Shell accommodation in Jinan

Exceeded my expectations. The young lady was incredibly kind and friendly. I booked a room without a window, but she upgraded me to one with one. They even provided pick-up and drop-off service. If I ever need to go to Jinan again, I'll definitely book with them again. A must-have!

這是我第二次入住這家酒店，體驗依舊很棒！酒店的設施維護得很好，房間的家電和傢俱都很新，沒有陳舊感。洗衣房的設備很實用，出差的臟衣服能及時清洗，烘乾機的效果也很好。前台服務熱情周到，見面都會主動打招呼，還能記住老顧客的喜好，會主動提供常喝的飲品。房間的衞生狀況一直很穩定，保潔阿姨打掃得很仔細，連衞生間的角落都擦得乾乾淨淨。周邊的交通和餐飲都很便利，是出差和旅行的好選擇，會繼續支持！

The overall stay experience was good, but there is still room for improvement. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the subway station and business district; the front desk service is friendly and the check-in procedure is efficient; the room is clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the sound insulation is good. However, some facilities are a bit old and the bathroom floor drain is a bit slow. The mineral water was forgotten to be replenished when the guest room was cleaned, and the problem was solved promptly after being reminded. The price/performance ratio is moderate, suitable for short-term business stays. If you can pay more attention to the details of maintenance and enrich the dining options, I will consider staying again and recommend it to friends.
