An excellent hotel. Room is nice and clean and is big enough. TV programs are excellent as you can also watch cable tv and local dramas. Location is excellent as the ancient town is just right next door, just a short walk ahead. Food is easily accessible.
Hotel reception staffs are friendly and helpful. If you asked for directions they are always more than helpful to assist. They even propose where to go and where to visits that is worthwhile. Overall thumbs up hotel and a comfortable stay.

I really like the Kashgar style of this hotel, which matches the ancient city very well. The courtyard room has a door and a window, and the balcony is large and ventilated. I stayed at Royalton on the first day and thought it was very nice. I still booked this hotel after coming down from the Pamir Plateau. It was after the May Day holiday, there were few people, and the price was affordable. I saw that the hotel's senior management seemed to be all Han Chinese when they came back to work. The management was very good. The security uncle would help with the luggage and pour water. The lady at the front desk was pretty, gentle and polite! ! The room is clean, odorless, the bedding is very comfortable, the air conditioning is very powerful, there are many food places downstairs in the hotel, which is very convenient. I think the soundproofing of the room is OK. When the windows are closed, the sound of the shops downstairs disappears. It's only a few hundred meters to the ancient city! Parking is free and Kunlun Tower is just a few steps away from the hotel. I recommend it to my friends and ask them to stay at Meilun next time they come.

I have been visiting this hotel since 2015 and have stayed here around 7-8 times. Every time I've visited, I've had a wonderful experience. Last week, I visited again, but this time the experience was not as great. I booked online, and upon arrival, I was directed to the nearest building, called Zhong-ba Building, which I was unaware is part of Qinivake Hotel.
While the room was acceptable, the lobby and corridors had an unpleasant smell. This was the first time I faced such an issue, having stayed here many times before. The main building’s rooms and facilities are excellent, and I would love to stay at this hotel again in the future—but I will definitely avoid the Zhong-ba Building

Environment: routine! The city view room is not an ancient city view room, but a modern city view room. The sign lights outside the window will not go out at night!

1. The breakfast coupons were not printed enough, but I found out the next day that no breakfast coupons were needed! 2. The room card was not prepared enough. I asked for a second room card, but there was none. 3. The photography shop downstairs is full of tricks, saying it’s x number of negatives and x number of refined photos. But they won’t give you raw files (they call them original films and charge a few hundred yuan), nor will they give you extra shots (for example, if you take x+10 pictures). You will be charged a fee to give you extra shots but no retouching ( They say they don’t promise “shoot more and send more”). 4. The glass of the observation elevator is so dirty!

AAnonymous UserThe B&B is about 7-10 minutes' walk from the entrance of the ancient city, and the location is very convenient. Before checking in, the boss took the initiative to call and ask if he needed to arrange airport pick-up service, which was very considerate. I originally booked a king-size bed room facing the street, but the boss upgraded me to the second floor. Thank you very much. However, maybe because the B&B is newly opened, there is still a strong smell of formaldehyde in the room, which is not very friendly to people who are sensitive to smells, and the ventilation conditions need to be strengthened.
In addition, the sound insulation effect of the B&B is poor. I didn't fall asleep until 3 a.m. on the first night because the guest in the next room had a child and there were people running, chatting and drinking in the public area, which disturbed my rest. It is recommended that B&Bs set reasonable usage hours in public areas and remind guests to keep quiet at night, so as to avoid affecting the experience of other guests. Guests in other rooms gave similar feedback at breakfast the next day.
There are also problems with the drainage system in the bathroom. When taking a shower, water will seep into the ground and cannot be drained, affecting the user experience. The overall layout of the room is relatively compact. Although the toiletries are of the Bvlgari brand, only a bottle of shower gel was replenished during cleaning the next day. Other supplies were not replenished. Maybe because they seemed unused, but for a price of about 1,500 per night For the price, this seems a bit underwhelming.
Finally, we had to carry our luggage ourselves when checking out. Although it was not a hassle, it would have been better if we could provide help. It is worth mentioning that the boss prepared souvenirs, which added some warmth.

IIng YungWe stayed two nights separated by one night in Tashkurgan.The best part of the first day was spent locating an agent to provide a car and driver to Tashkurgan. My wife and me were sent to the Kashgar Tourist centre beyond the airport to apply for a Border Travel Permit to Tashkurgan and astonished to find the place closed being Sunday 24th June. Staff at the reception were all friendly and enthusiastic. Only two lifts served both Orange and Mercure which were inadequate. Mercure provides free pick up and sent from anf to airport but requires 4 hours advance confirmation. We requested sent off to airport for 1005 flight to Chengu. Staff confirmed reservation for two leaving at 0800 which is too early for breakfast at hotel. So an arrangement was made for wake up call, picnic boxes to takeaway. On 26th morning, the short bald old man probably working as bell boy scolded me why I am alone at the lobby at 0752 and that there are other guests waiting in the car. Fully seated by 0755, we discovered that the rush was to pick up another passenger for the one remaining seat in the 7- seater! We had to travel west to Tianshan road, pick up the last passenger at Hanting Hotel before making east and north to Kashgar Airport. The experience totally spoilt my day, wiped out any good feeling or impression with Mercure and never mind about the promised packed breakfast boxes.

CComer the roamerWell, I was awoken at 10:15pm by the staff to confirm I was present in my room and gifted two waters and some fruit. I was then awoken again at 11:30pm by the staff and security at my door informing that the local authorities were in the lobby and would like to speak with me. I come to find out from the officers that the hotel had failed to input my name correctly into the local database based on my foreign passport. After a brief conversation, I was able to go back to bed for the 3rd time that evening at midnight. The next day I was plagued with a headache. The view was forgettable and the Japanese toilet smelled strange, but the shower was magnificent.

GGuest UserThis is the second time I came to Kashgar. This hotel is great. I arrived at the hotel before 8 o'clock in the morning. It was still dark. Normally, the room should not have been empty yet. I wanted to check in first and store my luggage before going there. After a day trip to Baisha Lake, I came back and checked in again. Unexpectedly, the lady at the front desk took the initiative to upgrade the room and I could check in right away. They also asked us if we had breakfast. I asked my wife to go in and see how the breakfast was. She said it was good, much better than the hotel we stayed in two days ago, so we decided to have breakfast here and asked the lady how much would it cost? She told us that we didn't need any money and gave it to us. Maybe she saw that we had worked too hard to come here early in the morning (it didn't get bright until almost 9:30 here), and she was so moved that we almost melted in an instant. The coldness of early winter was driven away by her kindness. And scattered. When we entered the room, we were even more impressed by the great value. The room was spacious, clean and tidy, the mattress was comfortable, and the linens were high-end. We immediately decided to change our original plan and stay one more night in Kashgar. ps: Breakfast 68/person😄
