GGuest UserLocation: Unbeatable river view room with floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a view of Central China's tallest building across the river. The location is excellent, right on the waterfront with a prime river view. At night, you can lie in bed and watch the Yangtze River light show. Hankou Beach and Lihuangpo Road are right outside, and Jianghan Road is a convenient walk away. Cleanliness: The room was clean and spacious, and the bedding was soft. Service: The front desk service was attentive. This place offers incredible value for money; I'll definitely stay here again next time!

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and well-equipped, and the service was excellent. When I checked in, being a solo female traveler, they thoughtfully assigned me a pink-themed room with all the necessary female amenities. My friend got drunk and threw up, and the housekeeping staff, particularly Huang Meihua, cleaned everything up without any hesitation, changing all the bedding. A huge thumbs up! 👍🏻

GGuest UserI stopped over in Wuhan for a night and the accommodation exceeded my expectations. We checked in smoothly with our pet, and there were no additional charges. The hotel did a great job assigning our room, and the soundproofing was excellent. It was the first time my dog slept so soundly outside of our home; she didn't spend the whole night on guard. We kept our dog in a stroller in the public areas. While the hotel is pet-friendly in that it allows pets, there's still room for improvement. For example, the pet bed provided isn't very useful, as most pet owners know that pets won't readily sleep in an unfamiliar bed with unfamiliar scents. Perhaps a pet playpen would be better. Providing pet pads, diapers, and even pheromone sprays for anxiety or flea/tick sprays would truly make it feel pet-friendly. Nevertheless, I'm happy to see that brand-name hotels are gradually opening up to and improving their pet policies, and I believe things will only get better in the future. Aside from the pet aspect being quite satisfactory, I really need to complain about the hotel breakfast. I arrived at the restaurant around 9:45 AM, knowing the hotel was full and breakfast would be crowded, so I specifically tried to avoid peak hours. When I got to the entrance, both the hostess and manager were looking down, and there was no one to seat us. All the trays were empty, and people were scrambling to find plates. I didn't see any service staff in the dining area; it was the head chef who brought out the plates. The food was cleared very quickly by 9:55 AM. I asked an employee who was clearing the food for a main serving spoon to eat my cereal, and she told me they only had ceramic spoons, and that the stainless steel ones were only for the serving counter. The Americano coffee machine at the coffee bar only filled cups about 60% of the way. The restaurant manager really needs to contact the supplier to adjust the machine. What I also can't understand is why the omelet station, which is a key QA check for the Marriott brand, has been changed. There are no more omelets, and although they made sunny-side up eggs, I'm still a bit confused. I've never stayed at a Sheraton before, so perhaps the standards are different? On a positive note, I want to praise the chef at the noodle station. She was incredibly enthusiastic, and the beef noodles were delicious. Even though it was close to closing time, she maintained her warmth and enthusiasm, which was really lovely. However, there's a small detail: the chopsticks provided for eating noodles aren't ideal for picking up the noodles. I observed that most guests were business travelers, and it's very easy for soup to splash onto their clothes. Because of this, I didn't finish my delicious beef noodles.

GGuest UserWe chose this hotel for our family trip, and the stay far exceeded our expectations, especially thanks to Xiao Cheng at the front desk. We had pre-booked a family queen room, and at check-in, due to a room allocation adjustment, Xiao Cheng, upon learning we were traveling with two young children, proactively offered a free upgrade to a family bunk bed suite without any extra charge, which was a delightful surprise. The layout of this family suite was very practical, with a queen bed for adults and bunk beds for the kids. The children were incredibly excited to see the bunk beds and had a blast climbing up and down. The room was equipped with special toiletries for children, anti-slip slippers, and even had corner protectors, showing great attention to detail. The overall space was open, with the living area large enough to comfortably place our luggage, allowing adults to relax and children to play without disturbing each other in the evening. The window didn't face the main road, so it was very quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. Xiao Cheng handled the check-in process efficiently, thoughtfully explained the suite's amenities, and provided genuinely sincere service throughout. Traveling with kids can be stressful, and this thoughtful upgrade saved us the cost of booking a separate family room, while the room's comfort was excellent. Both the service and the room type are very suitable for family travel. If we visit this area again with family, this will definitely be our first choice.

