Bluu Bahari Hotel

We were guests of this structure from 5 to 12 August and we had a very good time, the island is wonderful .. wild, not very touristy, with a dream sea and characteristic villages. The structure is in an excellent position I recommend cmq rent a car to visit the beaches that they all deserve. The swimming pool is wonderful and worth taking advantage of. The food of excellent quality, from breakfast to dinner, everything is treated and genuine. The terrace is unique, from which you can admire the sunsets on the island and enjoy Samuele's cocktails. The boys of the animation Samuel and Marco kind, discreet and too nice. We thank every person of the staff from the kitchen to the dining room, Carola always attentive to every detail, Ilaria and Antonio at the reception, Jennifer for his valuable advice and Piero the manager always available and attentive. I was with my family and some friends between July and August. The structure is adequate to what is advertised. We were very happy, a small misunderstanding with a room was promptly resolved. The manager and all the staff have always proved extremely kind and helpful. A dutiful thanks for my wife's birthday cake and a special applause to Samuel and Carola who made our experience even more enjoyable. stay.

We ended up in this poorly maintained property to say the least. We got to the room and found hair on the pillow in the head of the bed. The dirty floor that had surely only been hastily swept with intricate hair and dust in the chair feet. The chair inside the room was smashed and the curtain was broken. These last two points are small details that are negligible but which make us understand the lack of forethought and general care. The bathroom was also absolutely filthy, with a yellow caked shower drain and a dirty affair of a drain left on the soap dish. After having requested cleaning a couple of times, the room has been cleaned properly, but I don't think one should explicitly request it ... In addition to this there would be a long series of facts to tell but I don't want to go further. I give two stars only because the guys on the staff were really very kind, polite and always super smiling. Of the same can not be said of the owner .. needless to say that I absolutely do not recommend this place.

We stayed at this property from 5 to 12 August 2022, double room on the third floor with all-inclusive, travel organized through AlpiTour. Welcome: transfer to and from the perfect airport, upon our arrival there was already the bus waiting for us that accompanied us to the hotel. Ilaria at the reception welcomed us in a super courteous way, giving us the first indications. We waited for our room in the pool area, where we were immediately offered something to drink and a small snack. Available offered by them, even umbrellas to take with you to the free beach. Room: spacious and bright, with a terrace overlooking the sea, from which you can see a beautiful sunset every evening. Overall good cleaning, frequent towel change and room tidying up every morning. A hairdryer, shower gel and hand soap are available. There is also a fridge with freezer. Food: the cooks are Italian guys so, with the raw materials available on the island, they try to bring Italian flavors to their dishes. Overall, we are more than satisfied. Specifically, double choice on a first course of pasta, very pleasant to our taste, double choice of hot second courses and cooked vegetables. Apart from the buffet, it is not disproportionate but you still find more and more different alternatives every day. Pool area and terrace: there is a large swimming pool with a side bar open during the day. The terrace area instead comes alive in the evening, where we relaxed sipping cocktails revisited and not by the bartender Samuele, much appreciated. AlpiTour organization: the girl who followed us, Jennifer, was always helpful and kind in explaining the various alternatives from the start. We chose the Gulet excursion and the visit to Olympos. Going back we would do both again. The two animation guys, Marco and Samuel, proposed some initiatives on the terrace every evening without ever being intrusive. We enjoyed the Quiz night and the group dancing. Very good! In conclusion, despite the reviews we read that had initially put us off, we were absolutely surprised in the positive. Despite being their first year of opening, the organization is excellent and the commitment and availability EXCELLENT. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property !!!

Vacation from 22/7 to 5/8. Never in my life has it happened to want the holiday to end as soon as possible ... what Andrea Z reviewed. I also add to the many negative things the fact that I had to request a change of sheets after 10 days of stay. We had to buy some spray bleach that we left to an engaged couple, to clean the shower and the bathroom fixtures that certainly do not shine in cleaning ... I did not have the courage to photograph the toilet brush whose color I do not describe it to you, immersed in the its own container in a liquid of an equally indescribable color ... imagine the smell ... the balcony dirty with bird ****, therefore unusable. We want to talk about satellite TV?! 😂😂😂 in the Smurfs' house it would take binoculars to see it. Channel List? Rai news 24, Rai news 24, Rai news24… .. not that one goes on vacation to watch TV, but considering the non-existent entertainment and the sc **** attractions of Arkasa, maybe a few evenings you could have watched a film . I will document everything with photos that I will publish attached. I don't want to be repetitive because Andrea has already extensively described the structure, but the frozen "baby carrots", like the other vegetables and most of the foods offered in the company canteen style, I guarantee you that they would turn ... even to a saint, considering that in canteen you spend 4 euros per meal and here we spent 1800 € each ... ..I want to thank Carola who, thanks to her experience and professionalism, made sure to sweeten the bitter pill and who with a lot of dignity and skill, made a corner of the structure very welcoming although it has very few tools available. Thanks also to Jennifer, referent of Alpitour, but not to Alpitour, who despite her young age was able to manage the obvious embarrassment by dribbling the complaints received in an excellent way. Thanks also to Antonio always very helpful. I certainly cannot thank the manager who, from my humble point of view, should change his attitude towards guests by objectively taking note of the complaints that exactly reflect the reality of the structure. Lastly, deserving much more attention, the washing of cups and dishes, always insufficient, which were often encrusted with milk or yogurt residues and coffee stains …….

