The service is amazing with mouth-watering breakfast buffet and a la carte dinner served. We stayed at Hilton for two nights even though we wanted more. Every staff we passed by greeted us with a warm smile. I have to especially praise one of the staffs who is sweet enough to notice the first day of our check in is actually my mother's birthday. She volunteered to give us additional snacks, fruits and even a birthday cake prepared in our room. How thoughtful is it.💙 She added our Wechat and messaged us if everything was fine and if we wanted additional items e.g. bath salt, scheduling our time for complimentary photo-shooting etc. Really great service. Meanwhile, the vibe of the hotel is also calming and elegant and there are elements of local culture everywhere. Anyway, I highly recommend it to others if they are looking for a place to stay around the area.

Extremely nice environment n good service . Airport conditioning has problems , called the operator , within 10 mins , a staff came and checked and needed to change to another room . Everything settled very fast

Hotel is located in very scenic valley. In 10 minutes driving it’s authentic local (*******) restaurants, buggy and horse riding points. Hotel doesn’t have much facilities like spa or swimming pool, but service is excellent. Personally want to thank Tant 唐昌田, he helped to arrange all our activities. Complaints ; hotel did not get ready bar terrace (outside +27 C daytime), choice of wines very weak, all top qualities were sold out🫠

The check in flows is smooth, especially Anna and Lesly, both of them are so attentive and being helpful. The view from the room is superb! They are very nice and well aware that my partner and myself just got back from the jiuzhaigou, offered us salt bath for relaxation. The experience is awesome in the hotel!

Very nice hotel near Jiuzhaigou. Room is big and clean. Staffs are very polite and attentive. Hotel is serving international buffet at dinner and the selection is worth the price. Overall, if we come back to Jiuzhaigou, we will definitely choose this hotel again.
