The room was very comfortable, and the service was excellent. They provided shuttle service to and from town whenever needed, which was a great experience! Although I didn't get to see Siguniang Mountain, it's normal for this season. After hiking, it was wonderful to relax in a nice bath. Even the club owner highly recommended this place after hearing about it! Here’s a photo of Yaomei Peak taken from the summit. I'll definitely come again next time!

This is my second review because we booked two rooms, and I apologize for all the trouble I caused due to my leg injury. Last night, when I needed scissors, the housekeeping staff waited outside for me to finish using them before taking them back, and they were incredibly polite. I also used a hotel chair to shower, and a staff member brought it up for me. When checking out, I even walked away with the hotel slippers, and they didn't charge me for them. So, I absolutely have to give this hotel a huge thumbs-up. I wish you all the best and continued success!

This guesthouse is really comfortable and offers great value for money. It's super convenient with plenty of food options nearby. I really liked it here. The host even helped with laundry, and was always responsive on WeChat, even at night. Highly recommend! The next day, before leaving, I had breakfast at the mall downstairs, which was quite good. In the evening, I also visited a massage parlor nearby that offered overnight stays and dining. The masseurs and aunties there were excellent. On the way to the guesthouse, there were some stalls, and one of them had amazing wontons!

This 10-year-old hotel is exceptionally well-maintained. Everywhere you look is spotless, even the double-sided mirrors in the elevators are pristine – they've really done a fantastic job there! The aromatherapy scent is consistent and perfectly balanced, neither too strong nor too subtle. The air conditioning in the public areas is good, and the fresh air system works well. However, the AC in the rooms isn't very strong, and it can feel a bit stuffy; the room temperature is generally a few degrees higher than ideal, which is something to look into. Now, for the service: In short, it's excellent. Every staff member smiles and greets you or makes eye contact. The training and management are clearly top-notch. The check-in experience was also very good. Thumbs up! 👍 Regarding the facilities, Hyatt's F&B is always a highlight, and it gets a thumbs up here too. The swimming pool experience was also great – no strong chlorine smell, good water quality, comfortable temperature, and excellent lighting with a strong sense of design. Another thumbs up! Taking a walk around the hotel, you can really appreciate the design everywhere; it truly lives up to Ji Master's reputation. 👍 All in all, it's a great hotel, and I'll definitely be back! BTW, a certain 'Hua' hotel was such a letdown! I actually cancelled my reservation there last minute to come here instead.

Our family of four stayed here and absolutely loved it. The hotel has a charming little garden with a fish pond, which was a huge hit with the kids. Near the restaurant, there's also a cozy corner where children can read or play with toys. The front desk area is incredibly picturesque – perfect for photos! Upstairs, there's another small garden bursting with colorful hydrangeas and a swing, making it a lovely spot to relax and chat. Our room was spacious and spotless, with everything we needed. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful; they even assisted us in transferring some of our luggage to a hotel we'd be staying at later in our trip, saving us from having to take all our bags to Jiuzhaigou. There are plenty of dining options, convenience stores, bakeries, and pharmacies conveniently located near the hotel. My child wasn't feeling well, so we just popped over to the pharmacy across the street – super convenient!

My stay at the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu was absolutely perfect! ✨ The high-rise lobby's design creates an amazing ambiance, and the butler service is incredibly attentive. The city night views are so therapeutic. The executive lounge offers continuous dining from morning till night – pure bliss! Its city-center location makes getting around super convenient. This is definitely a must-stay luxury hotel for a vacation in Chengdu!

Service: The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! They proactively assisted with luggage and explained the hotel facilities. They even delivered my takeout to the room! Cleanliness: The hygiene was pretty good. It would be even better if the room had an air freshener or diffuser.

I have stayed in many hotels, their mattress can definitely sleep in the top three, and the bathroom is comfortable to use. The hotel activities are also very rich. The guide took us to Qizanggou to hike Red Xinghaizi. The scenery is really beautiful. If you don't want to hike the hotel, you can also experience painting Tangka and making Tibetan incense. You can also dig insect grass around the hotel! ! The hotel lady is very experienced and patiently tells me how to find insect grass. Give yourself completely to nature, and the feeling of exploring nature is great. The hotel ecology is particularly good, and you can encounter sika deer and plateau snow rabbits if you are lucky! Finally, the hotel's dining, there are warm soup pots, there are also Western dishes, of course, the appetizer is also indispensable, they are all delicious, the food level is online, the breakfast choice is also very rich, especially recommended native black chicken rice noodles and black truffle avocado sandwich. Awesome hotel, perfect journey, ready to see the snowy mountains next time.

We stayed at the Hotel Dorsett, and overall it was a pretty positive experience, with a few small things to note. The best parts: The room is very spacious, and the bathroom is super large, with both a bathtub and a shower. The bed is comfortable – though a little firm, and you can feel movement when the other person moves. The curtains, lights, and USB chargers are a great, convenient touch. Breakfast is good, especially for Asian tastes – Western options are limited, but what they have is tasty. The location is fantastic: the metro is just 50 meters away, right at the doorstep. The area is nice and recommended. There was some construction nearby, but it didn't bother us at all. Could be improved: The only real negative point is the elevator – it takes quite a while. Bottom line: Highly recommended for the space, cleanliness, and location. If you don't mind waiting a bit for the elevator or a slightly firm bed, everything else more than makes up for it.
