This hotel truly offers excellent amenities. We only spent a few hundred RMB, but it felt like a full-blown vacation – such great value for money! The Southeast Asian-style lobby is beautiful and perfect for photos. Our room was very spacious, and we could even enjoy tea on the balcony. My favorite part was the hot spring area; there were so many varieties, and the wave pool was a blast. My child had an incredibly fun afternoon there. On top of that, the breakfast spread was incredibly rich, and there were so many parent-child activities we couldn't possibly try them all. They even had a foreign staff member operating a trendy mini-train and unique activities like making intangible cultural heritage lacquer fans – clearly, a lot of thought and effort went into making the stay special. The front desk staff had a wonderful service attitude, and we even got a discount on breakfast. The overall experience was simply phenomenal!

Self-driving to Hubei, found this hotel on Trip.com , the location is in the city center, parking is very convenient, the hotel check-in is very fast, the little girls at the front desk are warm, especially the little girl's work attitude is focused professional enthusiasm, service quality and service awareness are very high, Knowing that we are traveling to Hubei for the first time, we are very intimate to help us plan the attractions and routes of the itinerary, and the service staff on the floor are thoughtful. Great location and near the train station Jingzhou. I would like to thank the staff Miss Sunny Ye for helping to speed up my check out as my deposit was in cash, and I was rushing for a train. The room service is excellent as well. Shopping mall across the road, plenty of food options and some activities for families. Room ventilation is fantastic.

Choosing the Holiday Inn at Wuhan Airport for this trip was a fantastic decision; the experience was superb. Firstly, the transportation is incredibly convenient. You can take the shuttle bus from the airport, and the hotel is right across from T2. When checking out, they also provided a free shuttle voucher to T3. Secondly, the hotel service is exceptionally good. They proactively sent information on how to reach the hotel. Tina Deng was particularly thoughtful; she even helped me recover a lost item and followed up throughout the entire process—truly amazing service. Thirdly, the soundproofing in the room is excellent; I couldn't hear any planes taking off. There were two types of pillows, and it was the best night's sleep I had during my entire trip. The breakfast was also delicious, with a diverse selection, including whole grains and Hubei specialties. I'll definitely choose the Holiday Inn again if I visit in the future.

I have to give a shout-out to the Crowne Plaza Yichang! From the moment I walked in, I felt the thoughtful service. The staff were all very polite, and their attention to detail was exceptional. Suri, in particular, was so warm and genuine. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city with convenient transportation and plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. It's perfect for both tourists and business travelers. It was comfortable and convenient, offering incredible value for money. I'm definitely coming back to stay in a few days!

This hotel is conveniently located at the top of Han Street. It's very new and luxurious. We stayed there on ***** New Year's Eve, and due to a signal issue that day, the TV sound was very low in all rooms. Although the staff explained the situation promptly, it still affected our viewing of the Spring Festival Gala. Otherwise, all other services were satisfactory.

I really like this hotel, one of the best if not the best in Shiyan, the staff is really kind and helpful all rhe time, the gym and pool are really good, the food is delicious, have all kind of food in the breakfast and in buffet.

The best hotel in Huangshi. Very clean and modern interior design, super friendly staff. The crossstreet shopping center is definitely a huge plus where I can take my daughter to the kid playground and shop at many major brands.lots of chain store restaurants. Night time plaza dancing in so many different groups of people, young and old, female and male, amazing and everyone is welcome to join for free. I also hosted two large groups of family party at the hotel's restaurant. Decent food and service.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time! The hotel's transportation is incredibly convenient; you can take the subway directly to the elevator that leads to the hotel's underground parking garage. It rained every day during my stay, and I kept borrowing umbrellas. The front desk staff was exceptionally kind. Not only were they always enthusiastic and actively helped me return umbrellas, but they also specifically pointed out the cherry blossom petals falling on the umbrella, saying how beautiful they were. And indeed, they were beautiful—these delicate and romantic little details really touched me and instantly made me feel incredibly warm! The overall environment and facilities are excellent. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Wuhan!
