We stayed at the Celebrity City Hotel in Chengdu during the National Day holiday, and our family were extremely satisfied. This hotel is definitely a great pick — you can book it without hesitation! We arrived on an international flight and landed very early. We contacted the hotel in advance, and all the staff were warm and professional. Special thanks go to Ryan. He handled our check-in carefully and attentively, helped deliver our luggage to the room, and was incredibly thoughtful. He patiently told us how to purchase breakfast, shared plenty of practical travel tips and recommended sightseeing routes. We were truly touched and grateful for his help. The hotel enjoys an excellent location, with shopping malls and food streets nearby, making dining and getting around super convenient. We stayed on the 24th floor, where we could overlook the square and watch the spectacular flag-raising ceremony. The room was completely quiet with no outside noise. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the room layout was well-proportioned, and the water temperature and water pressure in the bathroom were comfortable. There is also a self-service laundry room, which is very handy for family trips. The hotel breakfast had a wide variety of food options, enjoyed by both adults and children. This stay greatly elevated the comfort level of our whole trip. Thank you to Celebrity City Hotel, and a special thank you to Ryan for his warm and thoughtful service. The Hotel is very nice, very clean and has some charm with the inner garden in the lobby. It’s also very convenient, you’re close to a famous monastery and the neighborhood around is really pretty, perfect to visit as tourists. Everything was super clean, I had been upgraded and the room was big with everything needed. The staff spoke very well English and helped me a lot to solve my problems. The hotel also has a restaurant with good food, very convenient if you’re too tired to go out. Finally breakfast is simple with Chinese and some western options, but the coffees are really good!

Great, the room was spacious. The bathroom was large, with a separate wet and dry area. The room view was also good. It's very close to the subway station. Downstairs, there's a shopping mall with all sorts of coffee shops. The interior decoration was also beautiful. The cleaning lady was very nice; one afternoon when we didn't go out, she came in, took out our trash, and refilled our water. Thank you to her! Also, thank you to Candy! Overall, it was a very good stay.

The Hotel Is in a perfect position to visit the city and to walk nearby in peoples park in a wonderful scenary. Public transport and didi are easily take by the Hotel. In the reception we found really gentle and professional team. We want to thank Ivy and Aurora for the great help and kindly advices. The breakfast was Amazing and a must if you stay in the kew green. The view from the Hotel by 10 floor its perfect to have a drink or to eat in the restaurant.

On a spontaneous trip, I unexpectedly discovered this hidden gem of a guesthouse. The location is superb, just a three-minute walk to Huangwan Tourist Center. The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. For someone who frequently travels for business, the comfort of the bedding is immediately noticeable. Good bedding leads to good rest, which is essential for enjoying the next day's adventures. The breakfast selection was rich, and although it was a set menu, the variety was thoughtfully put together. Some guests mentioned the portions were so generous they couldn't finish it all, and I even took some eggs and yogurt to eat on the go. The soy milk at breakfast was absolutely amazing! The owner said it's freshly ground every morning, which explains its delicate and silky smooth texture. With all these fantastic qualities, the handsome owner offering complimentary pickup and drop-off at the high-speed rail station almost feels like an afterthought, hahaha! Businesses that are thoughtful and high-quality truly deserve recognition! Oh, and before I left, I also bought their 'Piao Xue' jasmine tea – it tastes great and isn't expensive, perfect for both gifts and personal enjoyment!

I brought my parents to Chengdu this time and chose the Four Points by Sheraton Chunxi Road. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations, but my whole family was very satisfied after staying there. The environment is truly exceptional. Chunxi Road is right downstairs, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. But what surprised me most was the soundproofing in the room. Even with the bustling crowds outside, it was as quiet as another world inside. My parents, being older and light sleepers, both said they slept soundly for two nights, which I'm particularly grateful for. The service deserves special praise. On the day we checked in, my dad had a bit of a cough. The front desk lady, upon hearing this, proactively sent two extra bottles of warm water to our room and reminded us that Chengdu isn't like the north, and it gets chilly in the mornings and evenings. It has indeed been quite cold and rainy in Chengdu recently, and my mom kept talking about that one sentence all the way. Later, every day when we returned, the cleaning auntie would fold our clothes that we casually tossed on the chair back and place them neatly at the foot of the bed, and arrange the slippers perfectly. That feeling of being cared for without being disturbed, like an elder at home tidying up for you, was wonderful. In terms of facilities, there were plenty of power outlets in the room. My dad's phone, my mom's tablet, and my laptop could all charge simultaneously without any issues. The shower pressure was strong, which was very refreshing after a long day. And the cleanliness goes without saying. I specifically checked the edges of the bedsheets and the remote control; they were spotless, without the usual hotel dust. I also want to add about the environment: the hotel lobby's fragrance wasn't overpowering, it was a subtle, pleasant scent that I really liked, and it felt relaxing every time I came back and smelled it. Breakfast was on the top floor. While the variety wasn't overwhelming, everything was fresh, and my mom had Dandan noodles for two days straight. Overall, it's that kind of unpretentious yet thoughtful experience where they've considered everything for you. When we checked out, my dad said he'd stay here again next time. Getting an elderly person to spontaneously say good things is more genuine than anything. What I liked most was how incredibly comfortable their mattress was – just the right balance of soft and firm, ensuring a very peaceful sleep.

I stumbled upon this hotel by chance. While dining in the restaurant, I discovered there's a pool inside, which immediately set a perfect vacation vibe. Breakfast by the pool, a relaxing swim – it was delightful. The hotel's cafe offers a wide variety of food, coffee, and alcoholic beverages. The room was clean and tidy; though not huge, it had all the necessary functions and was very well-equipped. They even offer late-night snacks! I arrived back late, but they thoughtfully kept mine at the front desk for me, which was incredibly heartwarming. The service was very warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. If you're traveling to Chengdu, this is an excellent choice. It's just a few minutes' walk from Huapaifang Metro Station! Next time, let's meet here for a vacation, chat about travel and food; life is always full of expectations…

Booked this hotel for a trip with several families of friends, primarily for the hot springs, but we got an unexpected surprise! The hotel's decor is a lovely white and soft yellow palette with excellent lighting – grand yet stylish, a refreshing change from the usual dim tones. The room was surprisingly spacious and very clean. It felt like all the amenities were thoughtfully chosen and prepared, quite different from hotels I've stayed in before. I absolutely loved the pillows and shampoo! Couldn't take the pillows, but I did manage to get two small bottles of shampoo from the housekeeping staff before check-out 😄😂. You can see misty mountains across from the hotel, so you can enjoy the hot springs with a mountain view. The kids spent the entire afternoon at the outdoor pool, and the hotel is conveniently located right next to the rafting visitor center. The young lady at check-in thoughtfully recommended the beef noodle soup for breakfast, and it was indeed delicious. After our meal, someone politely asked for our feedback and suggestions, which truly showed how attentive and considerate they are. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely be back next time. I don't usually write such long reviews!

This hotel is truly amazing! The service attitude is excellent, the price is super affordable, and I found the room quite spacious, not small as some reviews suggested. What's more, for the price we paid, breakfast was included... The breakfast was a buffet, with limited choices but it was tasty. Plus, the view from the breakfast area was lovely.

On our second night at Mount Siguniang, we experienced altitude sickness. We contacted the concierge around 2 AM, and they responded incredibly quickly. They brought us a thermometer, took us to the clinic in the middle of the night, waited while we received oxygen, and then brought us back to our room. The entire communication process was very smooth and efficient. We are extremely grateful! 🙏 The room and breakfast were good, and the service was beyond words. The hotel staff handled our luggage, even when we offered to carry it ourselves.
