設備老舊且未清潔乾淨，但客服服務優秀 首先，我發現部分設備明顯老舊，可能影響使用體驗，甚至存在潛在的安全隱患。此外，場地的清潔狀況未達理想標準，房間灰塵堆積、異味、污漬等，讓人感覺環境管理還有提升的空間。 儘管如此，我仍要特別感謝貴公司的客服人員 ，他們態度親切、回應迅速，努力協助解決問題，讓這次的體驗不至於太過失望。希望貴公司能在維持優質客服服務的同時，也能加強設備維護與清潔管理，讓顧客有更好的體驗。 期待貴公司能夠重視此問題，並進一步改善相關設施與環境。謝謝！

這次訂兩間四人房，全家旅遊。 結果我的房間電視壞掉，然候床上棉被也有小強出沒。 牆壁的壁紙斑駁，地毯角落灰塵以及破損 以上是606號房

來看魔力紅演唱會 住便宜的CP還行 不算太高，畢竟還是有點距離 離捷運站沒有很近，計程車要花150 3F沒有傳言那麼可怕！只是比較老舊 櫃檯叔叔人很好

住在211房～房間大又整潔！不過芳香劑可以換一下香味！房門不用鑰匙直接一推就開了！所以只能栓鍊子並放椅子擋住門！建議更換房門上鎖能力！ 其他都很好👍
