Excellent stay, great polite staff, good hospitality of mr ram the manager f&b staff were hospitable, specially mr. Pawar was always around to help with the menu at the continental restaurant. Continental menu is good, portion size wonderful. Indian restaurant had a great spread. Brick village rooms were spacious, clean. Room service was quick. Highly recommend

Good location and easy approach. Overall resort is well maintained and rooms are clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Ony issues : power kept going off at night(4-5 times) and we needed to switch on the ac manually everytime. The cycles kept for riding were not in good condition and were pretty much unusable.

We enjoyed a great stay at saj by the lake. The staff is excellent and friendly, food is superb - especially their maharashtrian fare. The property is also nice. They have nice lawns by the lake, gaming areas and a small pool. But rooms need to be upgraded a bit. There was no refrigerator and we were not able to keep our medicines and water bottles. The bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling glass window that overlooks a small private garden. It is beautiful but it becomes sun-drenched and hot in the morning. Some other basic amenities like tissue paper etc. Weren't provided in the room. Vodafone and air-tel network is horrible. Only jio and their own wifi works. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Compared to crowded lonavala, this is a good place for short getaways near mumbai.

Lakeview room has v nice view. Hospitality of restaurant manager is excellent. The day we went there was heavy music from neighboring plot but they worked out and reduced sound levels.

Stay was comfortable and the staff is courteous. Services are on time. Quality of food is good. Variety is also there in food items. Bar is available which makes your stay more exciting. The property is near lake which makes is best in place.

It was huge music playing whole night which created headache for me and my family. It was waste of money and experience. They changed the room after midnight fight with hotel staff but it was too late.

Located close to the lake this resort is amazing with its breathtaking views as well with the wide variety of food menu and the chef here has done an excellent job both qualitatively and quantitatively. Rooms are spacious and offer very cozy comfort with a lot of space and plenty of furniture. The cycling ride too was good for an evening stroll to the lakeside and boating.

Receptionist was not supportive, many of mentioned were not workitor under reparation. Food was good. Lake view is only visible from premium cottages. In pictures also only premium cottages rooms and view is uploaded. Not at all worth the price and hype
