The hotel's location is excellent, right next to MixC shopping mall and the subway station. It truly lives up to its reputation as a seasoned five-star hotel, boasting a classic charm and comprehensive facilities (like a dedicated underground parking garage and swimming pool). It's clear that the hotel management is on top of things, diligently maintaining all amenities. Upon arriving at the lobby, the staff's warm greetings made a great first impression. A pleasant surprise was a complimentary upgrade to a Horizon Club Executive Suite. After staying for three nights, I extended for an additional night. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Daily breakfast and dinner buffets were provided, and exquisite fresh fruit was delivered to the room every day. Next time I'm in Wuhan, I will definitely stay at the Shangri-La Hotel again!

Staying at the Xiangyang Intercontinental Hotel was a truly delightful experience. The staff were incredibly attentive, warm, and friendly, making me feel valued throughout my stay. While the food wasn't particularly memorable, the dining experience was still pleasant. The hotel itself boasts a unique courtyard-style design with beautifully arranged garden landscapes, winding paths, lush greenery, and elegant courtyards that create a peaceful and cozy atmosphere. Located next to the ancient city, it offers a tranquil environment. This hotel is an excellent choice for a trip to Xiangyang, perfectly balancing quality and comfort.

We stayed there for 1 night in lake-view room on 7/F, it's perfect for getaway. The hotel locates next to Ci Hu, we can access the view from our room. The lobby is grand, parking lots are sufficient. Room is big, all amenities are provided for free. I would definitely come back again with my kid next time.

I go to hot springs around the area every year, and I think this one has the best environment. The room was very large and clean. Service: The service was prompt, and the staff quickly resolved any requests. It's also a nice touch that they deliver takeout right to your door! Breakfast: The variety isn't particularly extensive, but the noodles and rice noodles were decent, so it was still pretty good. Overall, we were extremely satisfied! If the price is right, we'll definitely come back to stay again!

Honestly, the details across the board here just don't meet Marriott's standards. When I arrived at the lobby, all four front desk agents were gone... The place was deserted. Apparently, there was a car company product launch that day, but does that mean check-ins can't be processed? I had to go find someone to even ask about it, which was quite shocking. Then, the front desk agent who upgraded my room said it had a lake view. But once I got into the room, I found it was a corner room with no lake view at all... Honestly, if you hadn't mentioned it, I wouldn't have minded. But to say it and then not deliver? In the room, the toilet paper holder next to the toilet was empty. I had to pry open the emergency roll. This is the first time I've encountered something like this after staying in so many star-rated hotels. When trying to fill the bathtub, the shower head clearly hadn't been cleaned, and the water kept coming out with fine grit. After filling three tubs, I realized it was an issue with the faucet. I couldn't even use the showerhead to fill it. My boyfriend stood by the tub for almost an hour trying to get the bathwater ready for me. Overall, Wuhan really lags behind the rest of the country in hotel management. They seriously need to step up their training. Even the doormen at the entrance seemed hesitant multiple times, as if they weren't sure whether to approach and open the door for me. I really don't understand it.

This trip was a wonderful surprise and a truly touching experience, starting with booking the hotel. It was a warm welcome in the winter of 2026. I initially booked a hotel for that night on Ctrip, but later saw a discounted package deal. I immediately contacted customer service to modify my booking, and they listened to my request and contacted the hotel promptly to change the order. We were extremely satisfied! 👍 Furthermore, the hotel service was excellent, thoughtful, and attentive. A small note with a greeting was like a warm current dispelling the chill. In short, it was a truly unforgettable experience.

Huge thanks to the lovely Ms. Xingxing! Her service during our stay was incredibly warm, polite, thoughtful, and generous. Seeing that we were two families traveling together, she proactively helped us switch to rooms on the same or adjacent floors. This made our stay fantastic and greatly enhanced our overall experience visiting Wuhan. Here's a quick rundown of the hotel: **Facilities:** Well-equipped with great attention to detail. The rooms have everything: a fridge, a bathtub, a full-length mirror, and more. **Cleanliness:** Spotlessly clean and tidy. The cleaning staff were very prompt and thorough – kudos to them! **Environment:** Very quiet, which made for excellent sleep. Even though the hotel is next to a road, it was truly peaceful in the mornings. Plus, it's only a 5-minute walk to the subway station, with plenty of dining options nearby. It's also conveniently located to various attractions in Hankou, usually a 20-minute taxi ride away, and close to the train station. **Value for Money/Service:** We booked during a holiday when hotel prices were up and rooms were fully booked. We spent a long time planning our itinerary and choosing this place, and for the price during the holiday season, it's unbeatable. I personally believe this is the most cost-effective hotel, combining proximity to attractions, the subway, the train station, and a great environment. Highly recommended. **Service:** I didn't take many photos inside the hotel, but it looks exactly like the pictures on the website. I'm just attaching a few random photos to earn some points, haha!