SShanshuodeshutiaoTraveling with my family, the hotel's location was excellent. The river view room offered stunning views of several Yangtze River bridges and the Yellow Crane Tower, which my parents absolutely loved. The room service was very thoughtful; seeing that we were brewing tea, they proactively provided extra bottles of water and even placed paper covers on our teacups. My child's T-shirt, which was casually left on the sofa, was also neatly folded. Huang Rui, the lobby manager, actively inquired about our needs and offered us a late check-out, which perfectly solved the awkward situation of having nowhere to go between lunch and our high-speed train.

GGuest UserThe scenery is nice and suitable for taking pictures, especially the sunset and sunrise. There were no stars in the sky that night we stayed. You can pick tea for free in spring, and the tea in summer is old. The navigation occasionally leads people to a small road, don't go, in fact, the whole way is an asphalt road around the mountain.

XXiaosuohemeishibujiatang🌈I just had a perfect vacation, I want to stay at a super famous hotel 🏨This famous hotel is located with the best view of Muyu and convenient transportation. There are many restaurants and shopping places around, 10 minutes' drive away. As soon as you walk into the hotel, you are attracted by its decoration, and every detail reveals high quality. The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was comfortable, making me feel like home. What surprised me the most was the observation deck, which has an excellent view. The facilities are complete and the service is attentive, allowing me to completely relax during my busy trip. In addition, the hotel also provided a rich customized breakfast, which was a feast for me. All in all, this hotel left a deep impression on me and I highly recommend it to everyone! If you also want to experience a combination of luxury and comfort, then come to this hotel! Trust me, you will love it here! 💕 · #hotel planting #luxury experience #travel accommodation #food recommendation high quality life #travel expert

GGuest UserWe were a family of three traveling, and we had originally booked a deluxe river view room, but it was upgraded to a cloud river view room. After speaking with the front desk manager, they also provided an extra breakfast for our child. The room had a great view and new facilities. We had initially only booked one night for the 23rd, and had return high-speed train tickets for 2 PM on the 24th. However, after visiting the Three Gorges Dam this morning, we felt too rushed, so we immediately changed our train tickets. We then spoke with Manager Hu at the front desk to extend our stay for another night. We kept the same room, received a discount, and another complimentary breakfast, which was very nice. The Chinese restaurant on the second floor of the hotel has group purchase packages that are very good value and the food is delicious. Yesterday, we arrived back late and our child wanted to go swimming, but we were worried the restaurant would close. After speaking with Manager Hu, they arranged for the restaurant to prepare our dishes in advance. We ended up dining until past 9:40 PM, which was after their closing time of 9:30 PM, but the restaurant staff were still very enthusiastic. The breakfast selection was quite varied, and the pool on the fourth floor was clean, as was the 24-hour gym. However, I have a small suggestion: the hotel's toilet paper could be upgraded as it's a bit thin and doesn't quite match the hotel's quality. Overall, our entire family was very satisfied and had a great experience. We will definitely choose Marriott Group brands again in the future!

MmooncindyThis guesthouse met my expectations perfectly. After an exhausting day at Enshi Grand Canyon, all I wanted was to lie down, and this guesthouse is super close, just a few minutes' drive from the visitor center. The owner even came out to greet us, making it easy to spot the place. The room had an amazing view and was very bright. The sofa was really spacious, perfect for lounging around. The complimentary snacks and fruit were a pleasant surprise – I even tried the stinky dried tofu and had a good laugh. We pre-ordered dinner, which was home-style cooking. Enjoying the beautiful scenery with a little wine, isn't that what a good trip is all about? The family room was huge, well-equipped, clean, and had a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. Breakfast was also something to look forward to. My noodles were a bit salty, but I still polished them off! 😅 The housekeeper was always smiling, which made our stay very comfortable. I even took photos to praise them!

TTangyuandoubaoI chose to stay here to save time getting to the airport early in the morning. It's a pretty standard hotel overall. The only thing I'd really complain about is the inefficiency of the front desk staff! Slow front desk service is a common frustration for many travelers; it not only wastes time but also puts a damper on your trip. It wasn't even peak season or crowded, but the front desk's inefficiency caused long queues. During holidays or peak season, it takes one receptionist over ten minutes to check in a single guest.
