The room has a fantastic view, especially at night. There's a mirror directly opposite the window, and when evening comes, it reflects the outdoor scenery beautifully. It's truly stunning. In the evening, the Yijing Corridor had a ball game playing, and the resident singer was not only beautiful but had an even more amazing voice. You could even request songs, which was a huge plus. The hotel's location is excellent. There's a Manner coffee shop on the first floor, and just down the street, you'll find Tea Color Yuese and several crayfish restaurants, all within about a kilometer. The room was clean and the bedding comfortable. However, on the first morning, while I was still asleep, I was repeatedly woken up by housekeepers knocking on the door asking if I wanted cleaning. I've stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time I've encountered something like that.

The room hygiene was meticulously maintained, with corners thoroughly cleaned, and the bedding was neat and fresh. The bathroom was odor-free, and the dining area of the restaurant was consistently spotless. The overall environment was grand and elegant, and the guest rooms were well soundproofed, offering a quiet and comfortable stay. The buffet restaurant was spacious and had a great ambiance. The staff were enthusiastic and professional. Check-in was efficient, and the restaurant staff promptly cleared tables and refilled water, providing attentive service. The hotel facilities were well-maintained; the Sweet Dreams bed was very comfortable, hot water and Wi-Fi were smooth, and the swimming pool and gym were well-equipped. The buffet dinner featured fresh ingredients, with a wide variety of seafood and freshly grilled meats. There was also a good selection of hot dishes and desserts, all tasting excellent. It was a fantastic dining experience, and overall, everything was outstanding. A female supervisor with long hair provided excellent service, proactively checking in with guests. I highly recommend staying here.

I stopped over in Wuhan for a night and the accommodation exceeded my expectations. We checked in smoothly with our pet, and there were no additional charges. The hotel did a great job assigning our room, and the soundproofing was excellent. It was the first time my dog slept so soundly outside of our home; she didn't spend the whole night on guard. We kept our dog in a stroller in the public areas. While the hotel is pet-friendly in that it allows pets, there's still room for improvement. For example, the pet bed provided isn't very useful, as most pet owners know that pets won't readily sleep in an unfamiliar bed with unfamiliar scents. Perhaps a pet playpen would be better. Providing pet pads, diapers, and even pheromone sprays for anxiety or flea/tick sprays would truly make it feel pet-friendly. Nevertheless, I'm happy to see that brand-name hotels are gradually opening up to and improving their pet policies, and I believe things will only get better in the future. Aside from the pet aspect being quite satisfactory, I really need to complain about the hotel breakfast. I arrived at the restaurant around 9:45 AM, knowing the hotel was full and breakfast would be crowded, so I specifically tried to avoid peak hours. When I got to the entrance, both the hostess and manager were looking down, and there was no one to seat us. All the trays were empty, and people were scrambling to find plates. I didn't see any service staff in the dining area; it was the head chef who brought out the plates. The food was cleared very quickly by 9:55 AM. I asked an employee who was clearing the food for a main serving spoon to eat my cereal, and she told me they only had ceramic spoons, and that the stainless steel ones were only for the serving counter. The Americano coffee machine at the coffee bar only filled cups about 60% of the way. The restaurant manager really needs to contact the supplier to adjust the machine. What I also can't understand is why the omelet station, which is a key QA check for the Marriott brand, has been changed. There are no more omelets, and although they made sunny-side up eggs, I'm still a bit confused. I've never stayed at a Sheraton before, so perhaps the standards are different? On a positive note, I want to praise the chef at the noodle station. She was incredibly enthusiastic, and the beef noodles were delicious. Even though it was close to closing time, she maintained her warmth and enthusiasm, which was really lovely. However, there's a small detail: the chopsticks provided for eating noodles aren't ideal for picking up the noodles. I observed that most guests were business travelers, and it's very easy for soup to splash onto their clothes. Because of this, I didn't finish my delicious beef noodles.

