeds are very fast. The front desk introduced clearly and thoughtfully folded the two-day breakfast coupons separately and gave them to the guests. The breakfast is very good, not only the regular buffet but also special rice noodles. Just in time for the Mid-Autumn Festival, the hotel gave extra mooncakes, fruits and snacks. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry. The only downside is that it would be nice to add a door to the shower room.

Don't stay in this store, the location is for nothing, it's right next to the ancient city, it's very convenient. But the service and facilities are too poor. After we arrived at the store, we first went to the front desk to check in. The front desk surnamed Wang (I asked her the employee number later, she said no, then I asked her your name, she said Wang) first asked if there was a reservation, yes, there was no one to type If you want to say hello, just ask if you have a reservation. I said yes, and then directly ask: what is your name? I was stunned at the time, after all, I was at least twenty years older than her, so I asked again: What's your name? I told her what is my last name? She then found a piece of paper that was supposed to be a reservation and checked me in. When I got my luggage and got ready to go to the room, I found out that the room she gave us was the one closest to the road. I asked her if it could be closer to the inside. She said that only the four rooms on the farthest side were available, so I would I re-selected the fourth room, thinking that it should be closer to the inside. I went to the room to rest for a while, and was about to go out to visit the ancient city. I happened to see the room attendant cleaning and preparing to close the door in the corridor, so I asked casually: Is this room already booked for occupancy, but she said: No, these rooms are closed today. It was empty and there were no reservations. I really don't understand why the front desk surnamed Wang is so cunning. Shouldn't the rooms of the same level be given to guests to win praise? Later in the evening, another incident happened that I had never encountered before. At 12 o’clock in the middle of the night, I was awakened by voices. I was confused and couldn’t tell whether it was upstairs or next door, and the voices continued. I have never stayed in a hotel with such poor sound insulation. , I waited for a while and didn't stop. I couldn't bear it anymore and had to call the front desk. The front desk said it was next door. You all knew it was the next door. Why didn't you stop it? The voice was so loud at that night, and it was not from the same room. After checking in two or three rooms in the middle of the night, I was still excited to stay awake, chattering, and after making a call, someone knocked on the door next door, and then it took a while for the sound to subside. Others, such as the fire alarm in the corridor repeatedly calling the police without reason, don't care about the distance from our room. In short, the staff training is too poor, and the hotel's sound insulation is too poor. This flaw is really not a condition that a similar hotel has.

I checked in on the afternoon of July 20th. After walking around, I felt that the hotel was very good in terms of hardware and location. When I returned to the hotel around 8:00 pm, I wanted to consult with the front desk about how to continue my stay. Because we booked online, we wanted to ask whether we should continue to order online or continue at the front desk. It was such a simple question. After hearing this, a long-haired lady at the front desk was very impatient and said that you should continue to order online! I didn't believe this attitude, so I asked again. I have lived in so many hotels, no matter what the specifications are, I have never seen such inexplicable and disrespectful front desks. Jianshui is very beautiful, the people I met are very nice, and the hotel is also very nice, but this inexplicably disrespectful front desk makes me feel like I swallowed a fly. After all, it is a Jianshui hotel, a landmark, and there are such employees ! I have never posted comments on any platform, but the experience that night really made me very angry, and I am so upset, I hereby give a bad review! ! ! I hope that while your hotel pays attention to the improvement of hardware, it also needs to strengthen the construction of software, especially the quality of staff needs to be improved! ! !

I have never seen such a sluggish and corrupt front desk in my life. I don't know what to ask, and it's quite amazing to shirk responsibility!
