The location is unbeatable. It's right next to Lihuangpi Road, and the Bagong House is just beside it. Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street is a 20-minute walk away. The young lady who checked me in, the security guard at the entrance, and the young man who checked me out (not at the front desk) were all incredibly nice. The downside is that there's no parking lot, no parking spaces at all. Parking was extremely difficult, which made me hesitant to drive out during my two-day stay. I ended up taking taxis every day, which was very inconvenient. Also, the air conditioning in the room wasn't working well. Someone came to check it, but couldn't find any issues, and it was just too hot. The hot water was also very problematic. When I got back at midnight, if I only turned on the hot water for a shower, the flow was incredibly weak. If I added a little cold water, the flow would improve slightly, but then the water temperature would drop, which was very inconvenient. Showering was particularly uncomfortable these past two days. The hotel is old, and its facilities are outdated. Even the elevator requires you to swipe your card and then press a button; most hotels now just take you to your floor directly after swiping.

Special commendation to Sophia at the front desk. She was incredibly warm, polite, and provided meticulous service. Whether it was handling visitors, reception, or inquiries, she always dealt with them patiently and efficiently. She is dedicated, responsible, and has a very friendly and approachable demeanor. She actively cooperated with all sorts of tasks, working quickly and reliably, leaving me with an excellent impression.

This stay exceeded my expectations, a definite five-star review! The hotel's location is excellent; it's super convenient for dining and shopping, and getting a taxi is a breeze. The front desk staff were gentle and enthusiastic, making check-in and check-out very quick, with no waiting time at all. They also thoughtfully provided information on nearby attractions. The room was spotless, the bedding soft and clean, hot water was plentiful, and the air conditioning adjusted smoothly. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful and quiet night. All bathroom amenities were provided, the shower pressure was great, and there were no strange odors in the bathroom. The breakfast spread was extensive, with a good variety of meats, vegetables, pastries, fruits, and drinks, and the taste was spot on. The overall facilities are new and well-maintained. It's really great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended!

The hotel bedding was very comfortable, and the overall service, from the front desk to housekeeping, was excellent. They were very responsive to all requests. This time, Hans at the front desk was particularly helpful; he arranged an extra bed for us, provided a complimentary breakfast for the child, and pre-registered our car plate. Everything went smoothly! Two days weren't enough, so we extended our stay for another two nights.

What I loved most about my stay was the unbeatable river view from the room and the breakfast buffet. The floor-to-ceiling windows in my room offered views of both the Yellow Crane Tower and the Parrot Island Bridge simultaneously – the majestic Yangtze River scenery was truly stunning. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes that left me feeling very satisfied every morning. Additionally, the hotel staff were all warm, friendly, and proactive in their service. Overall, both the soft services and the hardware live up to the Hilton brand. My only minor complaint is that the central air conditioning might be a bit old; the temperature couldn't be adjusted, and having only one setting isn't ideal for older guests or children. It would be perfect if the central AC could be upgraded.

The scenery is nice and suitable for taking pictures, especially the sunset and sunrise. There were no stars in the sky that night we stayed. You can pick tea for free in spring, and the tea in summer is old. The navigation occasionally leads people to a small road, don't go, in fact, the whole way is an asphalt road around the mountain.

Additionally, they arranged a mini-van with a driver for a full-day tour at a very reasonable price, making our trip hassle-free. The breakfast was a highlight, made with fresh, organic ingredients and homemade dishes. They have their own tea farm, and the tea tasted delicious. The homestay is beautifully located up on a mountain above the nearby town. Despite the remote location, the staff provided transfers to and from town since there were no taxis available. Overall, this homestay provided a delightful and memorable experience. After a Yangtze River cruise ending in Yichang, I couldn't make it back to Shanghai in time, so I decided to stay a night in Yichang. After comparing options on Ctrip, I chose the Westin Hotel. The hotel is located next to the urban-rural area, is tall, and built by the river. The staff provided excellent service; they thoughtfully upgraded us to a river view room upon check-in. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the river view room directly face the Yangtze River, offering beautiful scenery. A special thank you to Nancy! The hotel facilities are great, and the room amenities are complete, relatively new, and very clean. There's also an executive lounge on the top floor (51st floor). Downstairs, there's a greenway and a park, allowing for direct walks along the river.

This guesthouse met my expectations perfectly. After an exhausting day at Enshi Grand Canyon, all I wanted was to lie down, and this guesthouse is super close, just a few minutes' drive from the visitor center. The owner even came out to greet us, making it easy to spot the place. The room had an amazing view and was very bright. The sofa was really spacious, perfect for lounging around. The complimentary snacks and fruit were a pleasant surprise – I even tried the stinky dried tofu and had a good laugh. We pre-ordered dinner, which was home-style cooking. Enjoying the beautiful scenery with a little wine, isn't that what a good trip is all about? The family room was huge, well-equipped, clean, and had a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. Breakfast was also something to look forward to. My noodles were a bit salty, but I still polished them off! 😅 The housekeeper was always smiling, which made our stay very comfortable. I even took photos to praise them!

This hotel was a last-minute pick, and it turned out to be surprisingly good! The room was spacious and comfortable. We're a family of three, and even though the two 1.2-meter beds couldn't be combined, we managed by pushing the sofa in between them, placing a pillow on top, and covering it with a bath towel. This effectively created a barrier to prevent our child from falling off the bed. You can take a free shuttle bus from the airport and then it's just a short walk. We had an early flight and didn't buy breakfast, but they thoughtfully provided a convenience breakfast bag for us to take away, which was excellent service. Honestly, this hotel, which cost only a few hundred RMB, was several times better than the hotel we later stayed at in Singapore, which cost thousands. Highly recommended!
