Eu sempre fico neste hotel, mas desta vez tive uma experiência negativa com os atendentes na hora de fazer check-in primeiro com uma moça e depois com o Felype, a reserva foi feita com antecedência e na hora eles alegaram que não tinham o quarto disponível nas qualidades da reserva selecionada, alegaram que hospedaram um time de jogadores, tirando isso e o elevador que estragou novamente , o resto foi tranquilo

GGuest UserI rented by app Trip.com room for two people, when I arrived at the site I was surprised by the information that I had booked a room with a single bed, and on the site (trip.com) I was given the option of two single beds or one couple beds. I obviously chose the second option, so I was forced to arch with a value of R$ 60,00 (real sixty) to make upgrade to the couple bed, up to there OK! The problem was the facilities of my bathroom, a motor noise, a noise interrupted, came and stopped, because of that I couldn't sleep quietly, and wake up all the time the noise appeared.
