Atour Hotel Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport Reviews

The hotel asked flight time 3-4 times, i said "21:30"  (both morning staff and night staff on Wechat asked same question but no proper action) and said "even there is no other customer, we will pick you up at airport on time" so this means they will go to pick me up at "21:30" but during 21:30-22:30 (waiting 1 hour because theu said "soon") I asked pick up time update,  night staff only said " soon driver will go there" so I was hurry going out to wait outside near parking being cold and hungry. Night staffs are too young and lack of experience. Bad communication letting customer wait 1 hour outside, instead of saying " around 22.15 -22.30 as they know driver will drive to airport  only 15 minutes.....) if they could say estimate time, so i may spend 1 hour eating some food in restaurant nearby.

The room was big too and very comfortable, the cleanliness of the room was excellent. Location was about 20min to airport and with free shuttle service to nearest Train station Jiaodong胶东站. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast taste good too

One of the best hotels i have been to in china , the hospitality and cleanness of it is spectacular, I recommend it .

I really enjoyed my stay at the Atour Hotel. It’s conveniently located near the airport, which was perfect after my flight. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with good amenities. I had breakfast there, and it was pretty good with a nice variety of options. The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely recommend it.

Service was excellent, the environment was pleasant, and everything was clean with great facilities.

I arrived in Qingdao quite late, so I booked a hotel near the airport. The exterior of the hotel looked decent, but the surrounding area was quite remote, making it difficult to get a taxi. The young lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and made me feel very welcome.

Pretty good overall. The lobby had plenty of books, which the children really enjoyed. The movable mattresses were also a nice bonus. I'd suggest the hotel consider providing two baby cribs; it's a small addition that would offer great peace of mind to families with infants. A big thank you to the front desk staff for the complimentary breakfast vouchers. The breakfast itself was quite good too.

The pre-booked airport and subway station transfers were incredibly convenient; the driver was punctual and very friendly, which made my trips over the past two days thoroughly enjoyable. My room even had a mini-fridge, which was perfect for storing leftover local dishes since I was traveling solo. To top it off, the hotel restaurant kindly reheated my food for lunch! This was a truly fantastic experience!

To begin with, hot water was incredibly scarce, almost non-existent, and the water pressure was extremely weak, just a trickle. The room also overlooked a garbage dump. Moreover, the hotel's interior wasn't cleaned properly.

The hotel is about a 20-minute drive from the airport. The room was clean, and the bedding was acceptable. While the room wasn't very spacious, the AC temperature was comfortable. Breakfast was decent. My only minor complaint is that the room felt quite small, especially with the 2-meter bed taking up most of the space. Hopefully, the prices will be a bit lower in the future.

Atour Hotel has very modern facilities. The rooms are comfortable and fresh-smelling. Breakfast was plentiful, the staff were friendly, and it offers great value for money. The driver for the Jiaodong International Airport shuttle service was also excellent, providing warm and attentive service.

What a truly heartwarming and outstanding hotel! Our very first stop upon returning to the country made us feel incredibly cared for, just like family. ❤️ The airport transfer service was very convenient. The driver was friendly and communicated well. ❤️ The front desk staff were all exceptionally caring and patient. When we checked in late at night, the charming young man at the front desk not only provided children's toothbrushes but also personally brought us comfortable cups. Later, when our pre-arranged driver for our journey home was delayed and we ordered takeout lunch, a young lady quickly noticed and brought us three bottles of water. Each of these gestures deeply touched me. ❤️ There are plenty of books to read, and a gym and laundry room are available on the second floor. Next time, I'll definitely have to stay longer! ❤️ The breakfast offered a wide variety of nutritious and delicious options. ❤️ The environment is fantastic, and everything is spotlessly clean. A special mention goes to the bedding – the pillows and mattresses are absolutely superb, ensuring a truly deep and comfortable night's sleep! I will certainly choose to stay at this hotel again if I have the opportunity. My sincere thanks for the wonderful care you extended to my children and me.

All the hotel staff I encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping, were incredibly friendly. A housekeeper I met in the hallway always greeted me with a warm smile, truly embodying the hospitality of Shandong. Both the late-night congee and breakfast were delicious, with breakfast offering a wide variety of choices. Tables were cleared efficiently, keeping the dining area very clean. The airport shuttle service uses the hotel's own vehicles, ensuring reliable and punctual transfers.

The room was spacious and very clean. My hairdryer automatically shut off due to overheating, and when I called the front desk, they promptly sent up a replacement. While the issue with screen mirroring on the large screen TV wasn't fully resolved, the staff came to assist very quickly. Their service attitude was excellent. When I accidentally left an item behind, they immediately notified me and arranged to have it sent to my home. The hotel breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. They even offer a complimentary hourly airport shuttle service, though I didn't get a chance to use it as the timing didn't suit my schedule. Overall, a very positive experience.