This is an established five-star hotel with a great location. Parking is convenient, and it's right next to a subway station and MixC shopping mall. The environment and service are both excellent! My international business partners were also very satisfied with their stay. It's an excellent choice for business travelers!

No one guided me to my room, and no one helped with my luggage. The room felt a bit dated, though it did offer views of two bridges in Wuhan. There weren't any smart amenities. They had a delivery robot for room service, but it was incredibly slow. I had also contacted them in advance to prepare children's amenities, but they weren't set up upon arrival. The breakfast variety and taste were just average. The swimming pool was decent, and the views from there were indeed incredible, no complaints about that. Overall, I felt like many aspects fell short of five-star standards. There was one minor hiccup during my stay, but the guest services manager, Ashley, deserves praise for her excellent attitude and how she handled the situation.

I come to Yichang for business every month and wanted to try staying at the Westin. After breakfast, I returned to my room, but the key card wasn't working. For a new hotel with new facilities, this shouldn't happen, which was a bit disappointing. All four pillows were very soft, and there wasn't a slightly firmer option. Personally, I don't sleep well on overly soft pillows, so they should offer a variety. The overall environment is quite good, and the river view from the room is also excellent. The hotel's exterior is very iconic. Breakfast was refined but had fewer options. Regarding service: I checked in on the 29th, and the two ladies at the front desk provided excellent service. When my takeout order arrived, I wasn't familiar with where to pick it up, and they kindly showed me the way, all with a smile. Their emotional support was top-notch. Even when they were checking in other guests, they patiently answered my questions while continuing their work. I am a man, but the TV in my room displayed a welcome message for a 'Ms.' While on a business trip, I was a bit tired, and seeing 'Ms.' actually made me smile and relax a bit, but such a small error shouldn't occur. The price is a bit on the higher side.

This guesthouse met my expectations perfectly. After an exhausting day at Enshi Grand Canyon, all I wanted was to lie down, and this guesthouse is super close, just a few minutes' drive from the visitor center. The owner even came out to greet us, making it easy to spot the place. The room had an amazing view and was very bright. The sofa was really spacious, perfect for lounging around. The complimentary snacks and fruit were a pleasant surprise – I even tried the stinky dried tofu and had a good laugh. We pre-ordered dinner, which was home-style cooking. Enjoying the beautiful scenery with a little wine, isn't that what a good trip is all about? The family room was huge, well-equipped, clean, and had a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. Breakfast was also something to look forward to. My noodles were a bit salty, but I still polished them off! 😅 The housekeeper was always smiling, which made our stay very comfortable. I even took photos to praise them!

Terminal 3 is quite a distance from Terminal 2, but once you get to T2, you just cross the road and you'll see the Holiday Inn. The hotel lobby is shared and very comfortable. The lady at the front desk upgraded my room and even gave us two complimentary drinks. I was hungry, so I ordered room service, and the food was delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable. The water pressure was excellent, and they even offered a choice of soft or firm pillows, which was a nice touch. What truly impressed me was the soundproofing in the room – it was absolutely fantastic! It was so quiet and peaceful; I didn't hear any disturbing noises at all. I highly recommend this hotel if you're arriving on a late-night flight, as it's very close to the airport. The next day, when we needed to go back to T3 to take the subway, the hotel even provided us with a shuttle bus pass, saving us 5 RMB per person.

The owner was simple, warm, and attentive, making me feel incredibly warm from check-in to check-out. We dined at the B&B for several meals, all made with fresh local ingredients, brimming with home-cooked flavors. Finally, before leaving, the owner let me use the kitchen to make a stir-fried rice dish, even paying for it. There are many fun places around. Whether it is strolling in the mountains or playing by the stream, you can completely relax your body and mind. My daughter and the boss's youngest son didn't want to leave after playing so much. In short, this B&B completely exceeded my expectations. I will definitely come again next time!