My stay here was absolutely perfect! The service was meticulous and attentive throughout, and I have to give a special shout-out to Nico Li. The day before my arrival, they proactively called to confirm my estimated check-in time and thoughtfully asked about my preferences, arranging the room in advance. This made me feel at ease even before I arrived. I accidentally left my power bank at the hotel, and they promptly contacted me. Nico Li immediately helped package and mail it back, which was a huge relief – their sense of responsibility is truly outstanding. The front desk service was equally warm and thoughtful, even providing a complimentary breakfast, and the food was delicious. The entire check-in process was smooth, with no issues whatsoever. The staff were responsive, enthusiastic, and attentive, and every aspect of the service was top-notch. The value for money is incredible! I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip and highly recommend it to all travelers!

GGuest UserThe room has a fantastic view, especially at night. There's a mirror directly opposite the window, and when evening comes, it reflects the outdoor scenery beautifully. It's truly stunning. In the evening, the Yijing Corridor had a ball game playing, and the resident singer was not only beautiful but had an even more amazing voice. You could even request songs, which was a huge plus. The hotel's location is excellent. There's a Manner coffee shop on the first floor, and just down the street, you'll find Tea Color Yuese and several crayfish restaurants, all within about a kilometer. The room was clean and the bedding comfortable. However, on the first morning, while I was still asleep, I was repeatedly woken up by housekeepers knocking on the door asking if I wanted cleaning. I've stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time I've encountered something like that.

GGuest UserI stopped over in Wuhan for a night and the accommodation exceeded my expectations. We checked in smoothly with our pet, and there were no additional charges. The hotel did a great job assigning our room, and the soundproofing was excellent. It was the first time my dog slept so soundly outside of our home; she didn't spend the whole night on guard. We kept our dog in a stroller in the public areas. While the hotel is pet-friendly in that it allows pets, there's still room for improvement. For example, the pet bed provided isn't very useful, as most pet owners know that pets won't readily sleep in an unfamiliar bed with unfamiliar scents. Perhaps a pet playpen would be better. Providing pet pads, diapers, and even pheromone sprays for anxiety or flea/tick sprays would truly make it feel pet-friendly. Nevertheless, I'm happy to see that brand-name hotels are gradually opening up to and improving their pet policies, and I believe things will only get better in the future. Aside from the pet aspect being quite satisfactory, I really need to complain about the hotel breakfast. I arrived at the restaurant around 9:45 AM, knowing the hotel was full and breakfast would be crowded, so I specifically tried to avoid peak hours. When I got to the entrance, both the hostess and manager were looking down, and there was no one to seat us. All the trays were empty, and people were scrambling to find plates. I didn't see any service staff in the dining area; it was the head chef who brought out the plates. The food was cleared very quickly by 9:55 AM. I asked an employee who was clearing the food for a main serving spoon to eat my cereal, and she told me they only had ceramic spoons, and that the stainless steel ones were only for the serving counter. The Americano coffee machine at the coffee bar only filled cups about 60% of the way. The restaurant manager really needs to contact the supplier to adjust the machine. What I also can't understand is why the omelet station, which is a key QA check for the Marriott brand, has been changed. There are no more omelets, and although they made sunny-side up eggs, I'm still a bit confused. I've never stayed at a Sheraton before, so perhaps the standards are different? On a positive note, I want to praise the chef at the noodle station. She was incredibly enthusiastic, and the beef noodles were delicious. Even though it was close to closing time, she maintained her warmth and enthusiasm, which was really lovely. However, there's a small detail: the chopsticks provided for eating noodles aren't ideal for picking up the noodles. I observed that most guests were business travelers, and it's very easy for soup to splash onto their clothes. Because of this, I didn't finish my delicious beef noodles.

AAnonymous UserI recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Wuhan Riverside, and I can confidently say that it was one of the finest hotel experiences I have ever had. What truly made this stay exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Manager Herry Huang. From the moment I arrived, Herry demonstrated an extraordinary level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His ability to anticipate guests’ needs and provide personalized assistance is a rare quality that sets him apart. The hotel itself is absolutely remarkable. The facilities are elegant, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. Every detail reflects the high standards expected from a world-class Hilton property. However, what distinguishes this hotel from many other luxury hotels is its people. Herry Huang and his team embody the true meaning of hospitality. Their warmth, dedication, and commitment to excellence transformed a great stay into an unforgettable one. I have stayed at many hotels around the world, but the level of care and service I received here was genuinely exceptional. Hilton Wuhan Riverside has set a benchmark for what a luxury hotel experience should be. My sincere thanks to Herry Huang and the entire hotel team for making my stay so memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wuhan and will undoubtedly choose it again in the future. A perfect experience in every way.

