Shell Properties in Jinan

My husband and I stayed at this hotel while traveling. It's close to the airport, and the service was excellent and very welcoming. The airport shuttle service was very convenient. We had to catch our flight early and missed breakfast, but the hotel staff brought us milk and bread, which was very thoughtful and kind. I give this hotel a high rating and am very satisfied! 💕💕🤗🤗

A pleasant stay at Shell Hotel, Jinan. Conveniently located near Daming Lake, offering clean, comfortable rooms with modern touches like automatic blinds. The staff was friendly and attentive, contributing to an overall positive experience. Reasonable rates add value to this delightful hotel. Recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Because I even lived, the front desk helped upgrade the room, but the daily cleaning is really hard to say. The hair on the ground and the skin of melon seeds have not been cleaned up. Maybe the price is there after all. If you don’t remind to clean up, it’s still dirty at noon. The sheets and quilts will not be changed. The room is not soundproof, the TV sound next to the corridor can be heard...😮💨

Facilities: Basic amenities are provided, including disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, slippers, and a smart toilet. Environment: The location is acceptable; it's close to attractions and within walking distance. Cleanliness: Neat and relatively clean. The room is too small, has no window, and it's a bit difficult to turn around. In the bathroom, you might bump your head against the wall when using the toilet. It's worse than other hotels in the same price range in the area.

這是我第二次入住這家酒店，體驗依舊很棒！酒店的設施維護得很好，房間的家電和傢俱都很新，沒有陳舊感。洗衣房的設備很實用，出差的臟衣服能及時清洗，烘乾機的效果也很好。前台服務熱情周到，見面都會主動打招呼，還能記住老顧客的喜好，會主動提供常喝的飲品。房間的衞生狀況一直很穩定，保潔阿姨打掃得很仔細，連衞生間的角落都擦得乾乾淨淨。周邊的交通和餐飲都很便利，是出差和旅行的好選擇，會繼續支持！
