We don't understand when reaching to the floor after taking the lift up, we expected the rooms on the same floor but there are rooms are needed to take a few steps of staircase down to the room which is very inconvenient with the heavy luggage. Moreover, the hotel does not provide any breakfast and we can easily take the breakfast at the restaurant next door.

It's expensive and poor, and the front desk's attitude is so bad that it's like they owe him money. The air conditioner in the room was so noisy that I couldn't sleep at all, and the heating was very slow. The water on the bathroom sink was small and not hot yet. You can only use the shower, and the temperature can only be said to be not cold. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. When I asked the front desk if I could upgrade my room, I couldn't do it at first. They said I didn't have permission and the price was too low. Then we waited for us to say forget it.
