Best Kassel Spa Hotels

Very friendly reception. Have immediately felt well. Rooms were very clean, generously cut and not inhabited. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. Also here the staff was very careful, it was immediately filled, without the guests' advice, everything. We're coming back. Thanks!

It was okay, but a few things I didn't like that. 1. The door in the hotel room remains always open, so you have to put a chair before it. (not only with me) 2. 2 Young room ladies are probably not willing to say good day. 3. The staircase TH10 is not so meaningful. In the 2nd OG, the door is closed so that in the fire the staircase can be filled with smoke and in the EC it looks like on a building site. Lamps broken, deleters in the wall and very polluted (see pictures) 4. TV is not really useful. The couple of broadcasts you have at all are mostly enjoyed with poor reception and unclear image. 5. Even when you go from the street to the hotel, you stick over the walkers. 6. Eating is not bad, but also not the hit. 7. Lighting in the seminar room went only half. 8. Wine reception is really bad. 9. One side of the bed has a switch for the ceiling ventilator instead of a stick. That's annoying. 10. Washing one his toilet you hear it clearly. 11. The carpet in the room has sticks 12. There is no minibar and no treasure, that is not so good because there are no machines oa. 13. At the parking fee you have to go unltog yourself in cash because you can't book it right at the company. Anyway it's okay. It is just these little things that reduce the experience a little.

This hotel has a great location, serves delicious food, and has very nice service minded staff. We only stayed 1 night, and had a nice stay. We could sit outside, and were well served all the time. All in all, a very nice experience and we would recommend this hotel anytime.