AAtroWe had an excellent stay at this homestay, which exceeded the quality of most hotels I've stayed in. The room was spotless and well-furnished, with no worn-down furniture, a great pillow selection, and high-quality toiletries like shampoo. This family-owned and managed property offers outstanding service. The staff's service was exceptional—they set up a WeChat group for communication and assisted us with transfers to and from the railway station. Additionally, they arranged a mini-van with a driver for a full-day tour at a very reasonable price, making our trip hassle-free. The breakfast was a highlight, made with fresh, organic ingredients and homemade dishes. They have their own tea farm, and the tea tasted delicious. The homestay is beautifully located up on a mountain above the nearby town. Despite the remote location, the staff provided transfers to and from town since there were no taxis available. Overall, this homestay provided a delightful and memorable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing and high-quality stay.

GGuest UserThe Westin Yichang boasts an excellent location, right in front of Binjiang Park, overlooking the majestic Yangtze River where massive cruise ships slowly pass by on their way to and from the Three Gorges. Across the river, the rolling mountains are often shrouded in mist, resembling a magnificent traditional Chinese ink painting. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and relatively new, and the rooms are decorated in a warm and stylish manner. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is of excellent quality. The hotel's breakfast restaurant on the second floor also offers fantastic views. The variety of food is rich, and the spicy oil dumplings are a delicious must-try. The hotel staff are enthusiastic and proactive; there are always service personnel warmly helping with luggage when getting in and out of vehicles. The front desk staff are highly professional and efficient in their service.

MmooncindyThis guesthouse met my expectations perfectly. After an exhausting day at Enshi Grand Canyon, all I wanted was to lie down, and this guesthouse is super close, just a few minutes' drive from the visitor center. The owner even came out to greet us, making it easy to spot the place. The room had an amazing view and was very bright. The sofa was really spacious, perfect for lounging around. The complimentary snacks and fruit were a pleasant surprise – I even tried the stinky dried tofu and had a good laugh. We pre-ordered dinner, which was home-style cooking. Enjoying the beautiful scenery with a little wine, isn't that what a good trip is all about? The family room was huge, well-equipped, clean, and had a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. Breakfast was also something to look forward to. My noodles were a bit salty, but I still polished them off! 😅 The housekeeper was always smiling, which made our stay very comfortable. I even took photos to praise them!

Hhuang brI arrived around midnight, so I decided to stay one night before heading into the city. Terminal 3 is quite a distance from Terminal 2, but once you get to T2, you just cross the road and you'll see the Holiday Inn. The hotel lobby is shared and very comfortable. The lady at the front desk upgraded my room and even gave us two complimentary drinks. I was hungry, so I ordered room service, and the food was delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable. The water pressure was excellent, and they even offered a choice of soft or firm pillows, which was a nice touch. What truly impressed me was the soundproofing in the room – it was absolutely fantastic! It was so quiet and peaceful; I didn't hear any disturbing noises at all. I highly recommend this hotel if you're arriving on a late-night flight, as it's very close to the airport. The next day, when we needed to go back to T3 to take the subway, the hotel even provided us with a shuttle bus pass, saving us 5 RMB per person.

GGuest UserWe loved everything about our stay at Mu Yun Wan hostel for 4 nights. · The Views: Absolutely stunning, panoramic mountain views. We had a great view from both the room and also lounging out on the Sun decks under the umbrella. · The Food: Incredible! Authentic local cuisine that was fresh and flavorful. We had a few special requests on the dishes and the staff happily made it happen. The price point is also great. · The Service: The owner and his family are the heart of this place. So friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about his guests. The entire staff was also excellent and knowledgeable about the surroundings. They shared snacks, offered umbrellas, raincoats and arranged anything we needed before we even asked. · The Design: The hotel is beautifully decorated with modern amenities and has been specced to the highest standards. What you see in the pictures is what you get. The hotel is at a very convenient location and has ev charging which was very useful for self driving. I also saw them arranging pick ups/drop offs and arranging tours for other guests so every type of traveller is covered. A truly memorable and wonderful hotel experience. We are already planning a trip back in a different season and would 100% only stay at this place.
