Before I do any review I believe it is necessary for people to realize what we are reviewing. This is a value-based motel, not a Hilton, or Hyatt. Based upon that I gave it four out of five stars. The room was clean, the front desk staff was helpful, and my son and I both slept well the three nights we were there. The beds AR comfortable, they could use better Linens and toiletries, but it is not bad. If you were looking to stay someplace on a budget, look no further.

This hotel was not worth the $400 per night. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and they didn’t clean your room each day so that meant no shampoo, conditioner or coffee. I would have been ok paying $175 a night. They serve breakfast and it was not free, which is fine, but it’s very confusing and we weren’t sure if it was included or not. After a long drive (8 hours in the car), I went to go walk on the treadmill and the gym was 85 degrees. To my delight, however, they had a Peloton! The pool is small, but ok. I ended up taking towels from the pool so I could have clean towels during my stay. Did I mention they don’t clean your room…at all? The location is very convenient.

This was my sixth or seventh time staying at the Hampton Inn in Eugene and it continues to be one of my favorite places to stay in Oregon. The employees at the front desk are consistently helpful and easy too deal with. The breakfasts are great. I also love the heated swimming pool! The rooms are always comfortable, and I’m always amazed at how quiet the hotel is after 10:00 pm. Finally, the hotel is close to restaurants, shopping, and most importantly, the University of Oregon. (I’m a big Ducks fan) I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone station in Eugene. It’s a great place,

Only place we stay when we are in Eugene Oregon. Love everything about Hyatt Place Oakway Center Eugene. Breakfast is awesome, room was really clean. They sent text messages prior to arriving to make sure if we needed anything prior and checked up on us during our stay. For sure we are returning.
