Great location with lots of food options in the neighborhood a short drive away or a bike ride away. The resort area comprises of Pullman, crowne plaza and Wanda. So if u prefer to eat in one of these hotels that’s an option but much more pocket friendly options in the area too outside of this hotel area but close by. Rooms are comfortable. An outdoor and indoor pool are available but the indoor one water is too cold and needs to be regulated. The steam and sauna are not always on so if u are the first one to use like in my case then u have to wait till it heats up and gets fully operational. Steam worked great but sauna not so good. Jacuzzi was busted and non-operational. Don’t forget to get ur swimming caps as even though outdoor pool one is not required but if it rains u must go to the indoor one as per hotel rules and for indoor u need a cap and to buy one at site is very expensive. The check in desk person Jacky Chen was very nice and helpful. Smooth check in process. Eva he at the breakfast buffet was also very kind and friendly and all the staff generally were good. However the staff at the front entrance gate need to be trained better to talk to customers like they normally should to customers but I felt they were very rude although it was not there intention to be rude. They just need better training. Parking is not allowed around the entrance circle but many people are allowed to park and is not consistent. If they allow one car to park then they should allow all. Local cars should not get preference. Even the help staff at the breakfast should be trained a little more to serve customers as it was quite chaotic. Overall a pleasant stay but some improvements required as highlighted above.

Nice and very big hotel but mostly for Chinese tourist and families. Difficult to deal if you are a non chinese speaker as only a few employees speaks good english and very few signs and documents are in english. However we had a nice stay. Garden, rooms and food are quite good.

The last stop in Banna was arranged at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, which was the most correct arrangement for this trip. The room was clean, the bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas, and the balcony view was great, which made the body and mind relax. I made an appointment for hotel service in advance, and saw two elephants on the bed as soon as I entered the room. The hotel swimming pool was also very clean, and the bubble party in the afternoon was also loved by the children. The intangible cultural heritage handicrafts in the hotel lobby were also worth experiencing... I made an appointment with Anman for travel photography. The clothes and accessories were very beautiful. The hotel gave us simple photos, and if we wanted something more exquisite, there was an upgraded service. Children could wear accessories alone. The photographer was very professional and captured very smartly. The environment of the hotel was also beautiful. Almost every photo was good. I might have to struggle to choose the photos. In short, it was worth it! ~

The location of the hotel was great for those who want access to the city but also a quiet retreat in nature. It took about 25 minutes to drive to the night market and cabs were readily available. The hotel itself was beautiful and the room was clean and really comfortable, but unfortunately the pool was closed when we went (the temperature was still warm enough for swimming, so not sure if this was because of COVID?). The cafe and shop were also closed, so there were no options for quick snacks (you might want to bring your own along). The breakfast buffet had lots of selection. Views from the room were lovely, especially at sunset.

Great location if you wanna feel the vibe and noise of the city. This area get busy and loud in the evenings, mostly of visitors to the city. Some of the roads gets closed to vehicles during the evening cater to pedestrians. The rooms are sufficient and staff are friendly and courteous. Breakfast is mainly fChinese food with some selection of dry cereal such as Cheerios, Frosted Flakes and Rice Crispies. Do make sure you check out the pool, bar and gym on the top floor.

Excellent little hotel. Owners were very helpful and found us a local driver to take us on day trips. Pool was also great to use after a long day touring. Superb location, steps down directly to bridge for access to the floating market or just walk right for 2 mins to reach the temple and night market. The village area its set in is amazing. Very cute roads all around filled with lots of amazing restaurants and coffee shops. Room was spotlessly clean, 2 big balconies overlooking the pool. Stayed with my family of 5 and we all loved this place. Oh, huge beds and really comfortable too- can sleep 3 kids to a bed easily. The environment is very good, the room is spacious and bright, I am very satisfied with my stay and the experience is very good. The quilt and pillows are soft and comfortable, the bedding is very clean, the bathroom has enough hot water, the air conditioner is very powerful, and the bathroom in the room is very clean. The room attendant was very enthusiastic, polite, and attentive. He recommended us surrounding attractions and some snacks, and reminded us of things to pay attention to when traveling. The hotel is in a very good location and is very convenient for traveling. You can see the Lancang River and Gaozhuang Xishuangjing from the window. The scenery is very good and even more beautiful at night. It is also very close to the night market and bar street. After dinner, you can go to the Lancang River to enjoy the breeze and visit the night market. It's very pleasant to stroll around and sit in the bar. The hotel parking lot is also very large and parking is very convenient. A very satisfying stay experience, highly recommended.
