Very comfortable hotel and great breakfast, though the aircon in our room produced a musty smell. Good view of the lake but the hotel being up a hill, the view is a little distant.

Location is great but overall rooms and amenities could use a refresh.

Starting from front desk to F&B to housekeeping, all the staff were courteous and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They all had a smile on their faces all the time.

It's an older hotel, and the location is pretty good. It's halfway up the mountain, overlooking Kandy Lake. The small town of Kandy itself is not big, so it's enough to walk around for a day!

The room faces the lake, especially in the evening, the view is very good! The breakfast is delicious and there are many varieties of dishes! The swimming pool is on the top floor and the water temperature is suitable. There is a balcony to drink tea and chat!

I stayed in Sri Lanka for 7 days with 2 adults and 1 child. I only filled in 2 adults when booking, and I could check in smoothly in the other 5 hotels. In this hotel, when checking in, a male manager did have some opinions and didn't say no. Another waitress gave me the room card, of course we thought it was ok and went to live. As a result, the man actually asked the next hotel not to receive us, saying that we left without communicating. If you still have doubts, why did you give me the room card? After that, I didn't come to the room to find me, saying that I can't bring children? Instead, they asked other hotels (said to be their brother hotels) not to receive me. It's rubbish!
