Great hotel in the jiuzhaigou area, clean, good location that is 15 mins walk away from the park entrance and near convenient stores and food options (which is not the case for other hotels). In addition, there is free washing machines and dryers for guests to use which is always helpful. The hotel staff tagged to us (海军） was very helpful in answering our queries as well. Overall, highly recommended!

Nestled conveniently close to the stunning Jiuzhai Valley National Park, the Grand Rezen Jiuzhaigou Resort provides a truly pleasant and comfortable experience. We were particularly impressed by the pristine condition of the hotel and the attentive, high-quality service from the staff. A special mention goes to Haijun (海軍), who went above and beyond by personally assisting with our luggage and insightfully guiding us through the resort's entertainment offerings. Start your day right with their excellent breakfast, boasting a wide variety of delectable choices to suit every palate.

A few minutes ride to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou ticketing. Nice hotel breakfast. Clean room with butler service.

Hotel is good location and easy to reach jiuzhaigou. Nearby a lots of restaurant. Hotel services is excellent. I would like to give 小韩 for 5 star services. 小韩 is caters every guest's need with warm and genuine smile. We feels like stay here right at home and stress free stay.

It was a pleasant stay and eateries are just round the corner. Also have a personal butler attached to you and ours is 小韩, who updated us with daily info and ensured our requests are met. Breakfast is good. Highly recommended to stay here if you are going to Jiuzhaigou:)

Second time staying in the resort.
Same great experience, hotel staffs are amazing,they welcome you right after you enter the hotel lobby with a great smile and friendly attitude.
They do have this 小管家- 小谭. A very helpful young guy, even send us to our room doorstep.
Will definitely stay again looking at its convenient location. Restaurants are just beside, and it is very near to the JiuZhaiGou Scenic spot.