Their luck is that I can't put ZERO stars, but it's worth them all! Upon arrival at the facility, the manager (who later turned out to be a person who is not really a customer) introduced himself and invited us to go to the pool to relax. The welcome to the pool was somewhat uncertain, they offered us water from one and a half liter plastic bottles, in recycled plastic cups and rinsed under the tap. arrived at 9.30 in the morning, ok the time is within the rules, but I can not tolerate that all the arrivals staggered after me, they had their room practically immediately! Poor general cleaning of both rooms and common areas. Another very sore point is the restaurant, indeed, we call it self service canteen which is more adequate! Poor quality of products and always the same things recycled between dinners and lunches, sometimes even at breakfast where the few products offered are not covered or in the fridge as yougurt should be! This is for the manager: the rules of the hotel must apply to everything, not just the delivery times of the rooms! All products offered must contain descriptions of the contents, allergens and so on! Intolerant people are NOT welcome, also because they could be left dry! To inclusive? Where is it? Timetables? Practically insistent !! 650mt to get to the nearest beach as per the catalog, but it's just a lie, they will be almost double and it is strongly not recommended for those with small children with stroller because you walk in the street if you want to do it on foot, at least on the way out. downhill! The shuttle provided is a recovery minivan (make sure you have recently taken the tetanus shot) which only makes the route 4 times a day at predefined times. The sea is also nice and the affordable beach with bar attached in part makes you forget the structure which is not vintage or 80s, it is really old with some color touches. We would have to write a poem of negative notes, and very few positive ones but I have yet to find them, and when I find them, I swear I update the review :-) I wonder how a brand like Alpitour has such a structure in its catalog! I hope he takes it off as soon as possible for their good! I do not know if in the future I will still trust them given the value for money offered!

Price too high for the services and the quality offered. How is it possible that such a structure is in the Alpitour catalog. We left with the flight from Verona at 8.40, arrived in the structure at 14.30 we were not even given lunch only coca cola or orange soda Monotonous and repetitive company canteen catering, Breakfast lunch and dinner bad most of the time, very little choice, low quality… buffet to cry, always the same local dishes never present except one evening. To the ridiculous inclusive. Room cleaning was poor, sheets never changed in a week, terrace never swept. Non-existent entertainment, drinks are served in hand-washed plastic glasses at the pool bar. The guys in the dining room and the guy who ran the terrace bar deserve a 10 for their courtesy and helpfulness despite their young age and the means available. The sea is 1.5 km away and not 600m as advertised in the Alpitour catalog, the shuttle service 9.30-12.30-14.30-18.30 is carried out with a poor vehicle to say the least in fact we preferred to go on foot. Too bad because the property would be in a great location with a terrace and spectacular views

Siamo tornati stanotte...Eravamo partiti,leggendo le recensioni,molto titubanti...Abbiamo trovato un hotel carino,con grosse potenzialità.Piero e Antonio,i gestori,super gentili,disponibili,pronti per ogni nostra esigenza.Camere e tutto l'hotel pulito.Cuochi e camerieri ragazzi fantastici così pure i ragazzi Alpitur.Comodo il servizio navetta per la spiaggia di San Nicholaus ( fantastica,ma non fermatevi a quella ...noi in 5 giorni abbiamo percorso 420 km).L 'isola è FANTASTICA. Atmosfera in hotel molto familiare,abbiamo conosciuto tante persone e si sono create belle amicizie.Ci siamo sentiti a 🏡. Inutile dirvi che siamo rientrati a malincuore..

Bellissimo posto in cui rilassarsi e godere di un mare stupendo, paesaggi e piccole cittadine caratteristiche. Hotel tranquillo dove sentirsi come a casa proprio. Staff attento ai tuoi bisogni. Un GRAZIE ai ragazzi alpitour e ai titolari x averci supportato in un momento di particolare necessità. Unica pecca ( si torna a casa con qualche chilo in più) il cibo ti fa sentire a casa
