Good location and not expensive. Worth to introduce others to stay in this hotel.

Excellent service and location. Only downfall was the size of the bed, the small double really was a SMALL double. Very uncomfortable for a few nights.

Good memories

The hotel reception staff are friendly and can speak English. The lobby of the hotel room is clean and heated. The bathroom is spacious and the wash basin is large enough. The shower head is powerful enough. There is a large bath on the 2nd floor. The water temperature is very hot and it is very comfortable to soak in winter. The password for the women's bath is different every day. It is very reassuring. , skin care products are provided, but unfortunately no cotton pads are provided. It would be better if they were provided. The location is 10 minutes away from Central Station by mains. There is a convenience store downstairs just across the street from the bus. It is about 6 minutes away from Tenmonkan Station. There are different restaurants nearby. Overall, I am satisfied.

New Year's Eve, I wanted to relax and stayed overnight. Great location, close to the station and downtown area Although the facility is not as pristine as you might describe, it has been thoroughly cleaned and is a passing grade. The morning buffet on New Year's Day is very satisfying with an array of osechi dishes. It was a relief because I didn't have to make osechi! !

The room was clean and beautiful so I had a comfortable stay. Also, the room had a nice view from the window, so it was interesting to look outside!

The environment is very clean, and you can soak in hot springs every day, which will relieve your fatigue after the trip. The staff are also very polite and always say hello when they come in and out. The surrounding environment is comfortable and the transportation is convenient.

I was never reminded that check-out was at ten o'clock, but I suddenly called at ten-thirty to tell me that I would be charged extra. Other hotels have check-out at eleven o'clock, this is too stingy. When I called, I was told that there would be an additional charge of 2,300, but when I arrived at the front desk, I was charged 4,600. I asked him why he said it was 2,300 and now it was 4,600. She confidently said that it was 4,600 and asked her to show the charging standard, but she said no.

It was nice to have a public bath. The staff is friendly. Good price including meals.
