Hotel always friendly, but during COVID time ensure you do not have problem and follow rules and regulations to ensure safety of everybody. Breakfast very good and tasty. Very convenient also for its location to go everywhere and with a lot of Japanese restaurants around. It is my favourite hotel in Jiaxing.

The front desk lady was very enthusiastic to introduce the surrounding area. It was a pity that I didn't see the black swan of Xiu Lake due to the itinerary. I will stay in this hotel next time.
